Dosada je prijavljeno 23487 slučajeva gripe, a prema podatcima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) epidemija usporava i nema značajnijeg porasta broja zaraženih, no bilježi se porast broja djece oboljele od šarlaha.
"Unazad dva tjedna nema značajnog porasta gripe, sada imamo stabilno stanje što indicira da epidemija usporava, no i dalje nam stižu prijave. U prvom tjednu veljače je prijavljeno 4115 novih slučajeva." rekla je epidemiologinja Tatjana Nemeth Blažić.
Prema podatcima koje je prikupio HZJZ u razdoblju od 1. rujna 2022. do 13. veljače 2023. prijavljeno je 1289 oboljelih od šarlaha, a riječ je uglavnom o djeci. "Imamo nešto povećan broj u odnosu na prethodne godine prije covid-19 pandemije, no ništa alarmantno. U zimskim mjesecima smo uvijek imali prijave streptokoknih epidemija iz vrtića" istaknula je Nemeth Blažić.
Šarlah najčešće zahvaća djecu i ima kratki inkubacijski period od tri do pet dana nakon izloženosti oboljeloj osobi.
Šarlah je streptokokna infekcija uz koju se pojavljuju simptomi kao što su to osip, povišena tjelesna temperatura, glavobolja, grlobolja, povraćanje, bolovi u trbuhu i bolovi u mišićima.
S početkom zaraze se pojavljuje blago ružičasti osip koji se može proširiti po cijelom tijelu a posebno po trupu, oko pazuha, trbuha, kod prepona, odnosno područjima gdje je nježnija koža. Ono što je karakteristično za ovu bolest je da se osip ne javlja na licu i dlanovima, već na koži trupa i po vratu. Ukoliko ne dođe do komplikacija, osip uglavnom traje do četiri do sedam dana.
Bolest se prenosi kapljični putem kao i kod drugih respiratornih infekcija, oboljela osoba može širiti zarazu govorom i kašljem, ali moguće je i kontaktom.
Većina slučajeva se liječi kod kuće, a s obzirom na to da je riječ o streptokoknoj infekciji liječi se antibioticima.
Komplikacije se mogu javiti ukoliko bakterija prodre u krv, onda je riječ o ozbiljnoj bolesti koja zahtjeva bolničko liječenje.

Dosada je prijavljeno 23487 slučajeva gripe, a prema podatcima Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo (HZJZ) epidemija usporava i nema značajnijeg porasta broja zaraženih, no bilježi se porast broja djece oboljele od šarlaha.
"Unazad dva tjedna nema značajnog porasta gripe, sada imamo stabilno stanje što indicira da epidemija usporava, no i dalje nam stižu prijave. U prvom tjednu veljače je prijavljeno 4115 novih slučajeva." rekla je epidemiologinja Tatjana Nemeth Blažić.
Prema podatcima koje je prikupio HZJZ u razdoblju od 1. rujna 2022. do 13. veljače 2023. prijavljeno je 1289 oboljelih od šarlaha, a riječ je uglavnom o djeci. "Imamo nešto povećan broj u odnosu na prethodne godine prije covid-19 pandemije, no ništa alarmantno. U zimskim mjesecima smo uvijek imali prijave streptokoknih epidemija iz vrtića" istaknula je Nemeth Blažić.
Šarlah najčešće zahvaća djecu i ima kratki inkubacijski period od tri do pet dana nakon izloženosti oboljeloj osobi.
Šarlah je streptokokna infekcija uz koju se pojavljuju simptomi kao što su to osip, povišena tjelesna temperatura, glavobolja, grlobolja, povraćanje, bolovi u trbuhu i bolovi u mišićima.
S početkom zaraze se pojavljuje blago ružičasti osip koji se može proširiti po cijelom tijelu a posebno po trupu, oko pazuha, trbuha, kod prepona, odnosno područjima gdje je nježnija koža. Ono što je karakteristično za ovu bolest je da se osip ne javlja na licu i dlanovima, već na koži trupa i po vratu. Ukoliko ne dođe do komplikacija, osip uglavnom traje do četiri do sedam dana.
Bolest se prenosi kapljični putem kao i kod drugih respiratornih infekcija, oboljela osoba može širiti zarazu govorom i kašljem, ali moguće je i kontaktom.
Većina slučajeva se liječi kod kuće, a s obzirom na to da je riječ o streptokoknoj infekciji liječi se antibioticima.
Komplikacije se mogu javiti ukoliko bakterija prodre u krv, onda je riječ o ozbiljnoj bolesti koja zahtjeva bolničko liječenje.
