Nakon 12 i pol godina dugog sudskog postupka, tijekom kojega vozači utrka Marin Čolak i Dalibor Opačak u pritvoru nisu proveli niti sat vremena, danas su na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu na trećem ponovljenom suđenju za prometnu nesreću u kojoj je u studenom 2010. smrtno stradala Ivana Obad osuđeni na šest i pet godina zatvora, javlja Jutarnji list.

Kako je utvrđeno presudom, Čolak i Opačak toga su dana trebali sudjelovati u utrkama na Grobniku te su se utrkivali do Rijeke. Čolak je automobil Ferrari 131 Modena vozio brzinom od 181 km/h, a Opačak je specijalni prerađeni Nissan 350Z vozio brzinom od 205,3 km/h.

Prilikom utrkivanja, sudarili su se te izletjeli s ceste, a Obad, koja se nalazila u Ferrariju, stradala na licu mjesta.

Do sada su hrvatski sudovi u ovom postupku donosili dvije nepravomoćne presude, međutim viši su ih sudovi ukidali. Na prvom suđenju su obojica dobila po tri godina zatvora dok je Čolak na drugom dobio dvije godine. Opačak je na drugom suđenju oslobođen krivnje.

Po svemu sudeći, visoke su kazne šokirale okrivljenike koji su došli na čitanje presude.

Čolak je u sudnicu došao na početak čitanja presude i obrazloženja dok je Opačak zakasnio 10-tak minuta te je u sudnicu stigao tijekom čitanja obrazloženja te nije odmah znao na koliko je osuđen.

Opačak je nakon čitanja obrazloženja, a prije nego što je po njega došla pravosudna policija, sutkinju upitao: "A na koliko sam ja osuđen?".

Čolak je bio vidno uznemiren visinom kazne te je nakon čitanja obrazloženja počeo glasno disati. U trenutku kada ga je pravosudna policija izvodila iz sudnice, počeo je plakati, piše Jutarnji list.

Optužnica protiv obojice vozača je podignuta 2012. godine. Postupak je najprije vođen na Općinskom sudu u Karlovcu, ali je zbog sporosti prebačen na zagrebački Općinski kazneni sud gdje su Čolak i Opačak 2015. nepravomoćno osuđeni na tri godine zatvora.

Nakon što je Županijski sud u Rijeci 2018. poništio presudu suđenje je krenulo iz početka na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenom sudu, ali se ubrzo sud proglasio nenadležnim pa je spis završio na karlovačkom Županijskom sudu.

Odlukom Vrhovnog suda predmet je 2020. godine delegiran na zagrebački Županijski sud koji je u lipnju 2021. nepravomoćno osudio Čolaka na dvije godine, dok je Opačak bio oslobođen optužbi.

Treće suđenje započelo je u ožujku ove godine nakon što je Visoki kazneni sud ukinuo prvostupanjsku presudu iz lipnja 2021. iz procesnih razloga, piše Jutarnji list.

Nakon 12 i pol godina dugog sudskog postupka, tijekom kojega vozači utrka Marin Čolak i Dalibor Opačak u pritvoru nisu proveli niti sat vremena, danas su na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu na trećem ponovljenom suđenju za prometnu nesreću u kojoj je u studenom 2010. smrtno stradala Ivana Obad osuđeni na šest i pet godina zatvora, javlja Jutarnji list.

Kako je utvrđeno presudom, Čolak i Opačak toga su dana trebali sudjelovati u utrkama na Grobniku te su se utrkivali do Rijeke. Čolak je automobil Ferrari 131 Modena vozio brzinom od 181 km/h, a Opačak je specijalni prerađeni Nissan 350Z vozio brzinom od 205,3 km/h.

Prilikom utrkivanja, sudarili su se te izletjeli s ceste, a Obad, koja se nalazila u Ferrariju, stradala na licu mjesta.

Do sada su hrvatski sudovi u ovom postupku donosili dvije nepravomoćne presude, međutim viši su ih sudovi ukidali. Na prvom suđenju su obojica dobila po tri godina zatvora dok je Čolak na drugom dobio dvije godine. Opačak je na drugom suđenju oslobođen krivnje.

Po svemu sudeći, visoke su kazne šokirale okrivljenike koji su došli na čitanje presude.

Čolak je u sudnicu došao na početak čitanja presude i obrazloženja dok je Opačak zakasnio 10-tak minuta te je u sudnicu stigao tijekom čitanja obrazloženja te nije odmah znao na koliko je osuđen.

Čolak je bio vidno uznemiren visinom kazne te je nakon čitanja obrazloženja počeo glasno disati. U trenutku kada ga je pravosudna policija izvodila iz sudnice, počeo je plakati, piše Jutarnji list.

Optužnica protiv obojice vozača je podignuta 2012. godine. Postupak je najprije vođen na Općinskom sudu u Karlovcu, ali je zbog sporosti prebačen na zagrebački Općinski kazneni sud gdje su Čolak i Opačak 2015. nepravomoćno osuđeni na tri godine zatvora.

Nakon što je Županijski sud u Rijeci 2018. poništio presudu suđenje je krenulo iz početka na zagrebačkom Općinskom kaznenom sudu, ali se ubrzo sud proglasio nenadležnim pa je spis završio na karlovačkom Županijskom sudu.

Odlukom Vrhovnog suda predmet je 2020. godine delegiran na zagrebački Županijski sud koji je u lipnju 2021. nepravomoćno osudio Čolaka na dvije godine, dok je Opačak bio oslobođen optužbi.

Treće suđenje započelo je u ožujku ove godine nakon što je Visoki kazneni sud ukinuo prvostupanjsku presudu iz lipnja 2021. iz procesnih razloga, piše Jutarnji list.

Automobilistički as nakon presude za smrt Ivane Obad počeo plakati; U 12,5 godina nije bio ni sat vremena iza brave

Nakon 12 i pol godina dugog sudskog postupka, tijekom kojega vozači utrka Marin Čolak i Dalibor Opačak u pritvoru nisu proveli niti sat vremena, danas su na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu na trećem ponovljenom suđenju za prometnu nesreću u kojoj je u studenom 2010. smrtno stradala Ivana Obad osuđeni na šest i pet godina zatvora, javlja Jutarnji list.

Kako je utvrđeno presudom, Čolak i Opačak toga su dana trebali sudjelovati u utrkama na Grobniku te su se utrkivali do Rijeke. Čolak je automobil Ferrari 131 Modena vozio brzinom od 181 km/h, a Opačak je specijalni prerađeni Nissan 350Z vozio brzinom od 205,3 km/h.

Prilikom utrkivanja, sudarili su se te izletjeli s ceste, a Obad, koja se nalazila u Ferrariju, stradala na licu mjesta.

Do sada su hrvatski sudovi u ovom postupku donosili dvije nepravomoćne presude, međutim viši su ih sudovi ukidali. Na prvom suđenju su obojica dobila po tri godina zatvora dok je Čolak na drugom dobio dvije godine. Opačak je na drugom suđenju oslobođen krivnje.

Po svemu sudeći, visoke su kazne šokirale okrivljenike koji su došli na čitanje presude.

Čolak je u sudnicu došao na početak čitanja presude i obrazloženja dok je Opačak zakasnio 10-tak minuta te je u sudnicu stigao tijekom čitanja obrazloženja te nije odmah znao na koliko je osuđen.
