[fulltext] => Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije ove Policijske uprave dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 43-godišnjakom iz Metkovića, bivšom odgovornom osobom građevinskog trgovačkog društva iz Dubrovnika kojim je razotriveno niz počinjenih kaznenih djela gospodarskog kriminaliteta.
Naime, utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 43-godišnjak tijekom 2017. godine počinio kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i kazneno djelo prouzročenje stečaja. Navedena djela počinio je na način da je u više navrata na teret imovine trogovačkog društva isplaćivao pozajmice sebi bliskoj osobi te je umjesto naplate pozajmljenih novčanih sredstava osobno preuzeo obvezu vraćanja duga od preko 2,9 milijuna kuna, premda je već tada pred Trgovačkim sudom pokrenuo postupak osobnog stečaja.
Isto tako je imovinu trgovačkog drštva, nekretnine i opremu vrijednosti od preko 3 milijuna kuna, u vrijeme blokade žiro računa, prodao drugom trgovačkom društvu u kojem je također vlasnik i odgovorna osoba, premda mu je bilo poznato da kupac nije sposoban niti će biti sposoban platiti kupljenu opremu. Ukupna matijerijalna šteta počinjena kaznenim djelima iznosi preko 6,9 milijuna kuna te će kaznena prijava biti dostavljena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
Prema neslužbenim informacijama riječ je o Leonu Šprlji, koji se kao vlasnik tvrtke Rusurs prošle godine sporio s Gradom Dubrovnikom sporio oko pristupne ceste prema novoizgrađenom pročistaču u Komolcu.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Policijski službenici Službe kriminalističke policije ove Policijske uprave dovršili su kriminalističko istraživanje nad 43-godišnjakom iz Metkovića, bivšom odgovornom osobom građevinskog trgovačkog društva iz Dubrovnika kojim je razotriveno niz počinjenih kaznenih djela gospodarskog kriminaliteta.
Naime, utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 43-godišnjak tijekom 2017. godine počinio kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i kazneno djelo prouzročenje stečaja. Navedena djela počinio je na način da je u više navrata na teret imovine trogovačkog društva isplaćivao pozajmice sebi bliskoj osobi te je umjesto naplate pozajmljenih novčanih sredstava osobno preuzeo obvezu vraćanja duga od preko 2,9 milijuna kuna, premda je već tada pred Trgovačkim sudom pokrenuo postupak osobnog stečaja.
Isto tako je imovinu trgovačkog drštva, nekretnine i opremu vrijednosti od preko 3 milijuna kuna, u vrijeme blokade žiro računa, prodao drugom trgovačkom društvu u kojem je također vlasnik i odgovorna osoba, premda mu je bilo poznato da kupac nije sposoban niti će biti sposoban platiti kupljenu opremu. Ukupna matijerijalna šteta počinjena kaznenim djelima iznosi preko 6,9 milijuna kuna te će kaznena prijava biti dostavljena nadležnom državnom odvjetništvu.
Prema neslužbenim informacijama riječ je o Leonu Šprlji, koji se kao vlasnik tvrtke Rusurs prošle godine sporio s Gradom Dubrovnikom sporio oko pristupne ceste prema novoizgrađenom pročistaču u Komolcu.
