Polcijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska priopćila je javnosti kako su kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrdili da je 30-godišnji policijski službenik izvan službe, odvezao osobno vozilo na drugo mjesto kako bi znatno otežao ili spriječio dokazivanje u prekršajnom postupku protiv vozačice koja je izazvala prometnu nesreću. Kako stoji u priopćenju, 30-godišnjak je tijekom ranih jutarnjih sati sredinom veljače ove godine odvezao osobno vozilo kojim je u svojstvu vozača upravljala njegova prijateljica i prethodno na području Dubrovnika izazvala prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom u kojoj su oštećena dva parkirana vozila.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je također utvrđeno da je vozačica, kao svjedok u prekršajnom postupku, lažno izjavila da je 30-godišnji osumnjičeni u vrijeme prometne nesreće bio na drugom mjestu. Osumnjičeni 30-godišnjak je udaljen iz službe do okončanja disciplinskog postupka te je kazneno prijavljen za kazneno djelo sprječavanja dokazivanja, dok je vozačica kazneno prijavljena za kazneno djelo davanja lažnog iskaza.

Policija je izvjestila i o bizarnom slučaju otprije nekoliko dana na području Policijske postaje Metković. Sredinom travnja im je prijavljeno remećenje mira i spokojstva građana na način da je nepoznata osoba na više javnih lokacija u Metkoviću postavila osmrtnicu na ime 19-godišnjaka, iako isti nije preminuo.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da su za navedeni događaj odgovorna četvorica mladića u dobi od 19 godina koji su, iz šale, osobno tiskali i izradili obavijesti o smrti - osmrtnice te ih postavili na više lokacija za oglašavanje osmrtnica i na taj način širili lažnu vijest da je oštećeni preminuo.

Na opisani način osumnjičeni su uznemirili mir i spokojstvo oštećenog, njegove obitelji, ali i građana Metkovića zbog čega su prekršajno prijavljeni sukladno Zakonu o javnom redu i miru.

Polcijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska priopćila je javnosti kako su kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrdili da je 30-godišnji policijski službenik izvan službe, odvezao osobno vozilo na drugo mjesto kako bi znatno otežao ili spriječio dokazivanje u prekršajnom postupku protiv vozačice koja je izazvala prometnu nesreću. Kako stoji u priopćenju, 30-godišnjak je tijekom ranih jutarnjih sati sredinom veljače ove godine odvezao osobno vozilo kojim je u svojstvu vozača upravljala njegova prijateljica i prethodno na području Dubrovnika izazvala prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom u kojoj su oštećena dva parkirana vozila.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je također utvrđeno da je vozačica, kao svjedok u prekršajnom postupku, lažno izjavila da je 30-godišnji osumnjičeni u vrijeme prometne nesreće bio na drugom mjestu. Osumnjičeni 30-godišnjak je udaljen iz službe do okončanja disciplinskog postupka te je kazneno prijavljen za kazneno djelo sprječavanja dokazivanja, dok je vozačica kazneno prijavljena za kazneno djelo davanja lažnog iskaza.

Policija je izvjestila i o bizarnom slučaju otprije nekoliko dana na području Policijske postaje Metković. Sredinom travnja im je prijavljeno remećenje mira i spokojstva građana na način da je nepoznata osoba na više javnih lokacija u Metkoviću postavila osmrtnicu na ime 19-godišnjaka, iako isti nije preminuo.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da su za navedeni događaj odgovorna četvorica mladića u dobi od 19 godina koji su, iz šale, osobno tiskali i izradili obavijesti o smrti - osmrtnice te ih postavili na više lokacija za oglašavanje osmrtnica i na taj način širili lažnu vijest da je oštećeni preminuo.

Na opisani način osumnjičeni su uznemirili mir i spokojstvo oštećenog, njegove obitelji, ali i građana Metkovića zbog čega su prekršajno prijavljeni sukladno Zakonu o javnom redu i miru.

Polcijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska priopćila je javnosti kako su kriminalističkim istraživanjem utvrdili da je 30-godišnji policijski službenik izvan službe, odvezao osobno vozilo na drugo mjesto kako bi znatno otežao ili spriječio dokazivanje u prekršajnom postupku protiv vozačice koja je izazvala prometnu nesreću. Kako stoji u priopćenju, 30-godišnjak je tijekom ranih jutarnjih sati sredinom veljače ove godine odvezao osobno vozilo kojim je u svojstvu vozača upravljala njegova prijateljica i prethodno na području Dubrovnika izazvala prometnu nesreću s materijalnom štetom u kojoj su oštećena dva parkirana vozila.

Kriminalističkim istraživanjem je također utvrđeno da je vozačica, kao svjedok u prekršajnom postupku, lažno izjavila da je 30-godišnji osumnjičeni u vrijeme prometne nesreće bio na drugom mjestu. Osumnjičeni 30-godišnjak je udaljen iz službe do okončanja disciplinskog postupka te je kazneno prijavljen za kazneno djelo sprječavanja dokazivanja, dok je vozačica kazneno prijavljena za kazneno djelo davanja lažnog iskaza.

Policija je izvjestila i o bizarnom slučaju otprije nekoliko dana na području Policijske postaje Metković. Sredinom travnja im je prijavljeno remećenje mira i spokojstva građana na način da je nepoznata osoba na više javnih lokacija u Metkoviću postavila osmrtnicu na ime 19-godišnjaka, iako isti nije preminuo.

Provedenim kriminalističkim istraživanjem je utvrđeno da su za navedeni događaj odgovorna četvorica mladića u dobi od 19 godina koji su, iz šale, osobno tiskali i izradili obavijesti o smrti - osmrtnice te ih postavili na više lokacija za oglašavanje osmrtnica i na taj način širili lažnu vijest da je oštećeni preminuo.

Na opisani način osumnjičeni su uznemirili mir i spokojstvo oštećenog, njegove obitelji, ali i građana Metkovića zbog čega su prekršajno prijavljeni sukladno Zakonu o javnom redu i miru.
