Dana 9. veljače 2023. godine u 16.25 sati putem tehničkih sredstava za nadzor državne granice na moru, južno od otoka Mljeta policijski službenici Nacionalnog pomorskog centra uočili su ulazak talijanske ribarice imena „Oronzo C“ u teritorijalno more Republike Hrvatske. 

Naime, navedena ribarica plovila je brzinom od 2,2 čvora, a što je ukazivalo na nezakonito ribarenje u morskim vodama Republike Hrvatske. Odmah po utvrđenom upućeno je policijsko plovilo, koje je putem pomorskog kanala 16 zapovjedniku ribarice izdalo naredbu o zaustavljanju, međutim kako se zapovjednik navedene ribarice oglušio na zapovijed i nastavio plovidbu u smjeru međunarodnih voda započet je njezin progon, koji je završio uzapćenjem u 17,35 sati. 

U 21,15 sati predmetna ribarica je sprovedena u luku Dubrovnik, gdje su policijski službenici uz prisustvo ribarskog inspektora Uprave za ribarstvo izvršili inspekcijski pregled plovila, radi podnošenja adekvatnih prijava. 

Provedenim nadzorom utvrđeno je da se na ribarici kao članovi posade nalaze tri državljanina Italije, od kojih je jedan zapovjednik i još četiri državljana Indonezije. 

Tijekom današnjeg dana, zbog osnovane sumnje u počinjeni prekršaj iz Zakona o morskom ribarstvu, proveden je prekršajni postupak protiv zapovjednika talijanske ribarice pred Općinskim sudom u Dubrovniku nakon kojeg je ribarica, u 13,35 sati isplovila iz luke Dubrovnik u pravcu međunarodnih voda.

Dana 9. veljače 2023. godine u 16.25 sati putem tehničkih sredstava za nadzor državne granice na moru, južno od otoka Mljeta policijski službenici Nacionalnog pomorskog centra uočili su ulazak talijanske ribarice imena „Oronzo C“ u teritorijalno more Republike Hrvatske. 

Naime, navedena ribarica plovila je brzinom od 2,2 čvora, a što je ukazivalo na nezakonito ribarenje u morskim vodama Republike Hrvatske. Odmah po utvrđenom upućeno je policijsko plovilo, koje je putem pomorskog kanala 16 zapovjedniku ribarice izdalo naredbu o zaustavljanju, međutim kako se zapovjednik navedene ribarice oglušio na zapovijed i nastavio plovidbu u smjeru međunarodnih voda započet je njezin progon, koji je završio uzapćenjem u 17,35 sati. 

U 21,15 sati predmetna ribarica je sprovedena u luku Dubrovnik, gdje su policijski službenici uz prisustvo ribarskog inspektora Uprave za ribarstvo izvršili inspekcijski pregled plovila, radi podnošenja adekvatnih prijava. 

Provedenim nadzorom utvrđeno je da se na ribarici kao članovi posade nalaze tri državljanina Italije, od kojih je jedan zapovjednik i još četiri državljana Indonezije. 

Tijekom današnjeg dana, zbog osnovane sumnje u počinjeni prekršaj iz Zakona o morskom ribarstvu, proveden je prekršajni postupak protiv zapovjednika talijanske ribarice pred Općinskim sudom u Dubrovniku nakon kojeg je ribarica, u 13,35 sati isplovila iz luke Dubrovnik u pravcu međunarodnih voda.

Kod Mljeta policija presrela i uzapćila talijansku ribaricu

Dana 9. veljače 2023. godine u 16.25 sati putem tehničkih sredstava za nadzor državne granice na moru, južno od otoka Mljeta policijski službenici Nacionalnog pomorskog centra uočili su ulazak talijanske ribarice imena „Oronzo C“ u teritorijalno more Republike Hrvatske. 

Naime, navedena ribarica plovila je brzinom od 2,2 čvora, a što je ukazivalo na nezakonito ribarenje u morskim vodama Republike Hrvatske. Odmah po utvrđenom upućeno je policijsko plovilo, koje je putem pomorskog kanala 16 zapovjedniku ribarice izdalo naredbu o zaustavljanju, međutim kako se zapovjednik navedene ribarice oglušio na zapovijed i nastavio plovidbu u smjeru međunarodnih voda započet je njezin progon, koji je završio uzapćenjem u 17,35 sati. 

U 21,15 sati predmetna ribarica je sprovedena u luku Dubrovnik, gdje su policijski službenici uz prisustvo ribarskog inspektora Uprave za ribarstvo izvršili inspekcijski pregled plovila, radi podnošenja adekvatnih prijava. 

Provedenim nadzorom utvrđeno je da se na ribarici kao članovi posade nalaze tri državljanina Italije, od kojih je jedan zapovjednik i još četiri državljana Indonezije. 

Tijekom današnjeg dana, zbog osnovane sumnje u počinjeni prekršaj iz Zakona o morskom ribarstvu, proveden je prekršajni postupak protiv zapovjednika talijanske ribarice pred Općinskim sudom u Dubrovniku nakon kojeg je ribarica, u 13,35 sati isplovila iz luke Dubrovnik u pravcu međunarodnih voda.
