Dovođenjem Stipe Čubrića, a sad i dolaskom Vidovića, koji je visok 194 centimetra, Dubrovnik je kvalitetan na poziciji organizatora igre. Vidović je mladi hrvatski reprezentativac, koji je prošle godine na Europskom prvenstvu za košarkaše do 20 godina, koje se igralo u Izraelu, u Tel Avivu, zauzeo sedmo mjesto. Malo je Hrvatskoj nedostajalo za polufinale. Francuska se izvukla u zadnjoj četvrtini četvrtfinala, a broncu je na kraju uzela Njemačka, koju su naši dobili u skupini.

Vidović, koji je rođen 19. ožujka 1999. godine u Dubrovniku, iz Gospina polja je prije par godina otišao u zagrebačku Cedevitu, prvo u mlađe uzraste. Potom je od siječnja 2019. igrao u HT Premijer ligi za Bosco s više nego dobrim brojkama (11,2 koševa, 4,5 asistencije i 3,8 skokova za 30 minuta po utakmici).

Vidović pravo nastupa za Dubrovnik ima već u 1. kolu novog prvenstva u kojem u nedjelju, 11. listopada, s početkom u 17 sati igra kod kuće protiv riječkog Kvarnera. Dubrovnik pak novi nastup ima već danas, i to u finalu Kupa 'Krešimir Ćosić' regije Jug. U zadarskim Jazinama čeka ga trećeligaš Diadora, te ukoliko bude uspješan, plasirat će se u završnicu natjecanja, među 16 najboljih, na korak do plasmana na završni turnir, Final 8. Problem uoči finala je ozljeda Čubrića. Svi ostali su spremni. Bilo bi lijepo proći i četvrtu prepreku te se naći u društvu dvanaest premijerligaša, te s preostala tri pobjednika regionalnog kupa, pa se zatim 'potuć', ovismo koga dobije za suparnika, ako izbjegne u prvom redu Zadar i Cibonu, te bude igrao kod kuće, za prolaz na završni turnir. 

Istina, prvenstvo je Dubrovniku u prvom planu, a ono kreće za četiri dana. Cedevita Junior je favorit, ali ne više tako veliik nakon što je u Gospino polje stigao i Vidović, prije njega dovedeni Čubrić, Filip Šimović i Domagoj Vrkić. S njima, plus Ivanom Vodopijom, Vlahom Ragužom, Nikolom Došenom i ostalima, može Dubrovnik u bitku za najveći rang. Do kad, to je pitanje. Ugovor je otvoren, ali Maro Lučić i Husnija Habul, trenerski dvojac hrvatskog drugoligaša, imaju kvalitetnog igrača više. Ako se krene s pobjedama, otvori mogućnost za napast Premijerligu, možda Vidović i ostane.

Dovođenjem Stipe Čubrića, a sad i dolaskom Vidovića, koji je visok 194 centimetra, Dubrovnik je kvalitetan na poziciji organizatora igre. Vidović je mladi hrvatski reprezentativac, koji je prošle godine na Europskom prvenstvu za košarkaše do 20 godina, koje se igralo u Izraelu, u Tel Avivu, zauzeo sedmo mjesto. Malo je Hrvatskoj nedostajalo za polufinale. Francuska se izvukla u zadnjoj četvrtini četvrtfinala, a broncu je na kraju uzela Njemačka, koju su naši dobili u skupini.

Vidović, koji je rođen 19. ožujka 1999. godine u Dubrovniku, iz Gospina polja je prije par godina otišao u zagrebačku Cedevitu, prvo u mlađe uzraste. Potom je od siječnja 2019. igrao u HT Premijer ligi za Bosco s više nego dobrim brojkama (11,2 koševa, 4,5 asistencije i 3,8 skokova za 30 minuta po utakmici).

Vidović pravo nastupa za Dubrovnik ima već u 1. kolu novog prvenstva u kojem u nedjelju, 11. listopada, s početkom u 17 sati igra kod kuće protiv riječkog Kvarnera. Dubrovnik pak novi nastup ima već danas, i to u finalu Kupa 'Krešimir Ćosić' regije Jug. U zadarskim Jazinama čeka ga trećeligaš Diadora, te ukoliko bude uspješan, plasirat će se u završnicu natjecanja, među 16 najboljih, na korak do plasmana na završni turnir, Final 8. Problem uoči finala je ozljeda Čubrića. Svi ostali su spremni. Bilo bi lijepo proći i četvrtu prepreku te se naći u društvu dvanaest premijerligaša, te s preostala tri pobjednika regionalnog kupa, pa se zatim 'potuć', ovismo koga dobije za suparnika, ako izbjegne u prvom redu Zadar i Cibonu, te bude igrao kod kuće, za prolaz na završni turnir. 

Istina, prvenstvo je Dubrovniku u prvom planu, a ono kreće za četiri dana. Cedevita Junior je favorit, ali ne više tako veliik nakon što je u Gospino polje stigao i Vidović, prije njega dovedeni Čubrić, Filip Šimović i Domagoj Vrkić. S njima, plus Ivanom Vodopijom, Vlahom Ragužom, Nikolom Došenom i ostalima, može Dubrovnik u bitku za najveći rang. REPREZENTATIVAC MATEO VIDOVIĆ OPET U SVOM KLUBU Dubrovnik još jači dočekuje početak nove sezone!

Mateo Vidović, 21-godišnji košarkaš, ponovno je u dresu svog Dubrovnika, te će pomoći. Do kad, to je pitanje. Ugovor je otvoren, ali Maro Lučić i Husnija Habul, trenerski dvojac hrvatskog drugoligaša, imaju kvalitetnog igrača više. Ako se krene s pobjedama, otvori mogućnost za napast Premijerligu, možda Vidović i ostane.

Dovođenjem Stipe Čubrića, a sad i dolaskom Vidovića, koji je visok 194 centimetra, Dubrovnik je kvalitetan na poziciji organizatora igre. Vidović je mladi hrvatski reprezentativac, koji je prošle godine na Europskom prvenstvu za košarkaše do 20 godina, koje se igralo u Izraelu, u Tel Avivu, zauzeo sedmo mjesto. Malo je Hrvatskoj nedostajalo za polufinale. Francuska se izvukla u zadnjoj četvrtini četvrtfinala, a broncu je na kraju uzela Njemačka, koju su naši dobili u skupini.

Vidović, koji je rođen 19. ožujka 1999. godine u Dubrovniku, iz Gospina polja je prije par godina otišao u zagrebačku Cedevitu, prvo u mlađe uzraste. Potom je od siječnja 2019. igrao u HT Premijer ligi za Bosco s više nego dobrim brojkama (11,2 koševa, 4,5 asistencije i 3,8 skokova za 30 minuta po utakmici).

Vidović pravo nastupa za Dubrovnik ima već u 1. kolu novog prvenstva u kojem u nedjelju, 11. listopada, s početkom u 17 sati igra kod kuće protiv riječkog Kvarnera. Dubrovnik pak novi nastup ima već danas, i to u finalu Kupa 'Krešimir Ćosić' regije Jug. U zadarskim Jazinama čeka ga trećeligaš Diadora, te ukoliko bude uspješan, plasirat će se u završnicu natjecanja, među 16 najboljih, na korak do plasmana na završni turnir, Final 8. Problem uoči finala je ozljeda Čubrića. Svi ostali su spremni. Bilo bi lijepo proći i četvrtu prepreku te se naći u društvu dvanaest premijerligaša, te s preostala tri pobjednika regionalnog kupa, pa se zatim 'potuć', ovismo koga dobije za suparnika, ako izbjegne u prvom redu Zadar i Cibonu, te bude igrao kod kuće, za prolaz na završni turnir. 

Istina, prvenstvo je Dubrovniku u prvom planu, a ono kreće za četiri dana. Cedevita Junior je favorit, ali ne više tako veliik nakon što je u Gospino polje stigao i Vidović, prije njega dovedeni Čubrić, Filip Šimović i Domagoj Vrkić. S njima, plus Ivanom Vodopijom, Vlahom Ragužom, Nikolom Došenom i ostalima, može Dubrovnik u bitku za najveći rang.
