Njegov glas i pjesme koje su redovito najslušanije u Hrvatskoj slušat ćemo u fantastičnom otočnom ambijentu Kalamota Beach Housea na jednom od najljepših Elafita, u maloj akustičnoj vali Gornjeg čela, na savršenom mjestu za večer s Matijom Cvekom i bendom Funkensteins. Kalamota Beach House slavi večer glazbe i gastronomije, za večeras su najavljeni specijaliteti i u glazbi i u ukusnim zalogajima za sve posjetitelje. Prije nego se ukrcamo na barku za Gornje čelo, jer je koncert rasprodan i karata više nema, pa se do otoka može jedino u vlastitom aranžmanu, popričali smo s Matijom, glazbenikom čiji nam zadnji hit ‘Trebaš li me’ još uvijek zvoni u ušima, a novi je, ‘Zalazak’, već na putu da osvoji domaću publiku željnu hitova koji u uhu ostaju dugo.

Koncert na Kalamoti, u fantastičnom ambijentu s Funkensteinsima, veselite li se?

-Jako se veselim, prvi put ću i posjetit Kalamotu. Na fotografijama sam vidio da dolazim na prekrasno mjesto.

Ljeto vam je zaposleno, gdje ćete sve svirati?

-Da, ljetno nam je jako zaposleno. Imamo koncerte od Dubrovnika do Osijeka.

Spreman je novi album, što će se sve na njemu naći, nastavljaju se funk-pop-plesni hitovi?

-15. rujna izlazi novi album naziva “Vile se ovdje igraju”. Album je radio cijeli bend, producent Ivan Pešut i ja. Pripremili smo raznolik album, ima plesnih pjesama, i manje plesnih, nadam se i hitova.

Za pjesmu Zalazak s kojom ste prvi put nastupili ove godine na Melodijama Jadrana rekli ste da vam je to najdraža koju ste napisali, zašto?

-Tekst za pjesmu Zalazak sam napisao u jednom dahu i na posebnom mjestu. Poslao sam tekst Marku Dundovu koji je napisao glazbu. Pitao me samo gdje sam točno bio kada je nastao tekst. Ja sam stvarno gledao tada Zalazak.

Svaka stvar koju napišete vrlo brzo postaje hit, sjajno su prihvaćeni i dueti, imate li neke želje, s kime biste voljeli nešto snimiti?

-Hvala vam na komplimentu. Dobro to nekako sve ide. Sretan sam i zahvalan da publika prepoznaje moje pjesme i da im se na kraju sviđaju. Imamo planove za jedan duet koji će biti krajem godine. Za sad još mora ostati mala tajna.

Slijedi li odmor nakon svih ljetnih svirki? More ili negdje drugdje? Kako se odmarate?

-Odmor će biti krajem 8 mjeseca, i da vam budem iskren jako mu se veselim. Idem na more. Volim otići i u šumu, to je moj ispušni ventil.”

Njegov glas i pjesme koje su redovito najslušanije u Hrvatskoj slušat ćemo u fantastičnom otočnom ambijentu Kalamota Beach Housea na jednom od najljepših Elafita, u maloj akustičnoj vali Gornjeg čela, na savršenom mjestu za večer s Matijom Cvekom i bendom Funkensteins. Kalamota Beach House slavi večer glazbe i gastronomije, za večeras su najavljeni specijaliteti i u glazbi i u ukusnim zalogajima za sve posjetitelje. Prije nego se ukrcamo na barku za Gornje čelo, jer je koncert rasprodan i karata više nema, pa se do otoka može jedino u vlastitom aranžmanu, popričali smo s Matijom, glazbenikom čiji nam zadnji hit ‘Trebaš li me’ još uvijek zvoni u ušima, a novi je, ‘Zalazak’, već na putu da osvoji domaću publiku željnu hitova koji u uhu ostaju dugo.

Koncert na Kalamoti, u fantastičnom ambijentu s Funkensteinsima, veselite li se?

-Jako se veselim, prvi put ću i posjetit Kalamotu. Na fotografijama sam vidio da dolazim na prekrasno mjesto.

Ljeto vam je zaposleno, gdje ćete sve svirati?

-Da, ljetno nam je jako zaposleno. Imamo koncerte od Dubrovnika do Osijeka.

Spreman je novi album, što će se sve na njemu naći, nastavljaju se funk-pop-plesni hitovi?

-15. rujna izlazi novi album naziva “Vile se ovdje igraju”. Album je radio cijeli bend, producent Ivan Pešut i ja. Pripremili smo raznolik album, ima plesnih pjesama, i manje plesnih, nadam se i hitova.

Za pjesmu Zalazak s kojom ste prvi put nastupili ove godine na Melodijama Jadrana rekli ste da vam je to najdraža koju ste napisali, zašto?

-Tekst za pjesmu Zalazak sam napisao u jednom dahu i na posebnom mjestu. Poslao sam tekst Marku Dundovu koji je napisao glazbu. Pitao me samo gdje sam točno bio kada je nastao tekst. Ja sam stvarno gledao tada Zalazak.

Svaka stvar koju napišete vrlo brzo postaje hit, sjajno su prihvaćeni i dueti, imate li neke želje, s kime biste voljeli nešto snimiti?

-Hvala vam na komplimentu. Dobro to nekako sve ide. Sretan sam i zahvalan da publika prepoznaje moje pjesme i da im se na kraju sviđaju. Imamo planove za jedan duet koji će biti krajem godine. Za sad još mora ostati mala tajna.

Slijedi li odmor nakon svih ljetnih svirki? More ili negdje drugdje? Kako se odmarate?

-Odmor će biti krajem 8 mjeseca, i da vam budem iskren jako mu se veselim. Idem na more. Volim otići i u šumu, to je moj ispušni ventil.”
