Uštedu energije mir u kući, između iznajmljivača i turista, postigla je domaća tvrtka MyRent novim rješenjem u procesu digitalizacije turizma, osmislivši pametni uređaj kojim je moguće na daljinu, putem mobilne aplikacije upravljati klima uređajima, uključujući i one ne-pametne.

Time su doskočili rastresenim gostima koji klime ostavljaju upaljene i dok ih nema u smještaju, te i turiste i vlasnike apartmana poštedjeli razmirica, doprinijevši usput i smanjenju ekološkog otiska.

Rješenje pod nazivom Obby zasad prodaju samo u turizmu, najviše svojim klijentima iznajmljivačima, a na jesen uslugu planiraju proširiti i na biznis korisnike, mahom male tvrtke kojima tako kane srezati troškove. Očekuju velik interes, jer usluga je razmjerno jeftina a daje velike rezultate.

Inače, MyRent je startup tvrtka koja daje podršku iznajmljivačima soba i apartmana te malim hotelima, kroz platformu na kojoj mogu automatizirati sve, od kalendara rezervacija do prijave gostiju i komunikacije, uz uslugu izrada web stranica i oglašavanja, neovisno o tome na kojem rezervacijskom sustavu prodaju svoje usluge.

U njihovom sustavu trenutno je oko 25 tisuća jedinica, više nego trostruko u odnosu na 2019. godinu. “Ove sezone smo krenuli s ponudom modula za automatsko upravljanje klima uređajima, nakon što smo vidjeli da naši klijenti imaju velik problem s gostima koji ili zaborave ili ne žele ugasiti hlađenje u vrijeme dok ih nema u smještaju, što se zna protegnuti čitav dan, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

To ne samo da troši energiju uludo, već povećava rizik od požara, što se već događalo. Usto, gosti naravno ne vole kad im se gazde upliću u komociju, i zato je ovo idealno rješenje. Obby daje mogućnost automatskog gašenja klima-uređaja, uz pomoć detektora osjetljivog na pokret koji otkriva kada u prostoriji nema nikog, dulje od podešenog vremena.

Za jedinice koje su u sustavu MyRent dajemo i mogućnost paljenja ili gašenja klime na daljinu, pa tako gosti mogu rashladiti smještaj prije povratka, a uređajem mogu upravljati i vlasnici smještaja u slučaju nemara gosta”, pojašnjava nam Neven Palčec, osnivač MyRenta.

Zanimljivo je pritom da je Obby modul kompatibilan s većinom split klima-uređaja, uključujući i one bez WiFi sučelja. Sam modul uvezli su iz Njemačke, a softver su razvili sami, a nude ga ne samo na hrvatskom tržištu nego i vani.

Palčec ističe da sve brže raste svijest o značaju digitalizacije koja može napraviti veliku razliku u poslovanju. Primjer su i pametne brave koje su razvili s mogućnošću potpune automatizacije prijave i odjave gostiju, uz kreiranje pin broja.

Pritom su pametne brave povezane s kalendarom rezervacija, ali i na sve vodeće portale za rezervacije smještaja. Tako da kad dođe rezervacija s buking portala, bilo da je to Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, alat MyRenta prepoznat će rezervaciju, te automatski komunicirati s pametnom bravom i poslati joj ključ za tu rezervaciju, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

Uštedu energije mir u kući, između iznajmljivača i turista, postigla je domaća tvrtka MyRent novim rješenjem u procesu digitalizacije turizma, osmislivši pametni uređaj kojim je moguće na daljinu, putem mobilne aplikacije upravljati klima uređajima, uključujući i one ne-pametne.

Time su doskočili rastresenim gostima koji klime ostavljaju upaljene i dok ih nema u smještaju, te i turiste i vlasnike apartmana poštedjeli razmirica, doprinijevši usput i smanjenju ekološkog otiska.

Rješenje pod nazivom Obby zasad prodaju samo u turizmu, najviše svojim klijentima iznajmljivačima, a na jesen uslugu planiraju proširiti i na biznis korisnike, mahom male tvrtke kojima tako kane srezati troškove. Očekuju velik interes, jer usluga je razmjerno jeftina a daje velike rezultate.

Inače, MyRent je startup tvrtka koja daje podršku iznajmljivačima soba i apartmana te malim hotelima, kroz platformu na kojoj mogu automatizirati sve, od kalendara rezervacija do prijave gostiju i komunikacije, uz uslugu izrada web stranica i oglašavanja, neovisno o tome na kojem rezervacijskom sustavu prodaju svoje usluge.

U njihovom sustavu trenutno je oko 25 tisuća jedinica, više nego trostruko u odnosu na 2019. godinu. “Ove sezone smo krenuli s ponudom modula za automatsko upravljanje klima uređajima, nakon što smo vidjeli da naši klijenti imaju velik problem s gostima koji ili zaborave ili ne žele ugasiti hlađenje u vrijeme dok ih nema u smještaju, što se zna protegnuti čitav dan, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

To ne samo da troši energiju uludo, već povećava rizik od požara, što se već događalo. Usto, gosti naravno ne vole kad im se gazde upliću u komociju, i zato je ovo idealno rješenje. Obby daje mogućnost automatskog gašenja klima-uređaja, uz pomoć detektora osjetljivog na pokret koji otkriva kada u prostoriji nema nikog, dulje od podešenog vremena.

Uštedu energije mir u kući, između iznajmljivača i turista, postigla je domaća tvrtka MyRent novim rješenjem u procesu digitalizacije turizma, osmislivši pametni uređaj kojim je moguće na daljinu, putem mobilne aplikacije upravljati klima uređajima, uključujući i one ne-pametne.

Time su doskočili rastresenim gostima koji klime ostavljaju upaljene i dok ih nema u smještaju, te i turiste i vlasnike apartmana poštedjeli razmirica, doprinijevši usput i smanjenju ekološkog otiska.

Rješenje pod nazivom Obby zasad prodaju samo u turizmu, najviše svojim klijentima iznajmljivačima, a na jesen uslugu planiraju proširiti i na biznis korisnike, mahom male tvrtke kojima tako kane srezati troškove. Očekuju velik interes, jer usluga je razmjerno jeftina a daje velike rezultate.

Inače, MyRent je startup tvrtka koja daje podršku iznajmljivačima soba i apartmana te malim hotelima, kroz platformu na kojoj mogu automatizirati sve, od kalendara rezervacija do prijave gostiju i komunikacije, uz uslugu izrada web stranica i oglašavanja, neovisno o tome na kojem rezervacijskom sustavu prodaju svoje usluge.

U njihovom sustavu trenutno je oko 25 tisuća jedinica, više nego trostruko u odnosu na 2019. godinu. “Ove sezone smo krenuli s ponudom modula za automatsko upravljanje klima uređajima, nakon što smo vidjeli da naši klijenti imaju velik problem s gostima koji ili zaborave ili ne žele ugasiti hlađenje u vrijeme dok ih nema u smještaju, što se zna protegnuti čitav dan, piše Poslovni dnevnik.

To ne samo da troši energiju uludo, već povećava rizik od požara, što se već događalo. Usto, gosti naravno ne vole kad im se gazde upliću u komociju, i zato je ovo idealno rješenje. Obby daje mogućnost automatskog gašenja klima-uređaja, uz pomoć detektora osjetljivog na pokret koji otkriva kada u prostoriji nema nikog, dulje od podešenog vremena.
