Exhibition at newly opened Dubrovnik hotel

Yesterday the new renovated 'Prijeko Palace' hotel in Dubrovnik, presented the opening of an exhibition by Lena Kramaric entitled 'Through the Looking Glass.' This exhibition is part of the hotel's Art Week event.Prijeko Palace is an art hotel located in the centre of the historic Old city of Dubrovnik. It opened this summer and is unique in the city. The opening gathered a large number of art lovers and celebrities. The Art Week event will remain open until the 30th of November and offers members of the public the opportunity to visit this beautiful building and enjoy the art. Every room in Prijeko Palace is dedicated to one artist and individually decorated, and the hotel maintains a perfect harmony of the past and present.The exhibition was opened by art historian Ivan Viđen, and the hotel was presented by the owner Florien van Wijk.Lena Kramaric is an academic artist from Zagreb and since 2007 she has lived in Dubrovnik. In the 2009 she met Florien and Wouter van Wijk, a couple in love with Dubrovnik, and their friendship formed.
