Grad Drniš objavio je javni poziv za prikupljanje neobvezujućih ponuda za kupnju građevinskog zemljišta na kojoj bi se, čim se za to ostvare svi preduvjeti, gradila Narodna knjižnica i parkiralište kapaciteta od 80 do 100 mjesta za vozila.

Prvi je to korak prema realizaciji projekta, a prema riječima gradonačelnika Josipa Begonje ujedno i najsloženiji. Naime, prema uvjetima javnog poziva, za izgradnju spomenutih javnih objekata potrebno je zemljište s površinom između 7000 i 8000 četvornih metara. Riječ je o prostoru koji u gradu poput Drniša neće biti jednostavno pronaći.

- To je inicijalni korak, kupnja zemljišta. U planu nam je izgraditi Narodnu knjižnicu i čitaonicu s odgovarajućim zelenim površinama te veliko gradsko parkiralište.

Nažalost, Grad u svojem vlasništvu nema toliku površinu pa smo primorani na kupnju privatnih parcela. U Gradu ima nekoliko terena koji bi po kvadraturi odgovarali našim zahtjevima, sada ćemo vidjeti hoćemo li uspjeti doći do dogovora za kupnju – rekao je gradonačelnik Begonja.

izgradnja nove biblioteke u neku ruku je i logična. Postojeća Narodna knjižnica koja se nalazi u Ulici kralja Zvonimira više ne može ispuniti prostorne zahtjeve, zgrada je dotrajala, pa bi novi, moderni prostori bili i više nego značajni za Drnišane i stanovnike okolnih mjesta koji su ljubitelji pisane riječi.

- Taj prostor s vremenom je jednostavno postao neadekvatan. Radi se o 300 kvadrata prostora u kojem čak nije moguće ni izložiti sve knjige. Prostore koji se nalaze na drugom katu Doma kulture planiramo prenamijeniti.

Pronaći ćemo im novu svrhu, bilo za potrebe Gradskog muzeja ili Pučkog otvorenog učilišta – istaknuo je Begonja.

Najavljenim projektom, grad pod Prominom bi donekle riješio i još jedan problem, onaj s javnim parkirališnim mjestima.

- Izgradnjom novog parkirališta značajno bismo rasteretili uži centar grada. Svatko tko s autom dolazi u Drniš suočava se s tim problemom, pa nerijetko viđamo automobile ostavljene na mjestima gdje ne bi smjeli biti. Definitivno je to još jedan od razloga da se ovaj projekt realizira – naglasio je prvi čovjek Drniša.

Kupnju zemljišta lokalna će uprava financirati iz vlastitih prihoda, odnosno novcem poreznih i komunalnih obveznika, dok izgradnju planiraju financirati kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i održivosti (NPOO). Naravno, ako projekt bude pozitivno ocijenjen.

- Ako u ovoj godini riješimo pitanje zemljišta, a kroz sljedeću dobijemo zeleno svijetlo od strane NPOO-a, onda bismo s konkretnim radovima mogli krenuti kroz dvije do tri godine – zaključio je Begonja.

Grad Drniš objavio je javni poziv za prikupljanje neobvezujućih ponuda za kupnju građevinskog zemljišta na kojoj bi se, čim se za to ostvare svi preduvjeti, gradila Narodna knjižnica i parkiralište kapaciteta od 80 do 100 mjesta za vozila.

Prvi je to korak prema realizaciji projekta, a prema riječima gradonačelnika Josipa Begonje ujedno i najsloženiji. Naime, prema uvjetima javnog poziva, za izgradnju spomenutih javnih objekata potrebno je zemljište s površinom između 7000 i 8000 četvornih metara. Riječ je o prostoru koji u gradu poput Drniša neće biti jednostavno pronaći.

- To je inicijalni korak, kupnja zemljišta. U planu nam je izgraditi Narodnu knjižnicu i čitaonicu s odgovarajućim zelenim površinama te veliko gradsko parkiralište.

Nažalost, Grad u svojem vlasništvu nema toliku površinu pa smo primorani na kupnju privatnih parcela. U Gradu ima nekoliko terena koji bi po kvadraturi odgovarali našim zahtjevima, sada ćemo vidjeti hoćemo li uspjeti doći do dogovora za kupnju – rekao je gradonačelnik Begonja.

izgradnja nove biblioteke u neku ruku je i logična. Postojeća Narodna knjižnica koja se nalazi u Ulici kralja Zvonimira više ne može ispuniti prostorne zahtjeve, zgrada je dotrajala, pa bi novi, moderni prostori bili i više nego značajni za Drnišane i stanovnike okolnih mjesta koji su ljubitelji pisane riječi.

- Taj prostor s vremenom je jednostavno postao neadekvatan. Radi se o 300 kvadrata prostora u kojem čak nije moguće ni izložiti sve knjige. Prostore koji se nalaze na drugom katu Doma kulture planiramo prenamijeniti.

Pronaći ćemo im novu svrhu, bilo za potrebe Gradskog muzeja ili Pučkog otvorenog učilišta – istaknuo je Begonja.

Najavljenim projektom, grad pod Prominom bi donekle riješio i još jedan problem, onaj s javnim parkirališnim mjestima.

- Izgradnjom novog parkirališta značajno bismo rasteretili uži centar grada. Svatko tko s autom dolazi u Drniš suočava se s tim problemom, pa nerijetko viđamo automobile ostavljene na mjestima gdje ne bi smjeli biti. Definitivno je to još jedan od razloga da se ovaj projekt realizira – naglasio je prvi čovjek Drniša.

Kupnju zemljišta lokalna će uprava financirati iz vlastitih prihoda, odnosno novcem poreznih i komunalnih obveznika, dok izgradnju planiraju financirati kroz Nacionalni plan oporavka i održivosti (NPOO). Naravno, ako projekt bude pozitivno ocijenjen.

- Ako u ovoj godini riješimo pitanje zemljišta, a kroz sljedeću dobijemo zeleno svijetlo od strane NPOO-a, onda bismo s konkretnim radovima mogli krenuti kroz dvije do tri godine – zaključio je Begonja.

Nekome će didovina donijeti milijune: grad u Zagori traži parcelu od čak 8000 kvadrata za izgradnju knjižnice i velikog javnog parkirališta, novac je već spreman

Grad Drniš objavio je javni poziv za prikupljanje neobvezujućih ponuda za kupnju građevinskog zemljišta na kojoj bi se, čim se za to ostvare svi preduvjeti, gradila Narodna knjižnica i parkiralište kapaciteta od 80 do 100 mjesta za vozila.

Prvi je to korak prema realizaciji projekta, a prema riječima gradonačelnika Josipa Begonje ujedno i najsloženiji. Naime, prema uvjetima javnog poziva, za izgradnju spomenutih javnih objekata potrebno je zemljište s površinom između 7000 i 8000 četvornih metara. Riječ je o prostoru koji u gradu poput Drniša neće biti jednostavno pronaći.

- To je inicijalni korak, kupnja zemljišta. U planu nam je izgraditi Narodnu knjižnicu i čitaonicu s odgovarajućim zelenim površinama te veliko gradsko parkiralište.
