Općinska organizacija SDP-a Segeta uputila je Ministarstvu uprave RH zahtjev da obavi inspekcijski nadzor nad radom općinskog načelnika Vinka Zulima i tamošnjeg Vijeća. Razlog zbog kojeg je upućen zahtjev jest što se načelnik oglušio o nalog Središnjeg državnog ureda za upravu od 13. prosinca 2007. godine da se očituje o neodržavanju izbora za tijela mjesnih odbora u općini, što je regulirano općinskim Statutom.

Nadalje, što ni u ovome mandatu vijećnici te stranke nisu dobili od načelnika odgovor na pitanje zašto ni nakon tri godine nisu raspisani izbori. Zatim, što oporbenim vijećnicima nije dopušten pristup informacijama i podacima prijeko potrebnima za obavljanje vijećničke dužnosti. Primjer za to navode izvješće Državne revizije za 2008. godinu, koje nisu dobili u materijalima za sjednicu Vijeća, zbog čega su na temelju Zakona o pravu na informaciju podnijeli tužbu na Upravnom sudu RH.

Segetski SDP-ovci žale se Ministarstvu uprave RH i prozivaju načelnika Zulima da je krivac jer gotovo godinu dana od lokalnih izbora nijedan općinski službeni glasnik nije objavljen. Podsjećaju kako su 25. ožujka ove godine zatražili službene glasnike od 2005. godine do danas koji su im potrebni radi kvalitetnije pripreme za sudjelovanje u radu Vijeća, posebice kada se raspravlja o aktima koji su doživjeli određene izmjene i dopune, no da je i to bilo bez povratne informacije.

Žale se što načelnik Zulim od neposrednog izbora na tu funkciju nije podnio polugodišnje izvješće o radu, što je, prema Statutu općine i čl. 44., bio dužan. Zatim što, prema Zakonu o plaćama u lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi, nije za 13 posto smanjena masa sredstava za plaće zaposlenika, što se moralo učiniti do 1. svibnja ove godine.

Predsjednik SDP-a i vijećnik Ante Ćaleta tvrdi da je lani za plaće u Općini Seget otišlo iz proračuna više od 33 posto sredstava. Prema njegovim saznanjima, prosječna neto plaća 14 zaposlenika je 7800 kuna neto, a načelnika Zulima oko 18.000 kuna.

Općinska organizacija SDP-a Segeta uputila je Ministarstvu uprave RH zahtjev da obavi inspekcijski nadzor nad radom općinskog načelnika Vinka Zulima i tamošnjeg Vijeća. Razlog zbog kojeg je upućen zahtjev jest što se načelnik oglušio o nalog Središnjeg državnog ureda za upravu od 13. prosinca 2007. godine da se očituje o neodržavanju izbora za tijela mjesnih odbora u općini, što je regulirano općinskim Statutom.

Nadalje, što ni u ovome mandatu vijećnici te stranke nisu dobili od načelnika odgovor na pitanje zašto ni nakon tri godine nisu raspisani izbori. Zatim, što oporbenim vijećnicima nije dopušten pristup informacijama i podacima prijeko potrebnima za obavljanje vijećničke dužnosti. Primjer za to navode izvješće Državne revizije za 2008. godinu, koje nisu dobili u materijalima za sjednicu Vijeća, zbog čega su na temelju Zakona o pravu na informaciju podnijeli tužbu na Upravnom sudu RH.

Segetski SDP-ovci žale se Ministarstvu uprave RH i prozivaju načelnika Zulima da je krivac jer gotovo godinu dana od lokalnih izbora nijedan općinski službeni glasnik nije objavljen. Podsjećaju kako su 25. ožujka ove godine zatražili službene glasnike od 2005. godine do danas koji su im potrebni radi kvalitetnije pripreme za sudjelovanje u radu Vijeća, posebice kada se raspravlja o aktima koji su doživjeli određene izmjene i dopune, no da je i to bilo bez povratne informacije.

Žale se što načelnik Zulim od neposrednog izbora na tu funkciju nije podnio polugodišnje izvješće o radu, što je, prema Statutu općine i čl. 44., bio dužan. Zatim što, prema Zakonu o plaćama u lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi, nije za 13 posto smanjena masa sredstava za plaće zaposlenika, što se moralo učiniti do 1. svibnja ove godine.

Predsjednik SDP-a i vijećnik Ante Ćaleta tvrdi da je lani za plaće u Općini Seget otišlo iz proračuna više od 33 posto sredstava. Prema njegovim saznanjima, prosječna neto plaća 14 zaposlenika je 7800 kuna neto, a načelnika Zulima oko 18.000 kuna.
