Prava panika uhvatila je ono malo stanovnika Ričica u općini Proložac, poznatog po akumulacijskom jezeru ili - kako ga Ričičanci prozvaše - Zelenom jezeru. Naime, uočili su njegovo neobično zagađenje.
- Ja sam još u četvrtak nazvao službu 112 jer jednostavno nisam znao koga dozvati kada sam vidio što se dogodilo - kaže mr.sc. Ante Pavić, predsjednik udruge za očuvanje Hrvatskih voda i mora SLAP, rođenog Ričičanca, koji se sasvim slučajno našao na kraćem odmoru u rodnom mjestu. Inače, on radi za jednu veliku njemačku firmu koja se bavi otpadnim vodama.
- Šetao sam sa suprugom pokraj jezera koje sada izgleda kao velika lokva jer su ga Hrvatske vode ispraznile još ovoga ljeta za navodnjavanje Imotskog polja, a kiše koje su padale posljednjih dana uopće nisu popravile vodostaj, tako da zaista izgleda tužno. I onda smo primijetili ogromnu crvenu mrlju sa sjeveroistočne strane jezera. Zapravo, to je bila gusta tekućina koja je obuhvatila veći dio jezera. Napravio sam fotografije, nisam znao koga pozvati, pa sam pokušao preko službe 112. Oni su vrlo ljubazno zaprimili poziv, ali što mogu oni napraviti? Ništa.
Nije od boksita
U petak popodne Pavić nas je odveo na mjesto zagađenja. Velika mrlja pokrenula se prema sredini jezera. Zasad nisu viđene uginule ribe, posebno šarani kojih ima veliki broj u jezeru.
- Ovdje bi hitno trebala na lice mjesta izići stručna ekipa Hrvatskih voda, inspekcijske i druge odgovorne službe - veli Ante i bapominje da nema niti malo istine u govorkanjima kako je crvena mrlja nastala od dotoka voda kroz naslage boksitne rude koje ima u okružju Ričica:
- Ni govora, jer bi i vrlo mali dotok vode u takozvanoj Ričini koja dolazi iz susjedne Bosne i Hercegovine bio zagađen, a ne veliki dio vode.
Čini se da su na redu, nakon ovoga zagađenja ili pak nekog posebnog prirodnog procesa, na redu odgovorne službe kako bi ustanovile o čemu se zapravo radi.

Prava panika uhvatila je ono malo stanovnika Ričica u općini Proložac, poznatog po akumulacijskom jezeru ili - kako ga Ričičanci prozvaše - Zelenom jezeru. Naime, uočili su njegovo neobično zagađenje.
- Ja sam još u četvrtak nazvao službu 112 jer jednostavno nisam znao koga dozvati kada sam vidio što se dogodilo - kaže mr.sc. Ante Pavić, predsjednik udruge za očuvanje Hrvatskih voda i mora SLAP, rođenog Ričičanca, koji se sasvim slučajno našao na kraćem odmoru u rodnom mjestu. Inače, on radi za jednu veliku njemačku firmu koja se bavi otpadnim vodama.
- Šetao sam sa suprugom pokraj jezera koje sada izgleda kao velika lokva jer su ga Hrvatske vode ispraznile još ovoga ljeta za navodnjavanje Imotskog polja, a kiše koje su padale posljednjih dana uopće nisu popravile vodostaj, tako da zaista izgleda tužno. I onda smo primijetili ogromnu crvenu mrlju sa sjeveroistočne strane jezera. Zapravo, to je bila gusta tekućina koja je obuhvatila veći dio jezera. Napravio sam fotografije, nisam znao koga pozvati, pa sam pokušao preko službe 112. Oni su vrlo ljubazno zaprimili poziv, ali što mogu oni napraviti? Ništa.
Nije od boksita
U petak popodne Pavić nas je odveo na mjesto zagađenja. Velika mrlja pokrenula se prema sredini jezera. Zasad nisu viđene uginule ribe, posebno šarani kojih ima veliki broj u jezeru.
- Ovdje bi hitno trebala na lice mjesta izići stručna ekipa Hrvatskih voda, inspekcijske i druge odgovorne službe - veli Ante i bapominje da nema niti malo istine u govorkanjima kako je crvena mrlja nastala od dotoka voda kroz naslage boksitne rude koje ima u okružju Ričica:
- Ni govora, jer bi i vrlo mali dotok vode u takozvanoj Ričini koja dolazi iz susjedne Bosne i Hercegovine bio zagađen, a ne veliki dio vode.
Čini se da su na redu, nakon ovoga zagađenja ili pak nekog posebnog prirodnog procesa, na redu odgovorne službe kako bi ustanovile o čemu se zapravo radi.
