Viloviću je ovo bilo ponovljeno suđenje, na kraju prvog kažnjen je novčanom kaznom od 100 dnevnih dohodaka, odnosno, s 43 tisuća kuna.

Sudac Dinko Mešin oslobodio je Vilovića temeljem nalaza financijskog vještaka, koji je zaključio da ipak nije bilo dovoljno sredstava za isplatu plaće zbog tekućih obveza potrebnih za poslovanje. Slično je govorio i Vilović u svojoj obrani.

Osim radnicima, plaću nije isplatio ni sebi. Tonči Drpić, sindikalist Jadrankamena, bio je nezadovoljan i prvom osuđujućom presudom, a za Dalmacija News je komentirao:" To je cirkus. "Jadrankamen" je bio solventan, a Vilović plaće nije htio isplatiti iz inata.

Mene opet nisu pozvali na ročište, premda sam podnio kaznenu prijavu. Zbog ovog slučaja ću razgovarati s predsjednikom Općinskog suda - kazao nam je Drpić.

Viloviću je ovo bilo ponovljeno suđenje, na kraju prvog kažnjen je novčanom kaznom od 100 dnevnih dohodaka, odnosno, s 43 tisuća kuna.

Sudac Dinko Mešin oslobodio je Vilovića temeljem nalaza financijskog vještaka, koji je zaključio da ipak nije bilo dovoljno sredstava za isplatu plaće zbog tekućih obveza potrebnih za poslovanje. Slično je govorio i Vilović u svojoj obrani.

Osim radnicima, plaću nije isplatio ni sebi. Tonči Drpić, sindikalist Jadrankamena, bio je nezadovoljan i prvom osuđujućom presudom, a za Dalmacija News je komentirao:" To je cirkus. "Jadrankamen" je bio solventan, a Vilović plaće nije htio isplatiti iz inata.

Mene opet nisu pozvali na ročište, premda sam podnio kaznenu prijavu. Zbog ovog slučaja ću razgovarati s predsjednikom Općinskog suda - kazao nam je Drpić.

Bivši direktor "Jadrankamena" Vedran Vilović oslobođen je optužbe za neisplatu plaće radnicima za studeni 2011. godine, donosi Dalmacija news.
