Belgijsko savezno državno odvjetništvo izvijestilo je u četvrtak da je u kontejneru iz Gvajane zaplijenjena "rekordna" količina, 11,5 tona čistog kokaina, u okviru razbijanja kriminalne organizacije.

Roba, zaplijenjena u luci Antwerpenu i namijenjena Nizozemskoj, uništena je. Njezina je tržišna vrijednost procijenjena na oko 450 milijuna eura, dodalo je tužiteljstvo u priopćenju.

Droga je otkrivena u okviru istrage belgijskog pravosuđa otvorene krajem 2019. nakon zaplijene 2,8 tona kokaina. Istraga je omogućila razbijanje međunarodne kriminalne organizacije "dobro organizirane, za koju se sumnja da redovito doprema velike količine kokaina iz Južne Amerike u Belgiju", navodi se u priopćenju državnog odvjetništva.

Potonje je 1. listopada izvijestilo da je nakon akcije u kojoj je pretraženo 70 stanova i kuća uhitilo tridesetak ljudi u Belgiji, u Nizozemskoj i u Španjolskoj. Među njima su 22 još u pritvoru i zaplijenjeno je gotovo 3 milijuna eura.

Istraga je otkrila da je još jedna pošiljka kokaina bila na putu iz Južne Amerike. Sumnjivi kontejneri su brodom prevezeni u belgijsku luku Zeebrugges, odakle su čamcem dopremljeni u Antwerpen.

Belgijsko savezno državno odvjetništvo izvijestilo je u četvrtak da je u kontejneru iz Gvajane zaplijenjena "rekordna" količina, 11,5 tona čistog kokaina, u okviru razbijanja kriminalne organizacije.

Roba, zaplijenjena u luci Antwerpenu i namijenjena Nizozemskoj, uništena je. Njezina je tržišna vrijednost procijenjena na oko 450 milijuna eura, dodalo je tužiteljstvo u priopćenju.

Droga je otkrivena u okviru istrage belgijskog pravosuđa otvorene krajem 2019. nakon zaplijene 2,8 tona kokaina. Istraga je omogućila razbijanje međunarodne kriminalne organizacije "dobro organizirane, za koju se sumnja da redovito doprema velike količine kokaina iz Južne Amerike u Belgiju", navodi se u priopćenju državnog odvjetništva.

Potonje je 1. listopada izvijestilo da je nakon akcije u kojoj je pretraženo 70 stanova i kuća uhitilo tridesetak ljudi u Belgiji, u Nizozemskoj i u Španjolskoj. Među njima su 22 još u pritvoru i zaplijenjeno je gotovo 3 milijuna eura.

Istraga je otkrila da je još jedna pošiljka kokaina bila na putu iz Južne Amerike. Sumnjivi kontejneri su brodom prevezeni u belgijsku luku Zeebrugges, odakle su čamcem dopremljeni u Antwerpen.

U Belgiji zaplijenjeno 11,5 tona čistog kokaina, droga namijenjena Nizozemskoj uništena

Belgijsko savezno državno odvjetništvo izvijestilo je u četvrtak da je u kontejneru iz Gvajane zaplijenjena "rekordna" količina, 11,5 tona čistog kokaina, u okviru razbijanja kriminalne organizacije.

Roba, zaplijenjena u luci Antwerpenu i namijenjena Nizozemskoj, uništena je. Njezina je tržišna vrijednost procijenjena na oko 450 milijuna eura, dodalo je tužiteljstvo u priopćenju.

Droga je otkrivena u okviru istrage belgijskog pravosuđa otvorene krajem 2019. nakon zaplijene 2,8 tona kokaina. Istraga je omogućila razbijanje međunarodne kriminalne organizacije "dobro organizirane, za koju se sumnja da redovito doprema velike količine kokaina iz Južne Amerike u Belgiju", navodi se u priopćenju državnog odvjetništva.
