Artjom voli Finsku: prelijepa jezera, ljubazni ljudi, čist zrak. On poznaje tu zemlju jer tamo često odlazi. Artjom živi u Sankt Peterburgu i koristi pojednostavljeni vizni režim finskog konzulata u svom rodnom gradu, koji je na snazi već́ godinama. Čak i sada, nakon što za Ruse više nema direktne zračne veze prema Europi. Od početka rata u Ukrajini europsko nebo je zatvoreno za ruske zrakoplove. I obratno: avionima iz članica EU-a više nije dozvoljeno letjeti u Rusiju.

Zato Artjom ide automobilom. Do Helsinkija i nazad svakih nekoliko tjedana, skoro 400 kilometara. Vožnja u jednom pravcu traje oko pet sati. Također je brže ako se vozi samo do Lapenrante, najbližeg većeg finskog grada u blizini ruske granice, piše novinar Jurij Rešeto za Deutsche Welle.

Nema odmora za Ruse u Europi

Ali za razliku od Artjoma tisuće drugih ruskih turista voze se ravno s granice do zračne luke Helsinki-Vantaa da bi letjeli dalje na Zapad. Rusi su od početka godine podnijeli skoro 60.000 zahtjeva za izdavanje finskih viza, izračunali su finski mediji. Većina podnositelja zahtjeva za šengensku vizu došla je iz Sankt Peterburga. I upravo ova vrata prema Europi sada zabrinjava mnoge Europljane. Argument glasi: dok Moskva bombardira ukrajinske gradove, ruski građani nikako ne smiju uživati u ljetovanju na Zapadu.

Baltičke države ionako mjesecima nisu bile destinacija za putovanja Rusa. Estonija, Litva i Letonija više ne izdaju turističke vize ruskim državljanima. Letonija ide još korak dalje i odnedavno im dozvoljava ulazak u zemlju samo u slučaju smrti bliskog rođaka.

Šefice vlada Finske i Estonije nedavno su pozvale druge europske zemlje da Rusima prestanu izdavati turističke vize. U Finskoj 58 posto stanovništva više ne želi turističke vize za Ruse - pokazalo je istraživanje javne televizije Yle.

EU i dalje diskutira o vizama za Ruse

Šengenske vize za Ruse će krajem kolovoza biti tema na sastanku ministara vanjskih poslova članica Europske unije u Pragu. EU ima 27 država članica, od kojih ne pripadaju sve šengenskom prostoru, koji broji 26 članica. Četiri zemlje – Švicarska, Norveška, Island i Lichtenstein – koje također izdaju šengenske vize, uopće nisu članice EU-a, piše Deutsche Welle.

Dmitrij Lanko s katedre za europska istraživanja Državnog sveučilišta Sankt Peterburg u aktualnoj diskusiji vidi ni više ni manje nego „svakodnevni nacionalizam". On je u intervjuu za DW kritizirao „težnju da se kažnjavaju svi Rusi“. U kategoriju „Rusi“ ne spadaju samo etnički Rusi, tvrdi on, već́ i „Tatari, Čečeni i predstavnici svih naroda Ruske Federacije bez izuzetka, uključujući i Ukrajince koji žive u Rusiji".

Estonska premijerka Kaja Kalas dolila je ulje na vatru kada je objavila na Twitteru: „Posjetiti Europu je privilegij, a ne ljudsko pravo." Njene riječi nailaze na veliku dozu nerazumijevanja u Rusiji. Glasnogovornica Ministarstva vanjskih poslova Marija Zaharova nazvala je ovu izjavu „besmislicom" koja dolazi od „estonskih fantasta". Zaharova je odgovorila na Telegramu: „Pravi privilegij je imati sreće da vidite Rusiju u svoj njenoj raznolikosti i veličanstvenosti."

Nemojte se boriti protiv turista "zbog geopolitike"

Za Aleksandra Gorohova iz Saveza ruskih turističkih organizacija Sonato ova razmjena mišljenja predstavlja "emocionalni izljev". On podsjeća u razgovoru za DW da ruski turisti donose novac, čak i ako je riječ o tranzitnom turizmu.

"Po mom mišljenju, ove zemlje se trebaju boriti da ovaj tok tranzitnih turista pretvore u pravi turistički tok s noćenjima i ostalim." On se zalaže za pragmatična rješenja: ne treba se boriti protiv turista "zbog geopolitike".

Ni Artjom iz Sankt Peterburga ne želi "ući u klinč geopolitike", pogotovo što ni on ni njegovi prijatelji nikada nisu glasali za Vladimira Putina. Međutim, on razumije moguću zabranu viza. Artjom planira novo kratko putovanje za vikend u Lapenrantu. Dok je to još moguće, piše Jurij Rešeto za Deutsche Welle.

Artjom voli Finsku: prelijepa jezera, ljubazni ljudi, čist zrak. On poznaje tu zemlju jer tamo često odlazi. Artjom živi u Sankt Peterburgu i koristi pojednostavljeni vizni režim finskog konzulata u svom rodnom gradu, koji je na snazi već́ godinama. Čak i sada, nakon što za Ruse više nema direktne zračne veze prema Europi. Od početka rata u Ukrajini europsko nebo je zatvoreno za ruske zrakoplove. I obratno: avionima iz članica EU-a više nije dozvoljeno letjeti u Rusiju.

Zato Artjom ide automobilom. Do Helsinkija i nazad svakih nekoliko tjedana, skoro 400 kilometara. Vožnja u jednom pravcu traje oko pet sati. Također je brže ako se vozi samo do Lapenrante, najbližeg većeg finskog grada u blizini ruske granice, piše novinar Jurij Rešeto za Deutsche Welle.

Nema odmora za Ruse u Europi

Ali za razliku od Artjoma tisuće drugih ruskih turista voze se ravno s granice do zračne luke Helsinki-Vantaa da bi letjeli dalje na Zapad. Rusi su od početka godine podnijeli skoro 60.000 zahtjeva za izdavanje finskih viza, izračunali su finski mediji. Većina podnositelja zahtjeva za šengensku vizu došla je iz Sankt Peterburga. I upravo ova vrata prema Europi sada zabrinjava mnoge Europljane. Argument glasi: dok Moskva bombardira ukrajinske gradove, ruski građani nikako ne smiju uživati u ljetovanju na Zapadu.

Baltičke države ionako mjesecima nisu bile destinacija za putovanja Rusa. Estonija, Litva i Letonija više ne izdaju turističke vize ruskim državljanima. Letonija ide još korak dalje i odnedavno im dozvoljava ulazak u zemlju samo u slučaju smrti bliskog rođaka.

Šefice vlada Finske i Estonije nedavno su pozvale druge europske zemlje da Rusima prestanu izdavati turističke vize. U Finskoj 58 posto stanovništva više ne želi turističke vize za Ruse - pokazalo je istraživanje javne televizije Yle.

EU i dalje diskutira o vizama za Ruse

Šengenske vize za Ruse će krajem kolovoza biti tema na sastanku ministara vanjskih poslova članica Europske unije u Pragu. EU ima 27 država članica, od kojih ne pripadaju sve šengenskom prostoru, koji broji 26 članica. Četiri zemlje – Švicarska, Norveška, Island i Lichtenstein – koje također izdaju šengenske vize, uopće nisu članice EU-a, piše Deutsche Welle.

Dmitrij Lanko s katedre za europska istraživanja Državnog sveučilišta Sankt Peterburg u aktualnoj diskusiji vidi ni više ni manje nego „svakodnevni nacionalizam". On je u intervjuu za DW kritizirao „težnju da se kažnjavaju svi Rusi“. U kategoriju „Rusi“ ne spadaju samo etnički Rusi, tvrdi on, već́ i „Tatari, Čečeni i predstavnici svih naroda Ruske Federacije bez izuzetka, uključujući i Ukrajince koji žive u Rusiji".

Estonska premijerka Kaja Kalas dolila je ulje na vatru kada je objavila na Twitteru: „Posjetiti Europu je privilegij, a ne ljudsko pravo." Njene riječi nailaze na veliku dozu nerazumijevanja u Rusiji. Glasnogovornica Ministarstva vanjskih poslova Marija Zaharova nazvala je ovu izjavu „besmislicom" koja dolazi od „estonskih fantasta". Zaharova je odgovorila na Telegramu: „Pravi privilegij je imati sreće da vidite Rusiju u svoj njenoj raznolikosti i veličanstvenosti."

Nemojte se boriti protiv turista "zbog geopolitike"

Za Aleksandra Gorohova iz Saveza ruskih turističkih organizacija Sonato ova razmjena mišljenja predstavlja "emocionalni izljev". On podsjeća u razgovoru za DW da ruski turisti donose novac, čak i ako je riječ o tranzitnom turizmu.

"Po mom mišljenju, ove zemlje se trebaju boriti da ovaj tok tranzitnih turista pretvore u pravi turistički tok s noćenjima i ostalim." On se zalaže za pragmatična rješenja: ne treba se boriti protiv turista "zbog geopolitike".

Ni Artjom iz Sankt Peterburga ne želi "ući u klinč geopolitike", pogotovo što ni on ni njegovi prijatelji nikada nisu glasali za Vladimira Putina. Međutim, on razumije moguću zabranu viza. Artjom planira novo kratko putovanje za vikend u Lapenrantu. Dok je to još moguće, piše Jurij Rešeto za Deutsche Welle.

Artjom voli Finsku: prelijepa jezera, ljubazni ljudi, čist zrak. On poznaje tu zemlju jer tamo često odlazi. Artjom živi u Sankt Peterburgu i koristi pojednostavljeni vizni režim finskog konzulata u svom rodnom gradu, koji je na snazi već́ godinama. Čak i sada, nakon što za Ruse više nema direktne zračne veze prema Europi. Od početka rata u Ukrajini europsko nebo je zatvoreno za ruske zrakoplove. I obratno: avionima iz članica EU-a više nije dozvoljeno letjeti u Rusiju.

Zato Artjom ide automobilom. Do Helsinkija i nazad svakih nekoliko tjedana, skoro 400 kilometara. Vožnja u jednom pravcu traje oko pet sati. Također je brže ako se vozi samo do Lapenrante, najbližeg većeg finskog grada u blizini ruske granice, piše novinar Jurij Rešeto za Deutsche Welle.
