Što bi čovjek sve mogao raditi u stanu od 500 kvadrata? Niste, naravno, o tome nikad razmišljali, jer, k vragu, stan od 500 kvadrata valjda je zadnji imao Maradona kada je igrao za Napoli i kada je ono u Napulj bio doveo svu svoju rodbinu iz Argentine, ali dajte barem probajte. Zamisliti.
U stanu od 500 kvadrata mogli biste, naime, sve. A prije svega biste mogli imati dug i sretan brak. Niti žena vidi vas, niti vi vidite ženu. Komunicirate voki-tokijima, a kad vam dojadi, naprosto odete u sobu na kraju hodnika. I vratite se za tjedan dana.
Djeca bi se, recimo, u stanu od 500 kvadrata mogla igrati na kukalo. Uz realnu opasnost da neka nikad ne budu pronađena. Cijela ulica mogla bi igrati i grupa traži grupu. I tako danima biti sklonjena s ceste.
Stan od 500 kvadrata bio bi idealan i za malo poduzetništvo, obiteljski biznis, recimo proizvodnju dijelova za Boeing ili Airbus. Mogli biste u njemu održati i Splitski festival, Varaždinske barokne večeri ili Sinjsku alku - ne bi alkarima bilo mrsko, evo su i na Kupresu bili - a u jednom od kupatila svakako bi vrijedilo upriličiti i Gusarsku bitku. Bio bi to spektakl.
U stan od 500 kvadrata mogli biste dovesti Celticse i Lakerse, Stonese i Arctic Monkeyse, sve Todoriće biste tu mogli smjestiti, i sve Plenkovićeve ministre. Tomislav ToIušić bi u tih 500 kvadrata i roštilj nekako ugurao, ma Sabor HDZ-a biste u njemu mogli organizirati. Kolektivno ispunjavanje imovinskih kartica. Možda ugostiti i "Lijepom našom". Zašto ne, Branko Uvodić bio bi oduševljen, u tolikom prostoru još nije bio.
A mogli biste, a to uopće nije loša ideja kad već imate stan od 500 kvadrata, od njega deset stanova napraviti, pa ih prodati. Mali stanovi ionako na tržištu postižu bolju cijenu.
Ili biste naprosto taj vaš stan od 500 kvadrata mogli iznajmiti Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova Republike Hrvatske.

Ne šalimo se. Baš je tako bilo. Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Republike Hrvatske u Moskvi smješteno je na adresi Korobejnikov pereulok 16/10, u zgradi koja se sastoji od tri etaže ukupne bruto površine od 1500 četvornih metara. Sa stanom za veleposlanika prostrtim preko cijeloga drugog kata.
Zgrada je velebna. Prekrasna. Pogledajte je samo na fotografijama koje smo "skinuli" s Googlea. I skupa je, logično. A Hrvatsku, pazite sad, ništa nije koštala. Ni-šta! Dobili smo je zabadava.
No, vrijeme je za promjene. Normalno. Hrvatska ambasada uskoro će biti preseljena u nedaleku jednokatnicu na Ostoženki 23 gdje se trenutačno u prizemlju nalazi hrvatski konzulat. A od Rusa ćemo zakupiti i prvi kat.
Prema novom ugovoru između Hrvatske i Rusije o smještaju diplomatskih predstavništva, Hrvatska će Rusiji plaćati najamninu samo za prvi kat, dok će dosadašnji prostor konzulata u prizemlju - za koji se mjesečno izdvajalo 10.378 eura - biti “besplatan”, odnosno ući će u odnos reciprociteta s konzularnim uredom Ruske Federacije u Zagrebu. Istovremeno, Zagreb će prestati plaćati najamninu za rusko veleposlanstvo u Zagrebu u iznosu koji varira od 18.000 do 24.000 eura mjesečno.
Svi bi ovim "dealom" napokon trebali zadovoljni. Osim hrvatskoga veleposlanika Tomislava Cara koji ostaje bez stana od 500 kvadrata. Unajmit će se, istina, za njega nova rezidencija, ali ovo nogometno igralište smješteno u takozvanoj "zlatnoj milji" teško je nadomjestiti. Nemoguće.

"Zlatna milja", hvala na pitanju, dobila je naziv po luksuznim (blago rečeno) zdanjima na milju udaljenosti od Kremlja koja rijetko koštaju manje od tri ili četiri milijuna eura. A nerijetko i puno više.
Hrvatska i Rusija, da objasnimo i to, još 1993. godine sklopile su sporazum o smještaju diplomatskih predstavništava po kojem svaka država drugoj daje prostor za veleposlanstvo. Rusi su u Zagrebu dobili zgradu u i konzulat u Bosanskoj ulici, koji su tada bili u vlasništvu države, a aranžman je došao u pitanje 2008. godine kad je vila veleposlanstva denacionalizirana i vraćena pravim vlasnicima, obitelji Neumann.
Da, dobro ste shvatili, Republika Hrvatska kolegama iz Ruske Federacije dala je na korištenje tuđu kuću. Poslužili su se starom hrvatskom taktikom APP (ako prođe, prođe), a kad je prestalo prolaziti, počeli su Neumannovima plaćati masan najam i molećivo gledati prema braći Slavenima.
Rusi su se konačno smilovali pa su sami pronašli novu adresu te se iselili u Bosansku 53, a Hrvatska je zauzvrat obećala da će napustiti svoju moskovsku arenu. I sada to obećanje ispunjava.

U stanu od 500 kvadrata mogli biste, naime, sve. A prije svega biste mogli imati dug i sretan brak. Niti žena vidi vas, niti vi vidite ženu. Komunicirate voki-tokijima, a kad vam dojadi, naprosto odete u sobu na kraju hodnika. I vratite se za tjedan dana.
Djeca bi se, recimo, u stanu od 500 kvadrata mogla igrati na kukalo. Uz realnu opasnost da neka nikad ne budu pronađena. Cijela ulica mogla bi igrati i grupa traži grupu. I tako danima biti sklonjena s ceste.
Stan od 500 kvadrata bio bi idealan i za malo poduzetništvo, obiteljski biznis, recimo proizvodnju dijelova za Boeing ili Airbus. Mogli biste u njemu održati i Splitski festival, Varaždinske barokne večeri ili Sinjsku alku - ne bi alkarima bilo mrsko, evo su i na Kupresu bili - a u jednom od kupatila svakako bi vrijedilo upriličiti i Gusarsku bitku. Bio bi to spektakl.
U stan od 500 kvadrata mogli biste dovesti Celticse i Lakerse, Stonese i Arctic Monkeyse, sve Todoriće biste tu mogli smjestiti, i sve Plenkovićeve ministre. Tomislav ToIušić bi u tih 500 kvadrata i roštilj nekako ugurao, ma Sabor HDZ-a biste u njemu mogli organizirati. Kolektivno ispunjavanje imovinskih kartica. Možda ugostiti i "Lijepom našom". Zašto ne, Branko Uvodić bio bi oduševljen, u tolikom prostoru još nije bio.
A mogli biste, a to uopće nije loša ideja kad već imate stan od 500 kvadrata, od njega deset stanova napraviti, pa ih prodati. Mali stanovi ionako na tržištu postižu bolju cijenu.
Ili biste naprosto taj vaš stan od 500 kvadrata mogli iznajmiti Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova Republike Hrvatske.

Ne šalimo se. Baš je tako bilo. Ministarstvo vanjskih poslova Republike Hrvatske u Moskvi smješteno je na adresi Korobejnikov pereulok 16/10, u zgradi koja se sastoji od tri etaže ukupne bruto površine od 1500 četvornih metara. Sa stanom za veleposlanika prostrtim preko cijeloga drugog kata.
Zgrada je velebna. Prekrasna. Pogledajte je samo na fotografijama koje smo "skinuli" s Googlea. I skupa je, logično. A Hrvatsku, pazite sad, ništa nije koštala. Ni-šta! Dobili smo je zabadava.
No, vrijeme je za promjene. Normalno. Hrvatska ambasada uskoro će biti preseljena u nedaleku jednokatnicu na Ostoženki 23 gdje se trenutačno u prizemlju nalazi hrvatski konzulat. A od Rusa ćemo zakupiti i prvi kat.
Prema novom ugovoru između Hrvatske i Rusije o smještaju diplomatskih predstavništva, Hrvatska će Rusiji plaćati najamninu samo za prvi kat, dok će dosadašnji prostor konzulata u prizemlju - za koji se mjesečno izdvajalo 10.378 eura - biti “besplatan”, odnosno ući će u odnos reciprociteta s konzularnim uredom Ruske Federacije u Zagrebu. Istovremeno, Zagreb će prestati plaćati najamninu za rusko veleposlanstvo u Zagrebu u iznosu koji varira od 18.000 do 24.000 eura mjesečno.
Svi bi ovim "dealom" napokon trebali zadovoljni. Osim hrvatskoga veleposlanika Tomislava Cara koji ostaje bez stana od 500 kvadrata. Unajmit će se, istina, za njega nova rezidencija, ali ovo nogometno igralište smješteno u takozvanoj "zlatnoj milji" teško je nadomjestiti. Nemoguće.

"Zlatna milja", hvala na pitanju, dobila je naziv po luksuznim (blago rečeno) zdanjima na milju udaljenosti od Kremlja koja rijetko koštaju manje od tri ili četiri milijuna eura. A nerijetko i puno više.
Hrvatska i Rusija, da objasnimo i to, još 1993. godine sklopile su sporazum o smještaju diplomatskih predstavništava po kojem svaka država drugoj daje prostor za veleposlanstvo. Rusi su u Zagrebu dobili zgradu u i konzulat u Bosanskoj ulici, koji su tada bili u vlasništvu države, a aranžman je došao u pitanje 2008. godine kad je vila veleposlanstva denacionalizirana i vraćena pravim vlasnicima, obitelji Neumann.
Da, dobro ste shvatili, Republika Hrvatska kolegama iz Ruske Federacije dala je na korištenje tuđu kuću. Poslužili su se starom hrvatskom taktikom APP (ako prođe, prođe), a kad je prestalo prolaziti, počeli su Neumannovima plaćati masan najam i molećivo gledati prema braći Slavenima.
Rusi su se konačno smilovali pa su sami pronašli novu adresu te se iselili u Bosansku 53, a Hrvatska je zauzvrat obećala da će napustiti svoju moskovsku arenu. I sada to obećanje ispunjava.
