Slovenija je u petak arbitražnom sudu za slovensko-hrvatski granični prijepor uputila pismo u kojemu ga je obavijestila da je odluku o imenovanju novog slovenskog arbitra u tom sudu prepustila njegovu predsjedniku Gilbertu Guillaumeu, objavilo je popodne slovensko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova.
Istodobno, Slovenija je, navodi se u priopćenju, registraru arbitražnog suda odgovorila na notu Hrvatske od 31. srpnja, te u njemu navela da odbija jednostrano hrvatsko otkazivanje arbitražnog sporazuma i da se ne slaže kako bi arbitražu trebalo obustaviti.
Slovensko ministarstvo uz to u priopćenju navodi kako je diplomatsku notu kojom odbija hrvatska stajališta o arbitraži poslalo još 5. ovog mjeseca.
Prije toga, slovenski premijer Miro Cerar kazao je na konferenciji za novinare da očekuje kako će Guillaume imenovati nove arbitre za Sloveniju, ali i za Hrvatsku čiji je arbitar Budislav Vukas dao ostavku nakon što je Hrvatska pokrenula izlazak iz arbitraže, te da će to omogućiti nepristranost rada suda i buduće arbitražne presude.
Predsjednik slovenskog parlamenta Milan Brglez, član stranke premijera Cerara i njegov bliski suradnik, izjavio je za Slovenski radio da ne vjeruje da će se preostala tri arbitra odlučiti za raspuštanje suda jer je riječ o eminentnim pravnicima, te da bi u slučaju da to odluče popustili mišljenju jedne strane u postupku.
I nakon što je zbog poznatog skandala slovenske kontaminacije arbitražnog postupka Hrvatska pokrenula svoj izlazak iz arbitraže, slovenska politika gotovo jednoglasno tvrdi da Ljubljana nije izvršila tešku povredu arbitražnog sporazuma koja bi mogla biti razlog prekida arbitraže u skladu s bečkom konvencijom o međunarodnim ugovorima i da se takvi ugovori jednostrano ne mogu prekinuti.
Slovenija očekuje da će je u takvom gledanju podržati i Europska komisija i sam arbitražni sud.

Slovenija je u petak arbitražnom sudu za slovensko-hrvatski granični prijepor uputila pismo u kojemu ga je obavijestila da je odluku o imenovanju novog slovenskog arbitra u tom sudu prepustila njegovu predsjedniku Gilbertu Guillaumeu, objavilo je popodne slovensko ministarstvo vanjskih poslova.
Istodobno, Slovenija je, navodi se u priopćenju, registraru arbitražnog suda odgovorila na notu Hrvatske od 31. srpnja, te u njemu navela da odbija jednostrano hrvatsko otkazivanje arbitražnog sporazuma i da se ne slaže kako bi arbitražu trebalo obustaviti.
Slovensko ministarstvo uz to u priopćenju navodi kako je diplomatsku notu kojom odbija hrvatska stajališta o arbitraži poslalo još 5. ovog mjeseca.
Prije toga, slovenski premijer Miro Cerar kazao je na konferenciji za novinare da očekuje kako će Guillaume imenovati nove arbitre za Sloveniju, ali i za Hrvatsku čiji je arbitar Budislav Vukas dao ostavku nakon što je Hrvatska pokrenula izlazak iz arbitraže, te da će to omogućiti nepristranost rada suda i buduće arbitražne presude.
Predsjednik slovenskog parlamenta Milan Brglez, član stranke premijera Cerara i njegov bliski suradnik, izjavio je za Slovenski radio da ne vjeruje da će se preostala tri arbitra odlučiti za raspuštanje suda jer je riječ o eminentnim pravnicima, te da bi u slučaju da to odluče popustili mišljenju jedne strane u postupku.
I nakon što je zbog poznatog skandala slovenske kontaminacije arbitražnog postupka Hrvatska pokrenula svoj izlazak iz arbitraže, slovenska politika gotovo jednoglasno tvrdi da Ljubljana nije izvršila tešku povredu arbitražnog sporazuma koja bi mogla biti razlog prekida arbitraže u skladu s bečkom konvencijom o međunarodnim ugovorima i da se takvi ugovori jednostrano ne mogu prekinuti.
Slovenija očekuje da će je u takvom gledanju podržati i Europska komisija i sam arbitražni sud.
