Visoki predstavnik EU za vanjsku i sigurnosnu politiku Josep Borrell u srijedu je poslao članicama Vijeća prijedlog dvanaestog paketa sankcija protiv Rusije. Sadržavati bi trebao nove zabrane izvoza, između ostaloga, dijamanata, nove korake za ograničavanje cijena nafte kako bi se smanjili prihodi koje Rusija ostvaruje od prodaje tog energenta, te nove mjere protiv zaobilaženja sankcija, izvijestila je Europska komisija, piše Jutarnji list.

Nije sigurno kad će paket biti dogovoren jer je slovački ministar vanjskih poslova Juraj Blanár objavio da ne dolazi u obzir da se gorivo za nuklearne elektrane nađe na tom popisu tvrdeći da se njihove dvije elektrane ne mogu prebaciti na drugo gorivo. Budimpešta, kao i obično, u ovoj fazi šuti, a oglasi se kad se nešto dogovori da bi tražila izuzeće.

U međuvremenu su stigle vijesti da je rusko gospodarstvo ubrzalo u trećem tromjesečju, oslonjeno na industrijsku proizvodnju, kako je obznanio statistički ured Rosstat. Ruski bruto domaći proizvod (BDP) porastao je u razdoblju od srpnja do rujna za 5,5 posto u odnosu na isto prošlogodišnje tromjesečje, najsnažnije od kraja 2021. godine.

Najjači skok

Rast je potaknut snažnom državnom potrošnjom, a analitičari ističu i veću industrijsku proizvodnju za rat protiv Ukrajine. Ti su faktori ublažili utjecaj zapadnih sankcija, koje ruske tvrtke, čini se, sve uspješnije zaobilaze, piše novinska agencija dpa. U listopadu Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF) prognozirao je u redovnim jesenjim prognozama za svjetsko gospodarstvo da će ruski BDP ove godine porasti za 2,2 posto i za 1,1 posto u 2024.

Nije to sve, ruska se valuta, rubalj, oporavila nakon što se u listopadu kratko približila psihološkoj granici 100 za dolar. Agencija Bloomberg piše kako je i to dio slagalice važan da bi skori predsjednički izbori prošli bez problema i potvrdili aklamacijsku podršku koju uživa predsjednik Vladimir Putin.

Dmitrij Peskov, glasnogovornik Kremlja, sada priznaje da je situacija bila teška. "Postojala je prijetnja kolapsa, stvarno smo morali mobilizirati sve resurse i unutarnje snage kako bismo spriječili taj kolaps", napominjući da je rusko gospodarstvo tada pogođeno teretom sankcija bez presedana. "Niti jedna zemlja na svijetu se nikad nije suočila s tako nečim, i, teoretski, nijedna zemlja na svijetu nije u stanju izdržati takav udarac", rekao je Peskov, prenosi TASS.

Ne zatvara vrata

"Ne želimo prekidati odnose ni s kim, ali to i ne činimo. Ništa ne zatvaramo - ni vrata ni prozore ni otvore", istaknuo je Putin. "Nismo u sukobu s europskim društvom. Prolazimo kroz teško razdoblje s europskim elitama", dodao je ruski predsjednik, napomenuvši: "Ako se netko odlučio ograditi, onda je to njegova stvar, sami sebe pljačkaju." Šef Kremlja je tako preuzeo klasični populistički narativ u kojem javnost nije ništa kriva, nego odnarođene elite koje rade probleme.

Ako ima nekih, a ima, koji bi se složili s tom tezom, eto sljedeće izjave: "Rusija je spremna na blisku suradnju sa svima koji dijele naše vrijednosti mira, prijateljstva i međusobnog poštovanja." Ukrajina, da, Ukrajina ne postoji. Rat traje, ali to je zato što nisu poslušali Putina. Tako šef Kremlja vidi suradnju.

Visoki predstavnik EU za vanjsku i sigurnosnu politiku Josep Borrell u srijedu je poslao članicama Vijeća prijedlog dvanaestog paketa sankcija protiv Rusije. Sadržavati bi trebao nove zabrane izvoza, između ostaloga, dijamanata, nove korake za ograničavanje cijena nafte kako bi se smanjili prihodi koje Rusija ostvaruje od prodaje tog energenta, te nove mjere protiv zaobilaženja sankcija, izvijestila je Europska komisija, piše Jutarnji list.

Nije sigurno kad će paket biti dogovoren jer je slovački ministar vanjskih poslova Juraj Blanár objavio da ne dolazi u obzir da se gorivo za nuklearne elektrane nađe na tom popisu tvrdeći da se njihove dvije elektrane ne mogu prebaciti na drugo gorivo. Budimpešta, kao i obično, u ovoj fazi šuti, a oglasi se kad se nešto dogovori da bi tražila izuzeće.

U međuvremenu su stigle vijesti da je rusko gospodarstvo ubrzalo u trećem tromjesečju, oslonjeno na industrijsku proizvodnju, kako je obznanio statistički ured Rosstat. Ruski bruto domaći proizvod (BDP) porastao je u razdoblju od srpnja do rujna za 5,5 posto u odnosu na isto prošlogodišnje tromjesečje, najsnažnije od kraja 2021. godine.

Rast je potaknut snažnom državnom potrošnjom, a analitičari ističu i veću industrijsku proizvodnju za rat protiv Ukrajine. Ti su faktori ublažili utjecaj zapadnih sankcija, koje ruske tvrtke, čini se, sve uspješnije zaobilaze, piše novinska agencija dpa. U listopadu Međunarodni monetarni fond (MMF) prognozirao je u redovnim jesenjim prognozama za svjetsko gospodarstvo da će ruski BDP ove godine porasti za 2,2 posto i za 1,1 posto u 2024.

Nije to sve, ruska se valuta, rubalj, oporavila nakon što se u listopadu kratko približila psihološkoj granici 100 za dolar. Agencija Bloomberg piše kako je i to dio slagalice važan da bi skori predsjednički izbori prošli bez problema i potvrdili aklamacijsku podršku koju uživa predsjednik Vladimir Putin.

Dmitrij Peskov, glasnogovornik Kremlja, sada priznaje da je situacija bila teška. "Postojala je prijetnja kolapsa, stvarno smo morali mobilizirati sve resurse i unutarnje snage kako bismo spriječili taj kolaps", napominjući da je rusko gospodarstvo tada pogođeno teretom sankcija bez presedana. "Niti jedna zemlja na svijetu se nikad nije suočila s tako nečim, i, teoretski, nijedna zemlja na svijetu nije u stanju izdržati takav udarac", rekao je Peskov, prenosi TASS.

Ne zatvara vrata

"Ne želimo prekidati odnose ni s kim, ali to i ne činimo. Ništa ne zatvaramo - ni vrata ni prozore ni otvore", istaknuo je Putin. "Nismo u sukobu s europskim društvom. Prolazimo kroz teško razdoblje s europskim elitama", dodao je ruski predsjednik, napomenuvši: "Ako se netko odlučio ograditi, onda je to njegova stvar, sami sebe pljačkaju." Šef Kremlja je tako preuzeo klasični populistički narativ u kojem javnost nije ništa kriva, nego odnarođene elite koje rade probleme.

Ako ima nekih, a ima, koji bi se složili s tom tezom, eto sljedeće izjave: "Rusija je spremna na blisku suradnju sa svima koji dijele naše vrijednosti mira, prijateljstva i međusobnog poštovanja." Ukrajina, da, Ukrajina ne postoji. Rat traje, ali to je zato što nisu poslušali Putina. Tako šef Kremlja vidi suradnju.

Visoki predstavnik EU za vanjsku i sigurnosnu politiku Josep Borrell u srijedu je poslao članicama Vijeća prijedlog dvanaestog paketa sankcija protiv Rusije. Sadržavati bi trebao nove zabrane izvoza, između ostaloga, dijamanata, nove korake za ograničavanje cijena nafte kako bi se smanjili prihodi koje Rusija ostvaruje od prodaje tog energenta, te nove mjere protiv zaobilaženja sankcija, izvijestila je Europska komisija, piše Jutarnji list.

Nije sigurno kad će paket biti dogovoren jer je slovački ministar vanjskih poslova Juraj Blanár objavio da ne dolazi u obzir da se gorivo za nuklearne elektrane nađe na tom popisu tvrdeći da se njihove dvije elektrane ne mogu prebaciti na drugo gorivo. Budimpešta, kao i obično, u ovoj fazi šuti, a oglasi se kad se nešto dogovori da bi tražila izuzeće.

U međuvremenu su stigle vijesti da je rusko gospodarstvo ubrzalo u trećem tromjesečju, oslonjeno na industrijsku proizvodnju, kako je obznanio statistički ured Rosstat. Ruski bruto domaći proizvod (BDP) porastao je u razdoblju od srpnja do rujna za 5,5 posto u odnosu na isto prošlogodišnje tromjesečje, najsnažnije od kraja 2021. godine.

Najjači skok

Rast je potaknut snažnom državnom potrošnjom, a analitičari ističu i veću industrijsku proizvodnju za rat protiv Ukrajine.
