Poljska konzervativna premijerka Beata Szydlo rekla je u četvrtak da će glasovati za nacrt zakona o zabrani "eugeničkog pobačaja" u Poljskoj, koja već ima jedan od najstrožih zakona u Europi poslije Irske i Malte.

"Sigurna sam da će taj nacrt zakona imati veliku potporu u našoj parlamentarnoj skupini. Naravno, i sama ću glasovati za njegovo prihvaćanje. Protivim se eugeničkom pobačaju" koji se obavlja u slučaju malformacije ploda, rekla je Szydlo u razgovoru za katolički časopis Gosc Niedzielny od četvrtka.

Novi prijedlog građanske inicijative parlamentu uskoro treba podnijeti odbor "Stop pobačaju".

Zakon koji je na snazi u Poljskoj, zemlji u kojoj su katolici većina, dopušta prekid trudnoće samo u trima slučajevima: opasnosti za život i zdravlje majke, teškog i nepovratnog oštećenja ploda i trudnoće koja je rezultat silovanja ili incesta.

Odbor "Stop pobačaju" prikupio je više od 200.000 potpisa za ukidanje drugog kriterija koji predviđa pravo na pobačaj kod malformacije ploda, primjerice Downowa sindroma.

Poljski predsjednik Andrzej Duda koji dolazi iz stranke Pravo i pravda (PiS) koja je na vlasti u zadnje dvije godine i bliska je Katoličkoj crkvi, već je najavio da će potpisati zakon ako se donese.

Poljski parlament je lani pod pritiskom velikih ženskih prosvjeda diljem zemlje, odbio još stroži nacrt zakona koji je predviđao zatvorsku kaznu do pet godina za liječnike i osoblje koje sudjeluje u pobačaju, pa i za samu ženu, ali je dopuštao mogućnost da sudac odbije kazniti potonju.

Poljska konzervativna premijerka Beata Szydlo rekla je u četvrtak da će glasovati za nacrt zakona o zabrani "eugeničkog pobačaja" u Poljskoj, koja već ima jedan od najstrožih zakona u Europi poslije Irske i Malte.

"Sigurna sam da će taj nacrt zakona imati veliku potporu u našoj parlamentarnoj skupini. Naravno, i sama ću glasovati za njegovo prihvaćanje. Protivim se eugeničkom pobačaju" koji se obavlja u slučaju malformacije ploda, rekla je Szydlo u razgovoru za katolički časopis Gosc Niedzielny od četvrtka.

Novi prijedlog građanske inicijative parlamentu uskoro treba podnijeti odbor "Stop pobačaju".

Zakon koji je na snazi u Poljskoj, zemlji u kojoj su katolici većina, dopušta prekid trudnoće samo u trima slučajevima: opasnosti za život i zdravlje majke, teškog i nepovratnog oštećenja ploda i trudnoće koja je rezultat silovanja ili incesta.

Odbor "Stop pobačaju" prikupio je više od 200.000 potpisa za ukidanje drugog kriterija koji predviđa pravo na pobačaj kod malformacije ploda, primjerice Downowa sindroma.

Poljski predsjednik Andrzej Duda koji dolazi iz stranke Pravo i pravda (PiS) koja je na vlasti u zadnje dvije godine i bliska je Katoličkoj crkvi, već je najavio da će potpisati zakon ako se donese.

Poljski parlament je lani pod pritiskom velikih ženskih prosvjeda diljem zemlje, odbio još stroži nacrt zakona koji je predviđao zatvorsku kaznu do pet godina za liječnike i osoblje koje sudjeluje u pobačaju, pa i za samu ženu, ali je dopuštao mogućnost da sudac odbije kazniti potonju.
