Francuski ministar unutarnjih poslova Gérald Darmanin je, predstavljajući proračun za sljedeću godinu u Narodnoj skupštini, rekao da je vlada donijela amandman kojim se predviđaju sredstva za novih 330 radnih mjesta u obavještajnim službama.

Riječ o još jednoj u nizu mjera koje vlada poduzima nakon što je u petak u Parizu brutalno ubijen Samuel Paty, profesor povijesti i geografije.

Zadaća novih obavještajaca bit će dodatna kontrola nad terorističkom prijetnjom koju predstavljaju radikalizirani muslimani, ali jednako tako i ekstremni desničari.

Slučaj profesora Patyja izuzetno je snažno uzdrmao Francusku jer je, kako tvrde u vlasti, napadnuta sama suština sekularnosti - obrazovanje.

Ubijeni profesor Paty je učenicima pokazao karikature proroka Muhameda, unaprijed ih upozoravajući da će vidjeti slike koje dio zajednice smatra neprimjerenima u sklopu nastave o slobodi izražavanja. Učenicama i učenicima islamske vjere dopustio je da prije toga napuste učionicu.

Dvanaest ubijenih

To se pročulo u radikalnim dijelovima islamske zajednice. Ubojica, Čečen rodom iz Moskve, star 18 godina, također ubijen na mjestu zločina, profesoru Patyju prerezao je vrat.

Počinitelj tog islamističkog napada rekao je istražiteljima da je to kazna za Muhamedove karikature objavljene početkom rujna u "Hebdou".

Taj je satirički list 1. rujna ponovno objavio karikature jer je počelo suđenje za napade u Parizu u siječnju 2015., nakon što su prvi put objavljene karikature, kad je u redakciji "Charlie Hebdoa" ubijeno dvanaest ljudi. Ubojice su bili teroristi koji su se pozivali na islam.

Ministar Darmanin ranije je objavio da je protiv profesora bila izdana smrtna osuda (fetva), i potvrdio da se trenutno provodi “više od 80 istraga” protiv svih koji su na bilo koji način podržavali ili opravdavali napad.

"Neprijatelji Republike neće imati ni minute predaha", najavio je Darmanin i rekao da "češljaju" udruge. Neke od njih, primjerice Zajednica protiv islamofobije u Francuskoj (CCIF), bit će raspuštene, rekao je Darmanin, dodajući da je više nego razvidno da je upletena u zločin. Riječ je o savezu, navodi ministar, koji "prima financijsku pomoć države, porezne olakšice".

Kada je spomenuo fetvu protiv profesora, ministar je mislio na oca učenice u školi Bois d'Aulne u Conflans-Saint-Honorine u okolici Pariza, gdje je profesor Paty radio, te na islamističkog aktivista Abdelhakima Sefriouija. Njih dvojica su uhićeni.

Ministar je rekao i da je zatražio da se iz zemlje protjera 231 osoba koja u njoj boravi ilegalno. Riječ je o ljudima koji su već pod posebnim nadzorom zbog radikalizacije.

A da je vlast odlučna u provedbi mjera, potvrđuje i odluka ministra Darmanina da se zatvori džamija Pantin u kvartu Seine-Saint-Denis, koja je na Facebooku osudila odluku profesora Patyja da pokaže učenicima karikature. Džamija će biti zatvorena šest mjeseci.

Bez kontrole

Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron 2. listopada objavio je akcijski plan s ciljem suzbijanja "islamističkog separatizma" i njegova "protudruštvenog" programa koji je na djelu u Francuskoj, najavivši niz mjera u školstvu i reguliranje izobrazbe imama.

Upravo je ovo potonje pitanje ključno kad je riječ o rastu terorizma koji se poziva na islam: velik broj džamija pod izravnom je kontrolom zemalja koje zagovaraju radikalno učenje islama, poput Saudijske Arabije. I vlade nad njima gotovo da i nemaju kontrolu.

I taj korak, na koji se Macron odlučio jer je pod unakrsnom vatrom s desnice i s krajnje desnice za nebrigu (liderica te struje Marine Le Pen je zatražila “zakone koji vrijede u ratu”) te ljevice koja upozorava na stigmatizaciju muslimana zbog izbornih razloga, nije bio dobro primljen u radikalnim dijelovima francuske islamske zajednice.

Francuska je europska država s najvećim brojem muslimana, blizu šest milijuna, većinom iz bivših sjevernoafričkih kolonija. Osmina ljudi u dobi od 18 do 50 godina smatra se muslimanima.

Ocijenivši da je "islam religija koja danas prolazi kroz krizu posvuda u svijetu", Macron je opširno opisao "islamistički separatizam" u Francuskoj, koji potiče "napuštanje škole" među djecom, "razvoj športskih i kulturnih praksa" u zatvorenim zajednicama, "indoktrinaciju i negiranje naših vrijednosti, poput jednakosti muškarca i žene".

Francuski ministar unutarnjih poslova Gérald Darmanin je, predstavljajući proračun za sljedeću godinu u Narodnoj skupštini, rekao da je vlada donijela amandman kojim se predviđaju sredstva za novih 330 radnih mjesta u obavještajnim službama.

Riječ o još jednoj u nizu mjera koje vlada poduzima nakon što je u petak u Parizu brutalno ubijen Samuel Paty, profesor povijesti i geografije.

Zadaća novih obavještajaca bit će dodatna kontrola nad terorističkom prijetnjom koju predstavljaju radikalizirani muslimani, ali jednako tako i ekstremni desničari.

Slučaj profesora Patyja izuzetno je snažno uzdrmao Francusku jer je, kako tvrde u vlasti, napadnuta sama suština sekularnosti - obrazovanje.

Ubijeni profesor Paty je učenicima pokazao karikature proroka Muhameda, unaprijed ih upozoravajući da će vidjeti slike koje dio zajednice smatra neprimjerenima u sklopu nastave o slobodi izražavanja. Učenicama i učenicima islamske vjere dopustio je da prije toga napuste učionicu.

Dvanaest ubijenih

To se pročulo u radikalnim dijelovima islamske zajednice. Ubojica, Čečen rodom iz Moskve, star 18 godina, također ubijen na mjestu zločina, profesoru Patyju prerezao je vrat.

Napad, koji je okarakteriziran kao “terorizam”, dogodio se tri tjedna nakon što je 25-godišnji Pakistanac mesarskom sjekirom napao bivše prostorije lista "Charlie Hebdo" kada su dvije osobe teško ozlijeđene

Počinitelj tog islamističkog napada rekao je istražiteljima da je to kazna za Muhamedove karikature objavljene početkom rujna u "Hebdou".

Taj je satirički list 1. rujna ponovno objavio karikature jer je počelo suđenje za napade u Parizu u siječnju 2015., nakon što su prvi put objavljene karikature, kad je u redakciji "Charlie Hebdoa" ubijeno dvanaest ljudi. Ubojice su bili teroristi koji su se pozivali na islam.

Ministar Darmanin ranije je objavio da je protiv profesora bila izdana smrtna osuda (fetva), i potvrdio da se trenutno provodi “više od 80 istraga” protiv svih koji su na bilo koji način podržavali ili opravdavali napad.

"Neprijatelji Republike neće imati ni minute predaha", najavio je Darmanin i rekao da "češljaju" udruge. Neke od njih, primjerice Zajednica protiv islamofobije u Francuskoj (CCIF), bit će raspuštene, rekao je Darmanin, dodajući da je više nego razvidno da je upletena u zločin. Riječ je o savezu, navodi ministar, koji "prima financijsku pomoć države, porezne olakšice".

Kada je spomenuo fetvu protiv profesora, ministar je mislio na oca učenice u školi Bois d'Aulne u Conflans-Saint-Honorine u okolici Pariza, gdje je profesor Paty radio, te na islamističkog aktivista Abdelhakima Sefriouija. Njih dvojica su uhićeni.

Ministar je rekao i da je zatražio da se iz zemlje protjera 231 osoba koja u njoj boravi ilegalno. Riječ je o ljudima koji su već pod posebnim nadzorom zbog radikalizacije.

A da je vlast odlučna u provedbi mjera, potvrđuje i odluka ministra Darmanina da se zatvori džamija Pantin u kvartu Seine-Saint-Denis, koja je na Facebooku osudila odluku profesora Patyja da pokaže učenicima karikature. Džamija će biti zatvorena šest mjeseci.

Bez kontrole

Francuski predsjednik Emmanuel Macron 2. listopada objavio je akcijski plan s ciljem suzbijanja "islamističkog separatizma" i njegova "protudruštvenog" programa koji je na djelu u Francuskoj, najavivši niz mjera u školstvu i reguliranje izobrazbe imama.

Upravo je ovo potonje pitanje ključno kad je riječ o rastu terorizma koji se poziva na islam: velik broj džamija pod izravnom je kontrolom zemalja koje zagovaraju radikalno učenje islama, poput Saudijske Arabije. I vlade nad njima gotovo da i nemaju kontrolu.

I taj korak, na koji se Macron odlučio jer je pod unakrsnom vatrom s desnice i s krajnje desnice za nebrigu (liderica te struje Marine Le Pen je zatražila “zakone koji vrijede u ratu”) te ljevice koja upozorava na stigmatizaciju muslimana zbog izbornih razloga, nije bio dobro primljen u radikalnim dijelovima francuske islamske zajednice.

Francuska je europska država s najvećim brojem muslimana, blizu šest milijuna, većinom iz bivših sjevernoafričkih kolonija. Osmina ljudi u dobi od 18 do 50 godina smatra se muslimanima.

Ocijenivši da je "islam religija koja danas prolazi kroz krizu posvuda u svijetu", Macron je opširno opisao "islamistički separatizam" u Francuskoj, koji potiče "napuštanje škole" među djecom, "razvoj športskih i kulturnih praksa" u zatvorenim zajednicama, "indoktrinaciju i negiranje naših vrijednosti, poput jednakosti muškarca i žene".
