Njemačka i talijanska policija uhitile su u srijedu oko 150 ljudi u žestokom udaru na talijansku kriminalnu skupinu Ndrangheta, objavili su njemački javni tužitelji i policija dviju zemalja.

Kako javlja Reuters, osumnjičenici se terete za pranje novca, kaznena djela porezne utaje, prijevare i krijumčarenja droge, mafijaško zločinačko udruživanje te posjedovanje i promet oružjem.

Uhićenja su bila dio koordinirane istrage Njemačke, Belgije, Francuske, Italije, Portugala i Španjolske, objavile su njemačke vlasti.

Francuska agencija AFP javila je da je uhićenja bilo i u Sloveniji i Rumunjskoj.

Ndrangheta, koja vuče korijene iz južne talijanske regije Kalabrije, nadmašila je Cosa Nostru kao najmoćnija mafijaška skupina u zemlji i jedna od najvećih kriminalnih mreža na svijetu.

Talijanski karabinjeri izveli su 108 uhićenja diljem zemlje u istrazi baziranoj u središtu regije Kalabrija, navodi se u priopćenju. Dodatnih 15 osoba privedeno je po nalogu policije u sjeverozapadnoj luci Genovi.

Njemačka policija također je uhitila desetke osumnjičenih u ranim jutarnjim racijama.

U Belgiji je policija izvršila raciju na više od 20 adresa, rekli su tužitelji, dodajući da će više detalja iznijeti na konferenciji za novinare tijekom dana.

Krijumčarenje kokaina

Policija njemačke pokrajine Bavarske objavila je da su uhićenja rezultat više od tri godine istrage nazvane "Operacija Eureka".

Talijanski i belgijski istražitelji vjeruju da je talijanska kriminalna skupina između listopada 2019. i siječnja 2022. prokrijumčarila blizu 25 tona kokaina i prenijela više od 22 milijuna eura iz Kalabrije u Belgiju, Nizozemsku i Južnu Ameriku.

Četiri osobe uhićene su u Bavarskoj, 15 u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji i 10 u jugozapadnoj pokrajini Porajnje-Falačka, objavila je njemačka policija. Policija je zaplijenila potencijalne dokaze na desecima lokacija, uključujući domove i urede.

Dvojica osumnjičenika koji su bili pod istragom u zapadnoj njemačkoj pokrajini Saarska uhićeni su u Italiji. 

U sklopu koordinirane istrage u gradu Malagi na jugu Španjolske uhićen je muškarac, priopćila je španjolska policija, ne navodeći više detalja.

Njemački tužitelji i talijanski karabinjeri najavili su tijekom dana odvojene konferencije za novinare.

Njemačka i talijanska policija uhitile su u srijedu oko 150 ljudi u žestokom udaru na talijansku kriminalnu skupinu Ndrangheta, objavili su njemački javni tužitelji i policija dviju zemalja.

Kako javlja Reuters, osumnjičenici se terete za pranje novca, kaznena djela porezne utaje, prijevare i krijumčarenja droge, mafijaško zločinačko udruživanje te posjedovanje i promet oružjem.

Uhićenja su bila dio koordinirane istrage Njemačke, Belgije, Francuske, Italije, Portugala i Španjolske, objavile su njemačke vlasti.

Francuska agencija AFP javila je da je uhićenja bilo i u Sloveniji i Rumunjskoj.

Ndrangheta, koja vuče korijene iz južne talijanske regije Kalabrije, nadmašila je Cosa Nostru kao najmoćnija mafijaška skupina u zemlji i jedna od najvećih kriminalnih mreža na svijetu.

Talijanski karabinjeri izveli su 108 uhićenja diljem zemlje u istrazi baziranoj u središtu regije Kalabrija, navodi se u priopćenju. Dodatnih 15 osoba privedeno je po nalogu policije u sjeverozapadnoj luci Genovi.

Njemačka policija također je uhitila desetke osumnjičenih u ranim jutarnjim racijama.

U Belgiji je policija izvršila raciju na više od 20 adresa, rekli su tužitelji, dodajući da će više detalja iznijeti na konferenciji za novinare tijekom dana.

Krijumčarenje kokaina

Policija njemačke pokrajine Bavarske objavila je da su uhićenja rezultat više od tri godine istrage nazvane "Operacija Eureka".

Talijanski i belgijski istražitelji vjeruju da je talijanska kriminalna skupina između listopada 2019. i siječnja 2022. prokrijumčarila blizu 25 tona kokaina i prenijela više od 22 milijuna eura iz Kalabrije u Belgiju, Nizozemsku i Južnu Ameriku.

Četiri osobe uhićene su u Bavarskoj, 15 u Sjevernoj Rajni-Vestfaliji i 10 u jugozapadnoj pokrajini Porajnje-Falačka, objavila je njemačka policija. Policija je zaplijenila potencijalne dokaze na desecima lokacija, uključujući domove i urede.

Dvojica osumnjičenika koji su bili pod istragom u zapadnoj njemačkoj pokrajini Saarska uhićeni su u Italiji. 

U sklopu koordinirane istrage u gradu Malagi na jugu Španjolske uhićen je muškarac, priopćila je španjolska policija, ne navodeći više detalja.

Njemački tužitelji i talijanski karabinjeri najavili su tijekom dana odvojene konferencije za novinare.

Njemačka i talijanska policija uhitile su u srijedu oko 150 ljudi u žestokom udaru na talijansku kriminalnu skupinu Ndrangheta, objavili su njemački javni tužitelji i policija dviju zemalja.

Kako javlja Reuters, osumnjičenici se terete za pranje novca, kaznena djela porezne utaje, prijevare i krijumčarenja droge, mafijaško zločinačko udruživanje te posjedovanje i promet oružjem.

Uhićenja su bila dio koordinirane istrage Njemačke, Belgije, Francuske, Italije, Portugala i Španjolske, objavile su njemačke vlasti.

Francuska agencija AFP javila je da je uhićenja bilo i u Sloveniji i Rumunjskoj.

Ndrangheta, koja vuče korijene iz južne talijanske regije Kalabrije, nadmašila je Cosa Nostru kao najmoćnija mafijaška skupina u zemlji i jedna od najvećih kriminalnih mreža na svijetu....
