Dan nakon što je rekao da je 'dovoljno prodao' da ispuni svoj cilj prodaje 10 posto svog udjela u Tesli Inc., izvršni direktor Elon Musk u srijedu je tvitao da je 'skoro gotov' i otkrio u podnescima Komisiji za vrijednosne papire da je iskoristio više dioničkih opcija i prodao još 934.000 dionica, vrijednih oko 928,6 milijuna dolara. 

Uz prodaju dionica u srijedu, Musk je prodao oko 14,8 milijuna dionica od 7. studenog, kada je objavio anketu na Twitteru u kojoj se pita treba li prodati desetinu svog udjela u Tesli. Sveukupno, prodaja dionica vrijedila je nešto više od 15 milijardi dolara, dok on sam kaže da će platiti oko 11 milijardi dolara poreza. Njegovo ukupno bogatstvo se procjenjuje na 261 milijardu dolara. 

Međutim, u međuvremenu je kupio još 2,2 milijuna Teslinih dionica za 6,24 dolara po komadu, navodi se u prijavi. Musk ne prima plaću niti novčane bonuse od svoje tvrtke, pa poreze može platiti samo prodajom dionica. Upravni odbor tvrtke također mu dopušta kupnju dionica Tesle po znatno nižim cijenama; u ovom slučaju 160 puta nižim.

Musk je u rujnu na Code Conference u Beverly Hillsu u Kaliforniji rekao da će njegova granična porezna stopa biti veća od 50 posto kada mu isteku opcije dionica u Tesli, te da ih već planira uskoro prodati. 'Imam hrpu opcija koje istječu početkom sljedeće godine, tako da ... ogroman blok opcija će se prodati u četvrtom tromjesečju - jer moram ili će isteći', rekao je. Ovu srijedu je iskoristio više od 2,1 milijun dioničkih opcija, s oko 20 milijuna opcija iskorištenih od 7. studenog.

Dionice Tesle su pale 28,7 posto u proteklih mjesec dana, ali su dosad oporavile gotovo polovicu gubitaka. Izgleda da je Musk znao kada treba prodati.

Dan nakon što je rekao da je 'dovoljno prodao' da ispuni svoj cilj prodaje 10 posto svog udjela u Tesli Inc., izvršni direktor Elon Musk u srijedu je tvitao da je 'skoro gotov' i otkrio u podnescima Komisiji za vrijednosne papire da je iskoristio više dioničkih opcija i prodao još 934.000 dionica, vrijednih oko 928,6 milijuna dolara. 

Uz prodaju dionica u srijedu, Musk je prodao oko 14,8 milijuna dionica od 7. studenog, kada je objavio anketu na Twitteru u kojoj se pita treba li prodati desetinu svog udjela u Tesli. Sveukupno, prodaja dionica vrijedila je nešto više od 15 milijardi dolara, dok on sam kaže da će platiti oko 11 milijardi dolara poreza. Njegovo ukupno bogatstvo se procjenjuje na 261 milijardu dolara. 

Međutim, u međuvremenu je kupio još 2,2 milijuna Teslinih dionica za 6,24 dolara po komadu, navodi se u prijavi. Musk ne prima plaću niti novčane bonuse od svoje tvrtke, pa poreze može platiti samo prodajom dionica. Upravni odbor tvrtke također mu dopušta kupnju dionica Tesle po znatno nižim cijenama; u ovom slučaju 160 puta nižim.

Musk je u rujnu na Code Conference u Beverly Hillsu u Kaliforniji rekao da će njegova granična porezna stopa biti veća od 50 posto kada mu isteku opcije dionica u Tesli, te da ih već planira uskoro prodati. 'Imam hrpu opcija koje istječu početkom sljedeće godine, tako da ... ogroman blok opcija će se prodati u četvrtom tromjesečju - jer moram ili će isteći', rekao je. Ovu srijedu je iskoristio više od 2,1 milijun dioničkih opcija, s oko 20 milijuna opcija iskorištenih od 7. studenog.

Dionice Tesle su pale 28,7 posto u proteklih mjesec dana, ali su dosad oporavile gotovo polovicu gubitaka. Izgleda da je Musk znao kada treba prodati.

Dan nakon što je rekao da je 'dovoljno prodao' da ispuni svoj cilj prodaje 10 posto svog udjela u Tesli Inc., izvršni direktor Elon Musk u srijedu je tvitao da je 'skoro gotov' i otkrio u podnescima Komisiji za vrijednosne papire da je iskoristio više dioničkih opcija i prodao još 934.000 dionica, vrijednih oko 928,6 milijuna dolara. 

Uz prodaju dionica u srijedu, Musk je prodao oko 14,8 milijuna dionica od 7. studenog, kada je objavio anketu na Twitteru u kojoj se pita treba li prodati desetinu svog udjela u Tesli. Sveukupno, prodaja dionica vrijedila je nešto više od 15 milijardi dolara, dok on sam kaže da će platiti oko 11 milijardi dolara poreza. Njegovo ukupno bogatstvo se procjenjuje na 261 milijardu dolara. 

Međutim, u međuvremenu je kupio još 2,2 milijuna Teslinih d...
