Bakterija je pronađena u poznatom danskom usoljenom mesnom naresku “rullepoelse”, što u prijevodu znači “rolana kobasica”.
“Kompanija je zbog toga zatvorena i svi njezini proizvodi povučeni su iz prodaje”, potvrdili su predstavnici danskog Ministarstva za hranu, poljoprivredu i ribarstvo, navodi AFP.
Blaga bolest
Prvi slučaj listerioze registriran je u rujnu prošle godine i od tada je u Danskoj prijavljeno 20 slučajeva.

Sanje Kurečić Filipović iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo doznali smo da je listerioza bolest koju uzrokuje bakterija Listeria monocytogenes i svrstava se u bolesti koje se prenose hranom.
– Najčešće se javlja kao blaga bolest s povišenom tjelesnom temperaturom, općom slabošću, kod nekih s povraćanjem i proljevom. Kod novorođenčadi i odraslih može se komplicirati te se razvija meningoencefalitis i/ili septikemija.
Teški oblici bolesti najčešće se javljaju u osoba s već oslabljenim imunosnim sustavom. Listerioza ima višu smrtnost nego neke druge crijevne zarazne bolesti, primjerice salmoneloze. Pod najvećim su rizikom novorođenčad, starije osobe, imunokompromitirane osobe, trudnice, bolesnici s cirozom jetre i dijabetičari – informirala nas je Kurečić Filipović.
Bakterije ima posvuda u okolišu, pa tako i u termički neobrađenoj hrani. Inkubacija je od tri do 70 dana, prosječno tri tjedna.
– Prema informacijama koje mi imamo, od rujna 2013. godine do danas u Danskoj je oboljelo 20 ljudi. Od tih 20 oboljelih, 15 je oboljelo u zadnja tri mjeseca: u lipnju, srpnju i kolovozu. Hrana koju su oboljeli konzumirali povučena je s tržišta, a također je zatvorena i tvrtka koja je proizvodila inkriminirane kobasice – potvrdili su u HZJZ-u.
Kao mjera prevencije, preporučuje se trudnicama i osobama s oslabljenim imunosnim sustavom da izbjegavaju konzumaciju termički neobrađenog mesa, dimljene ribe i sira od nepasteriziranog mlijeka.
– Treba izbjegavati kontakt s potencijalno kontaminiranim materijalom kao što su, primjerice, abortirani fetusi životinja na farmama. Općenito, svim osobama preporučuje se temeljito pranje sirovog povrća prije jela. Svu hranu životinjskog podrijetla treba temeljito termički obraditi (svinjetinu, govedinu, meso peradi).
Svakako, ne treba zanemariti pravilne higijenske navike pri manipulaciji hranom: pranje ruku, noževa i daski za rezanje nakon kontakta s namirnicom koja nije termički obrađena – naglašavaju u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Listerija koja je pronađena kod malog proizvođača mesa u blizini Kopenhagena usmrtila je 12 ljudi u Danskoj tijekom posljednjih nekoliko mjeseci, prenosi Al Jazeera. Bakterija je pronađena u poznatom danskom usoljenom mesnom naresku “rullepoelse”, što u prijevodu znači “rolana kobasica”.
“Kompanija je zbog toga zatvorena i svi njezini proizvodi povučeni su iz prodaje”, potvrdili su predstavnici danskog Ministarstva za hranu, poljoprivredu i ribarstvo, navodi AFP.
Blaga bolest
Prvi slučaj listerioze registriran je u rujnu prošle godine i od tada je u Danskoj prijavljeno 20 slučajeva.

Sanje Kurečić Filipović iz Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo doznali smo da je listerioza bolest koju uzrokuje bakterija Listeria monocytogenes i svrstava se u bolesti koje se prenose hranom.
– Najčešće se javlja kao blaga bolest s povišenom tjelesnom temperaturom, općom slabošću, kod nekih s povraćanjem i proljevom. Kod novorođenčadi i odraslih može se komplicirati te se razvija meningoencefalitis i/ili septikemija.
Teški oblici bolesti najčešće se javljaju u osoba s već oslabljenim imunosnim sustavom. Listerioza ima višu smrtnost nego neke druge crijevne zarazne bolesti, primjerice salmoneloze. Pod najvećim su rizikom novorođenčad, starije osobe, imunokompromitirane osobe, trudnice, bolesnici s cirozom jetre i dijabetičari – informirala nas je Kurečić Filipović.
Bakterije ima posvuda u okolišu, pa tako i u termički neobrađenoj hrani. Inkubacija je od tri do 70 dana, prosječno tri tjedna.
– Prema informacijama koje mi imamo, od rujna 2013. godine do danas u Danskoj je oboljelo 20 ljudi. Od tih 20 oboljelih, 15 je oboljelo u zadnja tri mjeseca: u lipnju, srpnju i kolovozu. Hrana koju su oboljeli konzumirali povučena je s tržišta, a također je zatvorena i tvrtka koja je proizvodila inkriminirane kobasice – potvrdili su u HZJZ-u.
Kao mjera prevencije, preporučuje se trudnicama i osobama s oslabljenim imunosnim sustavom da izbjegavaju konzumaciju termički neobrađenog mesa, dimljene ribe i sira od nepasteriziranog mlijeka.
– Treba izbjegavati kontakt s potencijalno kontaminiranim materijalom kao što su, primjerice, abortirani fetusi životinja na farmama. Općenito, svim osobama preporučuje se temeljito pranje sirovog povrća prije jela. Svu hranu životinjskog podrijetla treba temeljito termički obraditi (svinjetinu, govedinu, meso peradi).
Svakako, ne treba zanemariti pravilne higijenske navike pri manipulaciji hranom: pranje ruku, noževa i daski za rezanje nakon kontakta s namirnicom koja nije termički obrađena – naglašavaju u Hrvatskom zavodu za javno zdravstvo.
