Potpisivanje ugovora očekuje se u ožujku, nakon što procjena utjecaja na okoliš bude završena i integrirana u ugovor.

- Nakon toga kreću istražne radnje od tri do šest godina. Na srednjem i južnom dijelu Jadrana, gdje je dubina do 1200 metara, istražne radnje mogu trajati do šest godina, dok na sjevernom dijelu, gdje je dubina 100 metara, mogu trajati kraće pa tako prve rezultate možemo znati u trećoj godini - izjavila je Barbara Dorić, predsjednica Agencije za ugljikovodike.

Iako su ENI i Marathon znatno snažniji od Ine, domaći naftaši imaju više iskustva u istraživanju Jadrana. Još od 1980-ih Ina je ispitivala akvatorij oko Brača, s čak tri istražna područja te lokacije Šipana i Dubrovnika, no sve je prekinuo rat. Kao i tada, stručnjaci i danas smatraju da su najveći izgledi za otkrića novih nalazišta nafte upravo na južnom Jadranu, dok bi sjeverni trebao biti bogatiji plinom.

Podmorje oko Prevlake Ina je ponovno intenzivno istraživala i tijekom 2012. kad su dva istraživačka broda kružila oko poluotoka, koristeći najsuvremeniju ultrazvučnu tehnologiju.

Nema velikih tenzija

Danas se kao veća prepreka ističu (po)granični prijepori na Prevlaci. A kako nafta ne poznaje granice, istražna polja “posuta” su i s crnogorske i s hrvatske strane, no vodeće strukture dviju susjednih zemalja oko toga ne podižu previše tenzije.

Vlada Crne Gore lani je raspisala natječaj za istraživanje nafte i plina u crnogorskom podmorju na 13 blokova na površini od 3000 četvornih kilometara. Crnogorska strana vjeruje u zalihe nafte u podmorju Ulcinja.

Početkom studenog javnost susjedne države iznenadila je promjena odluke Vlade Crne Gore o određivanju blokova za istraživanje nafte i plina u podmorju odustajanjem od dijela teritorija kod Prevlake. Kao razlog naveli su prilagodbu međunarodnom protokolu o privremenom režimu uz granicu s Hrvatskom.

- Imajući u vidu da je hrvatska strana prikazala blokove za istraživačke i eksploatacijske ugovore u području koje smatramo spornim, površine oko 1800 kvadratnih kilometara, i koje je označila kao svoj epikontinentalni pojas, te da dvije države nisu razgovarale, donošenjem ovakve odluke Crna Gora štiti interese u morskom području - kažu u Crnoj Gori.

Hrvatski stručnjak dr. Igor Dekanić predlaže da se krene u zajednička istraživanja Hrvatske i Crne Gore.

- Nakon toga kreću istražne radnje od tri do šest godina. Na srednjem i južnom dijelu Jadrana, gdje je dubina do 1200 metara, istražne radnje mogu trajati do šest godina, dok na sjevernom dijelu, gdje je dubina 100 metara, mogu trajati kraće pa tako prve rezultate možemo znati u trećoj godini - izjavila je Barbara Dorić, predsjednica Agencije za ugljikovodike.

Iako su ENI i Marathon znatno snažniji od Ine, domaći naftaši imaju više iskustva u istraživanju Jadrana. Još od 1980-ih Ina je ispitivala akvatorij oko Brača, s čak tri istražna područja te lokacije Šipana i Dubrovnika, no sve je prekinuo rat. Kao i tada, stručnjaci i danas smatraju da su najveći izgledi za otkrića novih nalazišta nafte upravo na južnom Jadranu, dok bi sjeverni trebao biti bogatiji plinom.

Podmorje oko Prevlake Ina je ponovno intenzivno istraživala i tijekom 2012. kad su dva istraživačka broda kružila oko poluotoka, koristeći najsuvremeniju ultrazvučnu tehnologiju.

Nema velikih tenzija

Danas se kao veća prepreka ističu (po)granični prijepori na Prevlaci. A kako nafta ne poznaje granice, istražna polja “posuta” su i s crnogorske i s hrvatske strane, no vodeće strukture dviju susjednih zemalja oko toga ne podižu previše tenzije.

Vlada Crne Gore lani je raspisala natječaj za istraživanje nafte i plina u crnogorskom podmorju na 13 blokova na površini od 3000 četvornih kilometara. Crnogorska strana vjeruje u zalihe nafte u podmorju Ulcinja.

Početkom studenog javnost susjedne države iznenadila je promjena odluke Vlade Crne Gore o određivanju blokova za istraživanje nafte i plina u podmorju odustajanjem od dijela teritorija kod Prevlake. Kao razlog naveli su prilagodbu međunarodnom protokolu o privremenom režimu uz granicu s Hrvatskom.

- Imajući u vidu da je hrvatska strana prikazala blokove za istraživačke i eksploatacijske ugovore u području koje smatramo spornim, površine oko 1800 kvadratnih kilometara, i koje je označila kao svoj epikontinentalni pojas, te da dvije države nisu razgovarale, donošenjem ovakve odluke Crna Gora štiti interese u morskom području - kažu u Crnoj Gori.

Hrvatski stručnjak dr. Igor Dekanić predlaže da se krene u zajednička istraživanja Hrvatske i Crne Gore.
