Norveške tajne službe upozoravaju da Rusija preuzima inicijativu u Ukrajini. Zapadno oružje je uglavnom istrošeno ili izgubljeno na bojnom polju, javlja Deutsche Welle.

Prema navodima godišnjeg sigurnosnog izvješća „Focus" norveških obavještajnih službi Rusija u Ukrajini sve više preuzima inicijativu i na putu je ostvariti dominaciju u borbama. To se, pišu, vidi i na razvoju situacije u Avdiivki, gdje su ukrajinske snage bile prisiljene povući se.

Zapadne isporuke oružja omogućile su ukrajinskoj vojsci da spriječi Rusiju da ostvari značajan vojni napredak u Ukrajini prošle godine, ali je veliki dio isporučenog materijala izgubljen ili potrošen na bojnom polju, stoji u izvješću, navodi njemački list Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

Ukrajinska ofenziva 2023. izvršila je snažan pritisak na ruske trupe, ali one su se konsolidirale i ponovno ojačale svoje obrambene linije.

Rusija je, s druge strane, poduzela neke uspješne korake i mobilizirala veliki broj novih vojnika - ona može staviti u pokret tri puta više novaka za rat od Ukrajine. Osim toga zapadne sankcije manje utječu na rusko gospodarstvo nego što se očekivalo.

Stope proizvodnje streljiva, borbenih vozila, bespilotnih letjelica i projektila veće su nego prije godinu dana. Rusija dobiva sve veću vojnu potporu od Kine, Sjeverne Koreje, Irana i Bjelorusije, navodi se u izvješću.

Što se Kine tiče, ona ne isporučuje oružje, ali isporučuje vojnu opremu i komponente koje su ključne za ruski vojni pogon i za rat.

Rusija spremna na „dugotrajni rat"

Ruski režim smatra da vrijeme radi za njega i spreman je za „dugotrajni rat", nastavlja se u izvješću. Stoga će Kijev trebati „znatnu" zapadnu vojnu pomoć kako bi imao ikakvu nadu za preokret situacije, rekao je šef vojne obavještajne službe Nils Andreas Stensönes u ponedjeljak predstavljajući izvješće.

Njega svake godine sastavljaju norveška vanjska obavještajna služba NIS, domaća obavještajna služba PST i tijelo za nacionalnu sigurnost NSM.

Kao rezultat širenja NATO-a ulaskom Finske, a, po svoj prilici, uskoro i Švedske u Savez, izgubljen je jedan od najvažnijih ciljeva Rusije na Baltiku, a to je da ga očuva kao geografski i politički „tampon" protiv zapadnog vojnog saveza, nastavljaju norveški obavještajci.

Oni, međutim, naglašavaju da je trenutno zbog znatno smanjenog broja bilateralnih kontakata između Rusije i Norveške, ponašanje Moskve postalo manje predvidljivo.

Mapiranje Norveške

Rusija je godinama mapirala kritičnu norvešku naftnu i plinsku infrastrukturu, navodi se dalje u izvješću. Ovo prikupljeno znanje moglo bi postati važno u slučaju sukoba.

Rusija koristi velik broj civilnih brodova za obavještajne aktivnosti i prikuplja informacije o, između ostalog, norveškoj energetskoj i obrambenoj infrastrukturi. S ovim brodovima Rusiji je moguće legalno prići ciljevima.

Kao rezultat ruskog agresorskog rata, Norveška je postala glavni dobavljač energije Europi. Posebno bi plinska infrastruktura mogla biti meta sabotaža ili pokušaja ometanja rada kroz cyber napade, stoji u izvješću. Prošle su godine norveške tajne službe upozorile da će njihova zemlja biti jedna od prvih meta ako dođe do eskalacije sukoba između Rusije i zapadnih zemalja.

Norveške tajne službe upozoravaju da Rusija preuzima inicijativu u Ukrajini. Zapadno oružje je uglavnom istrošeno ili izgubljeno na bojnom polju, javlja Deutsche Welle.

Prema navodima godišnjeg sigurnosnog izvješća „Focus" norveških obavještajnih službi Rusija u Ukrajini sve više preuzima inicijativu i na putu je ostvariti dominaciju u borbama. To se, pišu, vidi i na razvoju situacije u Avdiivki, gdje su ukrajinske snage bile prisiljene povući se.

Zapadne isporuke oružja omogućile su ukrajinskoj vojsci da spriječi Rusiju da ostvari značajan vojni napredak u Ukrajini prošle godine, ali je veliki dio isporučenog materijala izgubljen ili potrošen na bojnom polju, stoji u izvješću, navodi njemački list Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

Rusija je, s druge strane, poduzela neke uspješne korake i mobilizirala veliki broj novih vojnika - ona može staviti u pokret tri puta više novaka za rat od Ukrajine. Osim toga zapadne sankcije manje utječu na rusko gospodarstvo nego što se očekivalo.

Stope proizvodnje streljiva, borbenih vozila, bespilotnih letjelica i projektila veće su nego prije godinu dana. Rusija dobiva sve veću vojnu potporu od Kine, Sjeverne Koreje, Irana i Bjelorusije, navodi se u izvješću.

Što se Kine tiče, ona ne isporučuje oružje, ali isporučuje vojnu opremu i komponente koje su ključne za ruski vojni pogon i za rat.

Rusija spremna na „dugotrajni rat"

Ruski režim smatra da vrijeme radi za njega i spreman je za „dugotrajni rat", nastavlja se u izvješću. Stoga će Kijev trebati „znatnu" zapadnu vojnu pomoć kako bi imao ikakvu nadu za preokret situacije, rekao je šef vojne obavještajne službe Nils Andreas Stensönes u ponedjeljak predstavljajući izvješće.

Njega svake godine sastavljaju norveška vanjska obavještajna služba NIS, domaća obavještajna služba PST i tijelo za nacionalnu sigurnost NSM.

Kao rezultat širenja NATO-a ulaskom Finske, a, po svoj prilici, uskoro i Švedske u Savez, izgubljen je jedan od najvažnijih ciljeva Rusije na Baltiku, a to je da ga očuva kao geografski i politički „tampon" protiv zapadnog vojnog saveza, nastavljaju norveški obavještajci.

Oni, međutim, naglašavaju da je trenutno zbog znatno smanjenog broja bilateralnih kontakata između Rusije i Norveške, ponašanje Moskve postalo manje predvidljivo.

Mapiranje Norveške

Rusija je godinama mapirala kritičnu norvešku naftnu i plinsku infrastrukturu, navodi se dalje u izvješću. Ovo prikupljeno znanje moglo bi postati važno u slučaju sukoba.

Rusija koristi velik broj civilnih brodova za obavještajne aktivnosti i prikuplja informacije o, između ostalog, norveškoj energetskoj i obrambenoj infrastrukturi. S ovim brodovima Rusiji je moguće legalno prići ciljevima.

Kao rezultat ruskog agresorskog rata, Norveška je postala glavni dobavljač energije Europi. Posebno bi plinska infrastruktura mogla biti meta sabotaža ili pokušaja ometanja rada kroz cyber napade, stoji u izvješću. Prošle su godine norveške tajne službe upozorile da će njihova zemlja biti jedna od prvih meta ako dođe do eskalacije sukoba između Rusije i zapadnih zemalja.

Norveške tajne službe upozoravaju da Rusija preuzima inicijativu u Ukrajini. Zapadno oružje je uglavnom istrošeno ili izgubljeno na bojnom polju, javlja Deutsche Welle.

Prema navodima godišnjeg sigurnosnog izvješća „Focus" norveških obavještajnih službi Rusija u Ukrajini sve više preuzima inicijativu i na putu je ostvariti dominaciju u borbama. To se, pišu, vidi i na razvoju situacije u Avdiivki, gdje su ukrajinske snage bile prisiljene povući se.
