Davno je to bilo, negdje u Indiji: neki je isposnik pitao mudraca koliko još životnih ciklusa valja proći da doživi prosvjetljenje. Hm, upravo toliko koliko vidiš lišća u krošnji pod kojom sjediš. Zar samo još toliko, obradovao se ovaj!
Trideset godina - zar samo toliko - trebalo je proći do suđenja za strašan ratni zločin nad bugojanskim Hrvatima...
Na Sudu Bosne i Hercegovine planiran je početak procesa Dževadu Mlaći i Selmi Cikotiću koji će s optuženičke klupe odgovarati za zločine nad ratnim zarobljenicima hrvatske nacionalnosti, pripadnicima Hrvatskog vijeća obrane, tijekom brutalnog ratnog sukoba Armije RBiH i HVO-a u bugojanskom kraju 1993. godine.
Mlaćo je u to vrijeme bio predsjednik Ratnog predsjedništva općine Bugojno, a Cikotić zapovjednik Operativne grupe "Zapad", Trećeg korpusa Armije BiH. Statusna konferencija odredila je da prvi dan u sudnici bude u srijedu 13. ožujka.

Što piše u optužnici?
Optužni akt za Mlaću navodi da je zapovjedio ubojstvo više od dvadeset zarobljenika hrvatske nacionalnosti, odnosno pripadnika HVO-a koje je nazvao "ekstremnim dijelom", na način da je osobno sastavio popis onih koji će biti ubijeni. Trojica zarobljenih Hrvata usmrćena su nakon zlostavljanja u improviziranom bugojanskom zatvoru, dok su ostali odvedeni u motel na obližnjoj planini Rostovo i tamo pobijeni. Njihova tijela bila su pokopana na skrovitu mjestu.

Cikotiću se, među ostalim, na teret stavlja da je propustio poduzeti sve moguće mjere kako bi spriječio ubojstva i nečovječno postupanje prema zarobljenicima, iako je imao informacije na temelju kojih je mogao zaključiti da se njemu podređeni pripadnici Armije RBiH spremaju učiniti takva djela, ali da ipak nije poduzeo mjere kako bi se pokrenuo kazneni postupak zbog mučenja i ubojstava. Optužen je i zato što je izdavao zapovijedi da se zarobljeni Hrvati izvode na obavljanje prisilnih radova na prvim crtama bojišnice, gdje su ujedno bili i "živi štit", kako donose mediji iz BiH.

Podsjetimo, optužnica protiv Mlaće i Cikotića podignuta je u prosincu prošle godine, a tim aktom bio je obuhvaćen i Tahir Grahić, bivši zapovjednik 307. brigade ARBiH, ali je Sud odbio optužbe protiv njega. Optužena dvojica u veljači su na Sudu BiH u Sarajevu izjavila da se ne osjećaju krivima ni po jednoj točki. Vidjet ćemo što će se pokazati u sudnici, gdje će Tužiteljstvo Bosne i Hercegovine dokazivati njihovu krivnju iskazima 62 svjedoka i predstavljanjem 780 materijalnih dokaza.

Stari je to slučaj i o njemu se opširno pisalo. Kao da i nije... Dugo poslije rata i daytonskog mira, tek ljeti 2020. godine, na planini Rostovo, jednom od popularnih skijališta Dalmatinaca, pronađeni su i ekshumirani posmrtni ostaci četvorice ubijenih: Zorana Galića, Dragana Miličevića, Ante Markulja te Franje Jezidžića, čovjeka koji je u to ratno vrijeme bio i dopisnik Slobodne Dalmacije iz Bugojna. Za tijelima preostalih petnaestak žrtava još se traga.

Mlaćo je po struci profesor matematike, a poslije rata - ne biste vjerovali - vraća se u Gimnaziju, u čijim prostorima su tijekom rata mučeni upravo Hrvati iz optužnice. Drugi su nastradali u logoru na Iskrinu stadionu. Općinsku načelničku dužnost obnašao je i nakon Daytona. Imao je i političke funkcije u stranci SDA.
Selmo Cikotić također: uspeo se bio i na pozicije državnog ministra sigurnosti, a potom i obrane. Zbog zloporabe položaja i ovlasti dok je vodio Ministarstvo obrane Cikotić je prošle godine osuđen na tri godine zatvora.
Tko zna što ih sve još čeka, Dževada i Selmu. Možda bi im onaj indijski mudrac s početka priče znao reći koliko je dugo do prosvjetljenja...

Strašni ratni ožiljci
Bugojno je jedno od mjesta u BiH na kojem su Hrvati najviše stradali u proteklom ratu. Prema popisu stanovništva iz 1991. godine, općina je brojila 47.000 ljudi, od čega su trećina bili Hrvati (16.000), dok je Bošnjaka bilo 42 posto (20.000).
Sam grad imao je 22.000 stanovnika: podjednako Bošnjaka, Hrvata i Srba. Tijekom rata ubijeno je 311 Hrvata, od čega 70 civila, dok je više od tisuću Bugojanaca hrvatske nacionalnosti prošlo kroz 12 logora Armije RBiH.

Jeste li čuli za selo Čipuljić?
Zanimljivo, bugojansko selo Čipuljić rodno je mjesto oca Aleksandra Vučića, srbijanskog predsjednika. U blizini Bugojna je i Titova vila, a u tom kraju operirala je ubačena, tzv. Bugojanska skupina sastavljena od 19 članova Hrvatskog revolucionarnog bratstva iz Australije, koja je 1972. godine pokušala podignuti oružanu pobunu, srušiti socijalističku Jugoslaviju i osloboditi Hrvatsku. Nisu dobro prošli...
O tom ste slučaju svojevremeno, sredinom osamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, možda gledali televizijsku seriju ‘Brisani prostor‘.

Što je ostalo od Hrvata? Simbolika...
Danas je Hrvata tek simbolično u Bugojnu. Upravo zahvaljujući tipovima poput Dževada Mlaće, kako to odavno ističu bugojanski Hrvati. U njegovu ratnom dnevniku, kasnije pronađenom, piše: ‘Službeno - ne smijemo imati civilnih zarobljenika. Tajno - ekstremni dio zarobljenih vojnika da se likvidira.‘
Kao i da ‘HVO treba uništiti, s njima nema nikakvih pregovora osim oko razmjene poginulih‘.

Davno je to bilo, negdje u Indiji: neki je isposnik pitao mudraca koliko još životnih ciklusa valja proći da doživi prosvjetljenje. Hm, upravo toliko koliko vidiš lišća u krošnji pod kojom sjediš. Zar samo još toliko, obradovao se ovaj!
Trideset godina - zar samo toliko - trebalo je proći do suđenja za strašan ratni zločin nad bugojanskim Hrvatima...
Na Sudu Bosne i Hercegovine planiran je početak procesa Dževadu Mlaći i Selmi Cikotiću koji će s optuženičke klupe odgovarati za zločine nad ratnim zarobljenicima hrvatske nacionalnosti, pripadnicima Hrvatskog vijeća obrane, tijekom brutalnog ratnog sukoba Armije RBiH i HVO-a u bugojanskom kraju 1993. godine.
Mlaćo je u to vrijeme bio predsjednik Ratnog predsjedništva općine Bugojno, a Cikotić zapovjednik Operativne grupe "Zapad", Trećeg korpusa Armije BiH. Statusna konferencija odredila je da prvi dan u sudnici bude u srijedu 13. ožujka.

Što piše u optužnici?
Optužni akt za Mlaću navodi da je zapovjedio ubojstvo više od dvadeset zarobljenika hrvatske nacionalnosti, odnosno pripadnika HVO-a koje je nazvao "ekstremnim dijelom", na način da je osobno sastavio popis onih koji će biti ubijeni. Trojica zarobljenih Hrvata usmrćena su nakon zlostavljanja u improviziranom bugojanskom zatvoru, dok su ostali odvedeni u motel na obližnjoj planini Rostovo i tamo pobijeni. Njihova tijela bila su pokopana na skrovitu mjestu.

Cikotiću se, među ostalim, na teret stavlja da je propustio poduzeti sve moguće mjere kako bi spriječio ubojstva i nečovječno postupanje prema zarobljenicima, iako je imao informacije na temelju kojih je mogao zaključiti da se njemu podređeni pripadnici Armije RBiH spremaju učiniti takva djela, ali da ipak nije poduzeo mjere kako bi se pokrenuo kazneni postupak zbog mučenja i ubojstava. Optužen je i zato što je izdavao zapovijedi da se zarobljeni Hrvati izvode na obavljanje prisilnih radova na prvim crtama bojišnice, gdje su ujedno bili i "živi štit", kako donose mediji iz BiH.

Podsjetimo, optužnica protiv Mlaće i Cikotića podignuta je u prosincu prošle godine, a tim aktom bio je obuhvaćen i Tahir Grahić, bivši zapovjednik 307. brigade ARBiH, ali je Sud odbio optužbe protiv njega. Optužena dvojica u veljači su na Sudu BiH u Sarajevu izjavila da se ne osjećaju krivima ni po jednoj točki. Vidjet ćemo što će se pokazati u sudnici, gdje će Tužiteljstvo Bosne i Hercegovine dokazivati njihovu krivnju iskazima 62 svjedoka i predstavljanjem 780 materijalnih dokaza.

Stari je to slučaj i o njemu se opširno pisalo. Kao da i nije... Dugo poslije rata i daytonskog mira, tek ljeti 2020. godine, na planini Rostovo, jednom od popularnih skijališta Dalmatinaca, pronađeni su i ekshumirani posmrtni ostaci četvorice ubijenih: Zorana Galića, Dragana Miličevića, Ante Markulja te Franje Jezidžića, čovjeka koji je u to ratno vrijeme bio i dopisnik Slobodne Dalmacije iz Bugojna. Za tijelima preostalih petnaestak žrtava još se traga.

Mlaćo je po struci profesor matematike, a poslije rata - ne biste vjerovali - vraća se u Gimnaziju, u čijim prostorima su tijekom rata mučeni upravo Hrvati iz optužnice. Drugi su nastradali u logoru na Iskrinu stadionu. Općinsku načelničku dužnost obnašao je i nakon Daytona. Imao je i političke funkcije u stranci SDA.
Selmo Cikotić također: uspeo se bio i na pozicije državnog ministra sigurnosti, a potom i obrane. Zbog zloporabe položaja i ovlasti dok je vodio Ministarstvo obrane Cikotić je prošle godine osuđen na tri godine zatvora.
Tko zna što ih sve još čeka, Dževada i Selmu. Možda bi im onaj indijski mudrac s početka priče znao reći koliko je dugo do prosvjetljenja...

Strašni ratni ožiljci
Bugojno je jedno od mjesta u BiH na kojem su Hrvati najviše stradali u proteklom ratu. Prema popisu stanovništva iz 1991. godine, općina je brojila 47.000 ljudi, od čega su trećina bili Hrvati (16.000), dok je Bošnjaka bilo 42 posto (20.000).
Sam grad imao je 22.000 stanovnika: podjednako Bošnjaka, Hrvata i Srba. Tijekom rata ubijeno je 311 Hrvata, od čega 70 civila, dok je više od tisuću Bugojanaca hrvatske nacionalnosti prošlo kroz 12 logora Armije RBiH.

Jeste li čuli za selo Čipuljić?
Zanimljivo, bugojansko selo Čipuljić rodno je mjesto oca Aleksandra Vučića, srbijanskog predsjednika. U blizini Bugojna je i Titova vila, a u tom kraju operirala je ubačena, tzv. Bugojanska skupina sastavljena od 19 članova Hrvatskog revolucionarnog bratstva iz Australije, koja je 1972. godine pokušala podignuti oružanu pobunu, srušiti socijalističku Jugoslaviju i osloboditi Hrvatsku. Nisu dobro prošli...
O tom ste slučaju svojevremeno, sredinom osamdesetih godina prošlog stoljeća, možda gledali televizijsku seriju ‘Brisani prostor‘.

Što je ostalo od Hrvata? Simbolika...
Danas je Hrvata tek simbolično u Bugojnu. Upravo zahvaljujući tipovima poput Dževada Mlaće, kako to odavno ističu bugojanski Hrvati. U njegovu ratnom dnevniku, kasnije pronađenom, piše: ‘Službeno - ne smijemo imati civilnih zarobljenika. Tajno - ekstremni dio zarobljenih vojnika da se likvidira.‘
Kao i da ‘HVO treba uništiti, s njima nema nikakvih pregovora osim oko razmjene poginulih‘.
