Twitter je Radio televiziju Srbije, televizije s nacionalnom koncesijom Pink, Prvu, B92 i Hepi, novinsku agenciju Tanjug, kao i dnevne listove Kurir, Informer, Politiku i Srpski telegraf označio kao "medije koji sarađuju sa Vladom Srbije", piše Jutarnji list.

Naime, na društvenoj mreži Twitter pojavile su se oznake na medijskim računima za koje je određeni algoritam pokazao da surađuju s Vladom. "Mediji vezani za državu definirani su kao mediji u kojima država drži kontrolu nad uredničkim sadržajem putem financijskih sredstava, izravnih ili neizravnih političkih pritisaka i / ili kontrolu nad proizvodnjom i distribucijom", objavljeno je s Twittera.

No, takve oznake su se pojavila i na Twitter računima određenih medijskih kuća u Srbiji.

Srbijanski javni servis RTS dobio je oznaku, za razliku od medija koje građani financiraju pretplatom i koji imaju uredničku neovisnost, poput BBC-ja u Velikoj Britaniji.

Predsjednik Nezavisnog udruženja novinara Srbije (NUNS) Željko Bodrožić ocjenjuje da je najteže što je javni servis u Srbiji dobio i oznaku.

“Mislim da su privatni mediji koji su obilježeni na Twitteru i sami svih ovih godina isticali da vjeruju u režim Aleksandra Vučića, odnosno da rade za vladajuću stranku. "I mislim da je obilježavanje RTS -a poražavajuće za vodstvo RTS -a, jer ono što smo godinama zaključivali zaključeno je izvan granica - da javni servis, koji se financira novcem svih građana Srbije, služi propagandi vladajuće stranke", upozorava Bodrožić.

U Srbiji su označene sve televizije s nacionalnom frekvencijom koje imaju službene Twitter račune, većina tabloida, ali i dnevni list Politika, dok je Sputnik označen za suradnju s Vladom Rusije.

Oznake trenutno postoje u 22 zemlje. Osim u Rusiji, oznake se pojavljuju na relevantnim Twitter računima u Kini, a postoje i u europskim zemljama poput Francuske i Španjolske, kao i u Japanu, Americi, Hondurasu, a ta će se praksa nastaviti.

Ovo nije prvi put da tvrtka Twitter na toj mreži označava one koji surađuju s aktualnom vladom, podsjeća urednik portala "Tragač lažnih vijesti" Stefan Janjić.

"Sjećamo se istraživanja Sveučilišta Stanford kada je Srbija postala jedna od rijetkih zemalja u kojima je Twitter sustavno uklanjao botove, zatim je uklonjeno osam i pol tisuća bot računa koji su bili u službi Srpske napredne stranke te su objavili oko 43 milijuna tweetova ", rekao je.

"Rekao bih i da sada postoji korak naprijed, te se oznake vide u drugim zemljama, ali se pojavljuju u onim medijima koji objavljuju protokolarne informacije, ali po prvi put u Srbiji imat ćemo priliku vidjeti tweetove koji prikazuju govor mržnje ili otvorena pornografija, a uz to će biti natpis, 'ovaj medij surađuje s Vladom Srbije', što je i komično, ali i duboko zabrinjavajuće ”, ističe Janjić.

Twitter najavljuje da će biti označeni i pojedinci, poput urednika ili istaknutih novinara, koji su povezani s medijskim kućama koje surađuju s državom.

Srbijansko ministarstvo kulture i informiranja objavilo je da je iznenađeno procedurom.

Upozorenje iz Twittera da račune medija koji nose ovu oznaku neće preporučivati ljudima niti "pojačavati" domet njihovih tvitova djeluje u suprotnosti sa principima i namjenom sa kojim je ova mreža krenula, kaže se u priopćenju Ministarstva.

Ministarstvo, kako se dodaje, ne ulazi u ono što je navela "ova višejezična stranica da ide od razmjene mišljenja i slobode govora, što i sami ističu, do cenzure pojedinih medija, već skreće pozornost na činjenicu da je obilježavanje medija i njihovih urednika ili vodstva, bez obzira na to iz čega dolazi, nepoželjno i ne vodi demokratskom dijalogu".

Predsjednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić čestitao je medijima koji su na Twitter profilima označeni da surađuju s Vladom Srbije, navevši da je takva suradnja nešto "najnormalnije", javlja Nova.rs.

“Ti ljudi su rekli sve najbolje o tim medijima. Pa, najnormalnije je da surađuju s Vladom, zar bi trebali surađivati s tajkunima i kriminalcima? Mi kao država ne plaćamo većinu tih medija, a oni plaćaju Glas Amerike, oni plaćaju BBC, a to nisu navedeni kao vladini mediji. Što je loše u suradnji s vladom?", upitao je Vučić.

Ocijenio je da to dovodi do pitanja tko je pravi cenzor i dodao da neće "biti poslušan takvim ljudima", te čestitao medijima koji su dobili oznaku na Twitteru, navevši kako se suprotstavljaju poslušničkoj mreži i šire ideje slobode".

"Vidite da bi oni htjeli biti pravi cenzori. Jedva čekam da mi se račun isključi kako bih mogao biti još jedan Trump u svijetu, da se pokaže koliko je dobro da glasnogovornici talibana imaju slobodan pristup toj slobodarskoj, a neki bi rekli poslušničkoj mreži", rekao je.

Twitter je Radio televiziju Srbije, televizije s nacionalnom koncesijom Pink, Prvu, B92 i Hepi, novinsku agenciju Tanjug, kao i dnevne listove Kurir, Informer, Politiku i Srpski telegraf označio kao "medije koji sarađuju sa Vladom Srbije", piše Jutarnji list.

Naime, na društvenoj mreži Twitter pojavile su se oznake na medijskim računima za koje je određeni algoritam pokazao da surađuju s Vladom. "Mediji vezani za državu definirani su kao mediji u kojima država drži kontrolu nad uredničkim sadržajem putem financijskih sredstava, izravnih ili neizravnih političkih pritisaka i / ili kontrolu nad proizvodnjom i distribucijom", objavljeno je s Twittera.

No, takve oznake su se pojavila i na Twitter računima određenih medijskih kuća u Srbiji.

Srbijanski javni servis RTS dobio je oznaku, za razliku od medija koje građani financiraju pretplatom i koji imaju uredničku neovisnost, poput BBC-ja u Velikoj Britaniji.

Predsjednik Nezavisnog udruženja novinara Srbije (NUNS) Željko Bodrožić ocjenjuje da je najteže što je javni servis u Srbiji dobio i oznaku.

“Mislim da su privatni mediji koji su obilježeni na Twitteru i sami svih ovih godina isticali da vjeruju u režim Aleksandra Vučića, odnosno da rade za vladajuću stranku. "I mislim da je obilježavanje RTS -a poražavajuće za vodstvo RTS -a, jer ono što smo godinama zaključivali zaključeno je izvan granica - da javni servis, koji se financira novcem svih građana Srbije, služi propagandi vladajuće stranke", upozorava Bodrožić.

U Srbiji su označene sve televizije s nacionalnom frekvencijom koje imaju službene Twitter račune, većina tabloida, ali i dnevni list Politika, dok je Sputnik označen za suradnju s Vladom Rusije.

Oznake trenutno postoje u 22 zemlje. Osim u Rusiji, oznake se pojavljuju na relevantnim Twitter računima u Kini, a postoje i u europskim zemljama poput Francuske i Španjolske, kao i u Japanu, Americi, Hondurasu, a ta će se praksa nastaviti.

Ovo nije prvi put da tvrtka Twitter na toj mreži označava one koji surađuju s aktualnom vladom, podsjeća urednik portala "Tragač lažnih vijesti" Stefan Janjić.

"Sjećamo se istraživanja Sveučilišta Stanford kada je Srbija postala jedna od rijetkih zemalja u kojima je Twitter sustavno uklanjao botove, zatim je uklonjeno osam i pol tisuća bot računa koji su bili u službi Srpske napredne stranke te su objavili oko 43 milijuna tweetova ", rekao je.

"Rekao bih i da sada postoji korak naprijed, te se oznake vide u drugim zemljama, ali se pojavljuju u onim medijima koji objavljuju protokolarne informacije, ali po prvi put u Srbiji imat ćemo priliku vidjeti tweetove koji prikazuju govor mržnje ili otvorena pornografija, a uz to će biti natpis, 'ovaj medij surađuje s Vladom Srbije', što je i komično, ali i duboko zabrinjavajuće ”, ističe Janjić.

Twitter najavljuje da će biti označeni i pojedinci, poput urednika ili istaknutih novinara, koji su povezani s medijskim kućama koje surađuju s državom.

Srbijansko ministarstvo kulture i informiranja objavilo je da je iznenađeno procedurom.

Upozorenje iz Twittera da račune medija koji nose ovu oznaku neće preporučivati ljudima niti "pojačavati" domet njihovih tvitova djeluje u suprotnosti sa principima i namjenom sa kojim je ova mreža krenula, kaže se u priopćenju Ministarstva.

Ministarstvo, kako se dodaje, ne ulazi u ono što je navela "ova višejezična stranica da ide od razmjene mišljenja i slobode govora, što i sami ističu, do cenzure pojedinih medija, već skreće pozornost na činjenicu da je obilježavanje medija i njihovih urednika ili vodstva, bez obzira na to iz čega dolazi, nepoželjno i ne vodi demokratskom dijalogu".

Predsjednik Srbije Aleksandar Vučić čestitao je medijima koji su na Twitter profilima označeni da surađuju s Vladom Srbije, navevši da je takva suradnja nešto "najnormalnije", javlja Nova.rs.

“Ti ljudi su rekli sve najbolje o tim medijima. Pa, najnormalnije je da surađuju s Vladom, zar bi trebali surađivati s tajkunima i kriminalcima? Mi kao država ne plaćamo većinu tih medija, a oni plaćaju Glas Amerike, oni plaćaju BBC, a to nisu navedeni kao vladini mediji. Što je loše u suradnji s vladom?", upitao je Vučić.

Ocijenio je da to dovodi do pitanja tko je pravi cenzor i dodao da neće "biti poslušan takvim ljudima", te čestitao medijima koji su dobili oznaku na Twitteru, navevši kako se suprotstavljaju poslušničkoj mreži i šire ideje slobode".

"Vidite da bi oni htjeli biti pravi cenzori. Jedva čekam da mi se račun isključi kako bih mogao biti još jedan Trump u svijetu, da se pokaže koliko je dobro da glasnogovornici talibana imaju slobodan pristup toj slobodarskoj, a neki bi rekli poslušničkoj mreži", rekao je.

Twitter je Radio televiziju Srbije, televizije s nacionalnom koncesijom Pink, Prvu, B92 i Hepi, novinsku agenciju Tanjug, kao i dnevne listove Kurir, Informer, Politiku i Srpski telegraf označio kao "medije koji sarađuju sa Vladom Srbije", piše Jutarnji list.

Naime, na društvenoj mreži Twitter pojavile su se oznake na medijskim računima za koje je određeni algoritam pokazao da surađuju s Vladom. "Mediji vezani za državu definirani su kao mediji u kojima država drži kontrolu nad uredničkim sadržajem putem financijskih sredstava, izravnih ili neizravnih političkih pritisaka i / ili kontrolu nad proizvodnjom i distribucijom", objavljeno je s Twittera.
