Jedna od najljepših srpskih planina, Zlatibor, za novogodišnje praznike neće iznevjeriti tradiciju da bude krcat i da gostima ponudi dobru zabavu na Kraljevom trgu, gdje će za tri dana biti održana tri koncerta.
Zlatibor, međutim, neće iznevjeriti tradiciju ni po pitanju cijena privatnog smeštaja.
Oglasi su ovih dana pretrpani ponudama za iznajmljivanje apartmana na ovoj planini, a među njima bodu oči oni za koje je potrebno duboko zavući ruku u džep. Kako stoje stvari, za pojedine apartmane novije gradnje u najstrožem centru Zlatibora traži se i 100 eura dnevno, ponegdje i više. Tako će za trodnevni boravak u njima biti potrebno platiti 300 eura, a ako se odlučite za četiri dana - 400. Vlasnici tvrde da je to danas "normalna cijena" imajući u vidu potražnju, piše Mondo.
Kada se detaljnije pogledaju oglasi, vidi se kako se ne radi o velikim apartmanima, već onim od 50-ak kvadrata, pa i manjim. Za taj novac gosti ponegdje mogu računati na usluge spa centra u tom objektu, pod uvjetom da je vlasnik centra ujedno i vlasnik apartmana. U suprotnom, usluga se doplaćuje.
Kako objašnjava jedan od izdavatelja smještaja na Zlatiboru, u pitanju je cjenik koji važi sada.

"Ne obećavam da za nekoliko dana neće biti veći. Praksa je pokazala da uoči Nove godine, kada stižu gosti koji na vrijeme nisu rezervirali smještaj, ne pitaju koliko košta. Vidjet ćemo hoće li i sada biti tako, s obzirom na to da je u ponudi nikada više smještajnih jedinica jer je za godinu dana povećana ponuda smještaja u privatnoj režiji", kaže izdavatelj smještaja na Zlatiboru koji je oglasio svoje apartmane u centru planine.
Objašnjava da njegov apartman sadrži veću sobu s kutnom garniturom, na kojoj može spavati četvero, eventualno petero gostiju, te kupaonicu i kuhinju.
Kolika potražnja, tolika i cijena
Kako napominje, stalno je povika da su preskupi, ali dok ima gostiju spremnih platiti, što bi mijenjali cene.
"Odmah poslije praznika cijene će pasti upola", priča sugovornik.
Čak upola jeftinije proći će gosti koji se odluče odsjesti u širem centru planine, gdje se za apartman traži 50 eura, a u naseljima u drugoj i trećoj zoni oko 35 eura.

Vladimir Živanović, direktor turističke organizacije "Zlatibor" ističe da nemaju podatke koliko je zanimanje za apartmane, ali da se do sada pokazalo kako se ono podudara s rezervacijama hotelskog smještaja, a hoteli su do sada rasprodali oko 65 posto kapaciteta. Prema njegovim riječima, očekuje se da Zlatibor za Novu godinu "prebroji“ oko 45.000 turista.
Kako apartmanski, tako je i hotelski cjenik šarolik. Trodnevni aranžmani na bazi polupansiona kreću od 13.200 do 93.000 dinara po osobi.
Kuće, kojih uglavnom ima po obodima Zlatibora, nude se po cijenama od 200 do 400 eura dnevno. Kuće obično mogu primiti od osam do 12 osoba, i za njih su najviše zainteresirani srednjoškolci i studenti kako bi pravili privatne zabave, piše Mondo.

Jedna od najljepših srpskih planina, Zlatibor, za novogodišnje praznike neće iznevjeriti tradiciju da bude krcat i da gostima ponudi dobru zabavu na Kraljevom trgu, gdje će za tri dana biti održana tri koncerta.
Zlatibor, međutim, neće iznevjeriti tradiciju ni po pitanju cijena privatnog smeštaja.
Oglasi su ovih dana pretrpani ponudama za iznajmljivanje apartmana na ovoj planini, a među njima bodu oči oni za koje je potrebno duboko zavući ruku u džep. Kako stoje stvari, za pojedine apartmane novije gradnje u najstrožem centru Zlatibora traži se i 100 eura dnevno, ponegdje i više. Tako će za trodnevni boravak u njima biti potrebno platiti 300 eura, a ako se odlučite za četiri dana - 400. Vlasnici tvrde da je to danas "normalna cijena" imajući u vidu potražnju, piše Mondo.
Kada se detaljnije pogledaju oglasi, vidi se kako se ne radi o velikim apartmanima, već onim od 50-ak kvadrata, pa i manjim. Za taj novac gosti ponegdje mogu računati na usluge spa centra u tom objektu, pod uvjetom da je vlasnik centra ujedno i vlasnik apartmana. U suprotnom, usluga se doplaćuje.
Kako objašnjava jedan od izdavatelja smještaja na Zlatiboru, u pitanju je cjenik koji važi sada.

"Ne obećavam da za nekoliko dana neće biti veći. Praksa je pokazala da uoči Nove godine, kada stižu gosti koji na vrijeme nisu rezervirali smještaj, ne pitaju koliko košta. Vidjet ćemo hoće li i sada biti tako, s obzirom na to da je u ponudi nikada više smještajnih jedinica jer je za godinu dana povećana ponuda smještaja u privatnoj režiji", kaže izdavatelj smještaja na Zlatiboru koji je oglasio svoje apartmane u centru planine.
Objašnjava da njegov apartman sadrži veću sobu s kutnom garniturom, na kojoj može spavati četvero, eventualno petero gostiju, te kupaonicu i kuhinju.
Kolika potražnja, tolika i cijena
Kako napominje, stalno je povika da su preskupi, ali dok ima gostiju spremnih platiti, što bi mijenjali cene.
"Odmah poslije praznika cijene će pasti upola", priča sugovornik.
Čak upola jeftinije proći će gosti koji se odluče odsjesti u širem centru planine, gdje se za apartman traži 50 eura, a u naseljima u drugoj i trećoj zoni oko 35 eura.

Vladimir Živanović, direktor turističke organizacije "Zlatibor" ističe da nemaju podatke koliko je zanimanje za apartmane, ali da se do sada pokazalo kako se ono podudara s rezervacijama hotelskog smještaja, a hoteli su do sada rasprodali oko 65 posto kapaciteta. Prema njegovim riječima, očekuje se da Zlatibor za Novu godinu "prebroji“ oko 45.000 turista.
Kako apartmanski, tako je i hotelski cjenik šarolik. Trodnevni aranžmani na bazi polupansiona kreću od 13.200 do 93.000 dinara po osobi.
Kuće, kojih uglavnom ima po obodima Zlatibora, nude se po cijenama od 200 do 400 eura dnevno. Kuće obično mogu primiti od osam do 12 osoba, i za njih su najviše zainteresirani srednjoškolci i studenti kako bi pravili privatne zabave, piše Mondo.
