Najbolje rješenje za izlazak iz krize vlasti u Crnoj Gori je formiranje nove vlade s novim premijerom, rekao je Andrija Mandić, jedan o čelnika vladajućeg prosrpskog Demokratskog fronta (DF), uoči sastanka čelnika tri koalicije na vlasti u Crnoj Gori.

“Najbolje rješenje je da se bira nova vlada i to bi bio razlaz s ovih 200 loših dana vlade Zdravka Krivokapića, koja ništa dobro nije učinila”, rekao je Mandić u srijedu navečer gostujući na podgoričkoj A1 televiziji, istaknuvši da su novi izbori opcija ako se razgovorima ne postigne „demokratsko rješenje“.

Mandićev DF zahtjeva smjenu premijera Zdravka Krivokapića, koji je prije samo nekoliko dana odbacio svaku mogućnost da podnese ostavku, poručivši tada kako se „neće povući pred prvom preprekom“.

No Mandić tvrdi da veći dio zastupnika parlamentarne većine ne podržava Krivokapića za premijera, kao ni predsjednika parlamenta Aleksu Bečića.

“Premijer i predsjednik parlamenta imaju podršku 14 od 41 zastupnika vlasti“, rekao je Mandić.

Crnogorska vlast je u krizi nakon što je u parlamentu Crne Gore usvojena rezolucija o Srebrenici te je na prijedlog Krivokapića smijenjen ministar pravosuđa Vladimir Leposavić zbog osporavanja genocida u Srebrenici. 

Crnogorski parlament broji 81 zastupnika, a tijesnu vladajuću većinu od 41 zastupnika imaju predstavnici tri koalicije koje su 30. kolovoza prošle godine pobijedile na parlamentarnim izborima: Krivokapićeva "Za budućnost Crne Gore", Bečićeva "Mir je naša nacija" i "Crno na bijelo" Dritana Abazovića.

Krivokopićeva vlada od formiranja na „klimavim nogama“

Otkad je u prosincu oformljena crnogorska vlada bilo je jasno da će veće kritičare imati u zastupnicima vladajućeg prosrpskog Demokratskog fronta (DF) nego u oporbi koju predvodi Demokratska partija socijalista Mila Đukanovića, no nitko nije očekivao da će DF krenuti u bojkot crnogorske skupštine.

Povod da napuste zastupničke klupe bio im je, formalno, smjena ministra pravosuđa Leposavića, čiju je smjenu predložio premijer Zdravko Krivokapić zbog negiranja genocida u Srebrenici, a „ulje na vatru“ dolilo je usvajanje Rezolucije o osudi genocida u Srebrenici, koju je podržao veći dio zastupnika vlasti.

DF je tada, koordinirano s visokim dužnosnicima Republike Srbije, optužio vlast i oporbu u Crnoj Gori da su Srbe označili genocidnim narodom, iako se u Rezoluciji o Srebrenici koju je prošlog tjedna usvojio crnogorski parlament između ostalog „osuđuju pokušaji pripisivanja odgovornosti ili krivice srpskom, bošnjačkom, hrvatskom ili bilo kojem drugom narodu za genocid, zločine protiv čovječnosti ili druge zločine, jer odgovornost može biti isključivo individualna, a nijedan narod ne može biti označen kao genocidan ili zločinački“.

No taj dio teksta Rezolucije nije stigao do javnosti u Srbiji gdje su čelnici DF-a gostujući u medijima bliskim vlasti u Beogradu optuživali čelnike nove crnogorske vlasti da su izdali srpstvo, a Srbe učini genocidnim narodom. 
Slične optužbe su stizale i sa službenih adresa iz Srbije pa je predsjednik te zemlje Aleksandar Vučić rekao  da je potez potez crnogorske skupštine i vlasti „protiv interesa Srbije“.

U odgovoru na seriju ovakvih optužbi, naročito dužnosnika iz Beograda, ministarstvo vanjskih poslova  Crne Gore reklo je da se radi o nerazumljivim i čudnim motivima inspiriranim pokušajima političkog i medijskog 'spina' teksta Rezolucije o Srebrenici, koji je usmjeren direktno protiv vladajućih struktura u Crnoj Gori.

Čelnici vlasti protiv novih izbora  

Većina čelnika vladajuće većine koji se trebaju susresti u četvrtak u Podgorici protiv su novih parlamentarnih izbora, koji bi se održali, ako do novog sporazuma ne dođe, svega godinu nakon što je krajem kolovoza 2020. godine, prvi puta nakon tri desetljeća Milo Đukanović izgubio vlast u Crnoj Gori.

Novim parlamentarnim izborima jedino prijeti Mandićev Demokratski front, dok svi ostali tvrde da takav scenarij "tjera vodu na mlin" Đukanovićevom DPS-a.

U jednom od priopćenja Bečićeve koalicije "Mir je naša nacija“ jasno se optužuje DF da zajedno sa DPS-om bojkotira parlament, ruši vlast u Crnoj Gori, organizira prosvjede protiv vlade, te da  zajedno s DPS-om napada vjerske objekte i vrijeđa crkvene velikodostojnike i, kako su naveli, svađa narod u Crnoj Gori.

Posljednjih dana narasle su tenzije i među stanovnicima Crne Gore koji se deklariraju kao Crnogorci ili kao Srbi, pa je tako u srijedu navečer kordon policije u Budvi morao osiguravati projekciju filma srpsko-kanadskog redatelja Borisa Malagurskog "Crna Gora: Podeljena zemlja", kada su i spriječeni incidenti.

Malagurski, koji je poznat kao osoba koja negira postojanje crnogorske nacije i Crnogoraca, premijeru svog filma u Podgorici održao je prošlog tjedna u najvećem hramu SPC-a u Crnoj Gori gdje su također jake policijski snage spriječile incidente između pristalica procrnogorskog i prosrpskog bloka.

Najbolje rješenje za izlazak iz krize vlasti u Crnoj Gori je formiranje nove vlade s novim premijerom, rekao je Andrija Mandić, jedan o čelnika vladajućeg prosrpskog Demokratskog fronta (DF), uoči sastanka čelnika tri koalicije na vlasti u Crnoj Gori.

“Najbolje rješenje je da se bira nova vlada i to bi bio razlaz s ovih 200 loših dana vlade Zdravka Krivokapića, koja ništa dobro nije učinila”, rekao je Mandić u srijedu navečer gostujući na podgoričkoj A1 televiziji, istaknuvši da su novi izbori opcija ako se razgovorima ne postigne „demokratsko rješenje“.

Mandićev DF zahtjeva smjenu premijera Zdravka Krivokapića, koji je prije samo nekoliko dana odbacio svaku mogućnost da podnese ostavku, poručivši tada kako se „neće povući pred prvom preprekom“.

No Mandić tvrdi da veći dio zastupnika parlamentarne većine ne podržava Krivokapića za premijera, kao ni predsjednika parlamenta Aleksu Bečića.

“Premijer i predsjednik parlamenta imaju podršku 14 od 41 zastupnika vlasti“, rekao je Mandić.

Crnogorska vlast je u krizi nakon što je u parlamentu Crne Gore usvojena rezolucija o Srebrenici te je na prijedlog Krivokapića smijenjen ministar pravosuđa Vladimir Leposavić zbog osporavanja genocida u Srebrenici. 

Crnogorski parlament broji 81 zastupnika, a tijesnu vladajuću većinu od 41 zastupnika imaju predstavnici tri koalicije koje su 30. kolovoza prošle godine pobijedile na parlamentarnim izborima: Krivokapićeva "Za budućnost Crne Gore", Bečićeva "Mir je naša nacija" i "Crno na bijelo" Dritana Abazovića.

Krivokopićeva vlada od formiranja na „klimavim nogama“

Otkad je u prosincu oformljena crnogorska vlada bilo je jasno da će veće kritičare imati u zastupnicima vladajućeg prosrpskog Demokratskog fronta (DF) nego u oporbi koju predvodi Demokratska partija socijalista Mila Đukanovića, no nitko nije očekivao da će DF krenuti u bojkot crnogorske skupštine.

Povod da napuste zastupničke klupe bio im je, formalno, smjena ministra pravosuđa Leposavića, čiju je smjenu predložio premijer Zdravko Krivokapić zbog negiranja genocida u Srebrenici, a „ulje na vatru“ dolilo je usvajanje Rezolucije o osudi genocida u Srebrenici, koju je podržao veći dio zastupnika vlasti.

DF je tada, koordinirano s visokim dužnosnicima Republike Srbije, optužio vlast i oporbu u Crnoj Gori da su Srbe označili genocidnim narodom, iako se u Rezoluciji o Srebrenici koju je prošlog tjedna usvojio crnogorski parlament između ostalog „osuđuju pokušaji pripisivanja odgovornosti ili krivice srpskom, bošnjačkom, hrvatskom ili bilo kojem drugom narodu za genocid, zločine protiv čovječnosti ili druge zločine, jer odgovornost može biti isključivo individualna, a nijedan narod ne može biti označen kao genocidan ili zločinački“.

No taj dio teksta Rezolucije nije stigao do javnosti u Srbiji gdje su čelnici DF-a gostujući u medijima bliskim vlasti u Beogradu optuživali čelnike nove crnogorske vlasti da su izdali srpstvo, a Srbe učini genocidnim narodom. 
Slične optužbe su stizale i sa službenih adresa iz Srbije pa je predsjednik te zemlje Aleksandar Vučić rekao  da je potez potez crnogorske skupštine i vlasti „protiv interesa Srbije“.

U odgovoru na seriju ovakvih optužbi, naročito dužnosnika iz Beograda, ministarstvo vanjskih poslova  Crne Gore reklo je da se radi o nerazumljivim i čudnim motivima inspiriranim pokušajima političkog i medijskog 'spina' teksta Rezolucije o Srebrenici, koji je usmjeren direktno protiv vladajućih struktura u Crnoj Gori.

Čelnici vlasti protiv novih izbora  

Većina čelnika vladajuće većine koji se trebaju susresti u četvrtak u Podgorici protiv su novih parlamentarnih izbora, koji bi se održali, ako do novog sporazuma ne dođe, svega godinu nakon što je krajem kolovoza 2020. godine, prvi puta nakon tri desetljeća Milo Đukanović izgubio vlast u Crnoj Gori.

Novim parlamentarnim izborima jedino prijeti Mandićev Demokratski front, dok svi ostali tvrde da takav scenarij "tjera vodu na mlin" Đukanovićevom DPS-a.

U jednom od priopćenja Bečićeve koalicije "Mir je naša nacija“ jasno se optužuje DF da zajedno sa DPS-om bojkotira parlament, ruši vlast u Crnoj Gori, organizira prosvjede protiv vlade, te da  zajedno s DPS-om napada vjerske objekte i vrijeđa crkvene velikodostojnike i, kako su naveli, svađa narod u Crnoj Gori.

Posljednjih dana narasle su tenzije i među stanovnicima Crne Gore koji se deklariraju kao Crnogorci ili kao Srbi, pa je tako u srijedu navečer kordon policije u Budvi morao osiguravati projekciju filma srpsko-kanadskog redatelja Borisa Malagurskog "Crna Gora: Podeljena zemlja", kada su i spriječeni incidenti.

Malagurski, koji je poznat kao osoba koja negira postojanje crnogorske nacije i Crnogoraca, premijeru svog filma u Podgorici održao je prošlog tjedna u najvećem hramu SPC-a u Crnoj Gori gdje su također jake policijski snage spriječile incidente između pristalica procrnogorskog i prosrpskog bloka.
