Hrvatska i Crna Gora različito gledaju na pitanje razgraničenja na Prevlaci, ali su spremne da to, ali i sva ostala pitanja, rješavaju biteralnim putem i u duhu dobrosusjedstva, kazali su u petak u Podgorici ministri vanjskih poslova dvije zemlje Gordan Grlić Radman i Đorđe Radulović.

Hrvatska smatra da je pitanje razgraničenja na kopnenom dijelu Prevlake riješeno zaključcima Badinterove komisije, koja je zaključila da su nakon raspada SFRJ granice bivših republika postale državne granice, sporazumom o normalizaciji odnosa iz 1996. između tadašnje zajedničke države Srbije i Crne Gore te Hrvatske te protokolom o privremenom režimu iz 2002. godine, kazao je nakon susreta s crnogorskim dužnosnicima Grlić Radman.

- Naravno Crna Gora ima i drugi pogled, zato smatramo da je vrlo važno susresti se i obnoviti rad graničnih komisija, i da to pitanje što prije riješimo bilateralnim ugovorima”, rekao je šef hrvatske diplomacije u Podgorici.
Njegov crnogorski kolega Đorđe Radulović rekao je da postoje različita stajališta o tome što je predmet spora, ali da je najvažnije da će se ono rješavati u bilataralnim odnosima i u duhu dobrosusjedstva.

- Dakle imamo različit pogled na istu stvar, što je potpuno legitimno, čak i u obitelji i među prijateljima imate različite poglede na istu stvar, ali poanta je da s obitelji i prijateljima možete otvoreno razgovarati o vašim različitim viđenjima te stvari- rekao je šef crnogorske diplomacije.

Grlić Radman kazao je da je jedna od tema razgovora bio i povratak broda Jadran te su otvorena pitanja naslijeđa rata i rješavanje slučajeva nestalih iz tog razdoblja.

- Što se tiče pitanja naslijeđa rata složili smo se da je za razvijanje odnosa naših dviju zemalja potrebno isto tako otvoreno razgovarati. Za nas je važno pitanje nestalih, tražimo rješavanje 14 slučajeva nestalih, a mislimo i da je važno da se na dostojanstven način obilježi mjesec stradanja u bivšem logoru Morinj- rekao je Grlić Radman na konferenciji za novinare.

Dvojica ministara razgovarala su i o položaju hrvatske manjine u Crnoj Gori, a Grlić Radman je s tim u vezi istaknuo da je Hrvatska zadovoljna njezinim statusom, iako bi volio da ima svog predstavnika u crnogorskom parlamentu. Hrvati u Crnoj Gori izišli su na zadnje izbore na dvije liste i iako imaju povlašteni cenzus nisu uspjeli dobiti dovoljno glasova za ulazak u skupštinu. 

Dvojica ministara, razgovarali su i o Bokeljskoj mornarici, a Hrvatska, kako je nakon susreta rekao Grlić Radman, i dalje smatra, a taj stav, čini se, podržava i Crna Gora, da bi zajednička kandidatura pred UNESCO-om bila najbolji način zaštite vrijednosti i naslijeđa Bokeljske mornarice. To bi bio i primjer kako dvije zemlje mogu zajedno djelovati i zajedno dijeliti iste vrijednosti, dodao je.

Hrvatski šef diplomacije prethodno je sa svojim crnogorskim kolegom potpisao sporazum o suradnji dva ministarstva, koji predviđa obuku crnogorskih diplomata u hrvatskom ministarstvu vanjskih poslova.

Grlić Radman je u Podgorici tijekom prijepodneva razgovarao i sa crnogorskim predsjednikom Milom Đukanovićem te premijerom Zdravkom Krivokapićem. Prenio im je, kako je kazao, podršku crnogorskom putu u Europsku uniju te se zahvalio na pomoći Crne Gore i njenih građana potresom pogođenom području u Hrvatskoj.

Također je službeno prenio da je hrvatska vlada odlučila donirati Crnoj Gori deset tisuća cjepiva, koja će uskoro stići u Podgoricu.

Hrvatska i Crna Gora različito gledaju na pitanje razgraničenja na Prevlaci, ali su spremne da to, ali i sva ostala pitanja, rješavaju biteralnim putem i u duhu dobrosusjedstva, kazali su u petak u Podgorici ministri vanjskih poslova dvije zemlje Gordan Grlić Radman i Đorđe Radulović.

Hrvatska smatra da je pitanje razgraničenja na kopnenom dijelu Prevlake riješeno zaključcima Badinterove komisije, koja je zaključila da su nakon raspada SFRJ granice bivših republika postale državne granice, sporazumom o normalizaciji odnosa iz 1996. između tadašnje zajedničke države Srbije i Crne Gore te Hrvatske te protokolom o privremenom režimu iz 2002. godine, kazao je nakon susreta s crnogorskim dužnosnicima Grlić Radman.

- Naravno Crna Gora ima i drugi pogled, zato smatramo da je vrlo važno susresti se i obnoviti rad graničnih komisija, i da to pitanje što prije riješimo bilateralnim ugovorima”, rekao je šef hrvatske diplomacije u Podgorici.
Njegov crnogorski kolega Đorđe Radulović rekao je da postoje različita stajališta o tome što je predmet spora, ali da je najvažnije da će se ono rješavati u bilataralnim odnosima i u duhu dobrosusjedstva.

- Dakle imamo različit pogled na istu stvar, što je potpuno legitimno, čak i u obitelji i među prijateljima imate različite poglede na istu stvar, ali poanta je da s obitelji i prijateljima možete otvoreno razgovarati o vašim različitim viđenjima te stvari- rekao je šef crnogorske diplomacije.

Grlić Radman kazao je da je jedna od tema razgovora bio i povratak broda Jadran te su otvorena pitanja naslijeđa rata i rješavanje slučajeva nestalih iz tog razdoblja.

- Što se tiče pitanja naslijeđa rata složili smo se da je za razvijanje odnosa naših dviju zemalja potrebno isto tako otvoreno razgovarati. Za nas je važno pitanje nestalih, tražimo rješavanje 14 slučajeva nestalih, a mislimo i da je važno da se na dostojanstven način obilježi mjesec stradanja u bivšem logoru Morinj- rekao je Grlić Radman na konferenciji za novinare.

Dvojica ministara razgovarala su i o položaju hrvatske manjine u Crnoj Gori, a Grlić Radman je s tim u vezi istaknuo da je Hrvatska zadovoljna njezinim statusom, iako bi volio da ima svog predstavnika u crnogorskom parlamentu. Hrvati u Crnoj Gori izišli su na zadnje izbore na dvije liste i iako imaju povlašteni cenzus nisu uspjeli dobiti dovoljno glasova za ulazak u skupštinu. 

Dvojica ministara, razgovarali su i o Bokeljskoj mornarici, a Hrvatska, kako je nakon susreta rekao Grlić Radman, i dalje smatra, a taj stav, čini se, podržava i Crna Gora, da bi zajednička kandidatura pred UNESCO-om bila najbolji način zaštite vrijednosti i naslijeđa Bokeljske mornarice. To bi bio i primjer kako dvije zemlje mogu zajedno djelovati i zajedno dijeliti iste vrijednosti, dodao je.

Hrvatski šef diplomacije prethodno je sa svojim crnogorskim kolegom potpisao sporazum o suradnji dva ministarstva, koji predviđa obuku crnogorskih diplomata u hrvatskom ministarstvu vanjskih poslova.

Grlić Radman je u Podgorici tijekom prijepodneva razgovarao i sa crnogorskim predsjednikom Milom Đukanovićem te premijerom Zdravkom Krivokapićem. Prenio im je, kako je kazao, podršku crnogorskom putu u Europsku uniju te se zahvalio na pomoći Crne Gore i njenih građana potresom pogođenom području u Hrvatskoj.

Također je službeno prenio da je hrvatska vlada odlučila donirati Crnoj Gori deset tisuća cjepiva, koja će uskoro stići u Podgoricu.

Hrvatska i Crna Gora različito gledaju na pitanje razgraničenja na Prevlaci, ali su spremne da to, ali i sva ostala pitanja, rješavaju biteralnim putem i u duhu dobrosusjedstva, kazali su u petak u Podgorici ministri vanjskih poslova dvije zemlje Gordan Grlić Radman i Đorđe Radulović.

Hrvatska smatra da je pitanje razgraničenja na kopnenom dijelu Prevlake riješeno zaključcima Badinterove komisije, koja je zaključila da su nakon raspada SFRJ granice bivših republika postale državne granice, sporazumom o normalizaciji odnosa iz 1996. između tadašnje zajedničke države Srbije i Crne Gore te Hrvatske te protokolom o privremenom režimu iz 2002. godine, kazao je nakon susreta s crnogorskim dužnosnicima Grlić Radman.
