Austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz danas je odlučio podnijeti ostavku nakon što je postalo jasno da bi u suprotnom bio "srušen" u parlamentu. Povod za Kurzovu ostavku i političku krizu u Austriji je istraga koju je državno odvjetništvo za gospodarski kriminal pokrenulo protiv njega i još nekoliko istaknutih članova Narodne stranke, piše Jutarnji.

Što njegova ostavka znači za austrijsku političku scenu, te ima li Kurz, obzirom da je još uvijek mlad političar, šanse spasiti svoju političku karijeru, pitali smo domaće diplomate, političare i bivšu premijerku.

- Kako će ova kriza završiti, odnosno hoće li Narodna stranka očuvati vlast ovisi o njihovim koalicijskim parterima – Zelenima. Ako oni prihvate nekog drugog "narodnjaka" za novog kancelara vladajuća koalicija, čini mi se, ima šanse opstati, bez obzira na ovu aferu. Naravno, moguće je da Zeleni nove partnere pronađu u socijaldemokratima - tvrdi iskusan diplomat za Jutarnji list.

Da stvari nisu tako sive za Narodnu stranku i vladajuću koaliciju smatra i bivši ministar vanjskih poslova i dobar poznavatelj austrijske političke scene Miro Kovač.

- Ostavka je pokušaj gospodina Kurza i njegove stranke da spase vladu. Njihovi koalicijski partneri, Zeleni, već su im poručili kako bi mogli prihvatiti novog kancelara iz redova Narodne stranke, ako "narodnjaci" predlože osobu koja je bez mrlje. Čini mi se da će se stvar rasplesti tako da će vladajuća koalicija preživjeti krizu, a da će novi kancelar biti dosadašnji ministar vanjskih poslova Alexander Schallenberg. Sebastian Kurz ostaje na čelu stranke i vraća se u parlament gdje će predvoditi narodnjake - kaže Kovač. Smatra da ova afera ne znači nužno kraj političke karijere Sebastiana Kurza, pod uvjetom, naravno, da dokaže da nije kriv.

Bivša premijerka Jadranka Kosor kaže kako je Kurz povukao jedini mogući potez jer bi inače bio opozvan u parlamentu, te da je njegova ostavka dobar primjer kako bi se političari trebali ponašati u razvijenom demokratskom društvu.

- Njegova brza ostavka nakon što ga se osumnjičilo pokazuje kako se visokopozicionirani dužnosnici trebaju ponašati u ovakvim slučajevima. To je dobro za zdravlje društva i vraća ljudima vjeru u politiku - rekla je Kosor i podsjetila na primjer nekadašnjeg njemačkog predsjednika Christiana Wulffa koji je dao ostavku zbog korupcijske afere, a kasnije se uspio obraniti na sudu.

Član saborskog odbora za vanjsku politiku Domagoj Hajduković (Klub socijaldemokrata) misli da je Kurzova odluka da se povuče očekivana.

- Naime, nije bilo za očekivati da bi se dugo mogao zadržati na kancelarskoj poziciji dok se u isto vrijeme pokreće istraga o navodnoj pronevjeri javnog novca od njegove strane. Veliki pritisak javnosti i velika mogućnost za optužbe sukoba interesa i mogućeg utjecaja na istragu bili bi pogubni za njega osobno, stranku koju vodi i vladu. Na stranu pomalo patetični izljevi patriotizma, ovo je jedini mogući potez odgovornog političara, koji osim za zemlju čini i najbolje što u ovom trenutku može i za sebe - kaže Hajduković.

Austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz danas je odlučio podnijeti ostavku nakon što je postalo jasno da bi u suprotnom bio "srušen" u parlamentu. Povod za Kurzovu ostavku i političku krizu u Austriji je istraga koju je državno odvjetništvo za gospodarski kriminal pokrenulo protiv njega i još nekoliko istaknutih članova Narodne stranke, piše Jutarnji.

Što njegova ostavka znači za austrijsku političku scenu, te ima li Kurz, obzirom da je još uvijek mlad političar, šanse spasiti svoju političku karijeru, pitali smo domaće diplomate, političare i bivšu premijerku.

- Kako će ova kriza završiti, odnosno hoće li Narodna stranka očuvati vlast ovisi o njihovim koalicijskim parterima – Zelenima. Ako oni prihvate nekog drugog "narodnjaka" za novog kancelara vladajuća koalicija, čini mi se, ima šanse opstati, bez obzira na ovu aferu. Naravno, moguće je da Zeleni nove partnere pronađu u socijaldemokratima - tvrdi iskusan diplomat za Jutarnji list.

Da stvari nisu tako sive za Narodnu stranku i vladajuću koaliciju smatra i bivši ministar vanjskih poslova i dobar poznavatelj austrijske političke scene Miro Kovač.

- Ostavka je pokušaj gospodina Kurza i njegove stranke da spase vladu. Njihovi koalicijski partneri, Zeleni, već su im poručili kako bi mogli prihvatiti novog kancelara iz redova Narodne stranke, ako "narodnjaci" predlože osobu koja je bez mrlje. Čini mi se da će se stvar rasplesti tako da će vladajuća koalicija preživjeti krizu, a da će novi kancelar biti dosadašnji ministar vanjskih poslova Alexander Schallenberg. Sebastian Kurz ostaje na čelu stranke i vraća se u parlament gdje će predvoditi narodnjake - kaže Kovač. Smatra da ova afera ne znači nužno kraj političke karijere Sebastiana Kurza, pod uvjetom, naravno, da dokaže da nije kriv.

Bivša premijerka Jadranka Kosor kaže kako je Kurz povukao jedini mogući potez jer bi inače bio opozvan u parlamentu, te da je njegova ostavka dobar primjer kako bi se političari trebali ponašati u razvijenom demokratskom društvu.

- Njegova brza ostavka nakon što ga se osumnjičilo pokazuje kako se visokopozicionirani dužnosnici trebaju ponašati u ovakvim slučajevima. To je dobro za zdravlje društva i vraća ljudima vjeru u politiku - rekla je Kosor i podsjetila na primjer nekadašnjeg njemačkog predsjednika Christiana Wulffa koji je dao ostavku zbog korupcijske afere, a kasnije se uspio obraniti na sudu.

Član saborskog odbora za vanjsku politiku Domagoj Hajduković (Klub socijaldemokrata) misli da je Kurzova odluka da se povuče očekivana.

- Naime, nije bilo za očekivati da bi se dugo mogao zadržati na kancelarskoj poziciji dok se u isto vrijeme pokreće istraga o navodnoj pronevjeri javnog novca od njegove strane. Veliki pritisak javnosti i velika mogućnost za optužbe sukoba interesa i mogućeg utjecaja na istragu bili bi pogubni za njega osobno, stranku koju vodi i vladu. Na stranu pomalo patetični izljevi patriotizma, ovo je jedini mogući potez odgovornog političara, koji osim za zemlju čini i najbolje što u ovom trenutku može i za sebe - kaže Hajduković.

Austrijski kancelar Sebastian Kurz danas je odlučio podnijeti ostavku nakon što je postalo jasno da bi u suprotnom bio "srušen" u parlamentu. Povod za Kurzovu ostavku i političku krizu u Austriji je istraga koju je državno odvjetništvo za gospodarski kriminal pokrenulo protiv njega i još nekoliko istaknutih članova Narodne stranke, piše Jutarnji.

Što njegova ostavka znači za austrijsku političku scenu, te ima li Kurz, obzirom da je još uvijek mlad političar, šanse spasiti svoju političku karijeru, pitali smo domaće diplomate, političare i bivšu premijerku.

- Kako će ova kriza završiti, odnosno hoće li Narodna stranka očuvati vlast ovisi o njihovim koalicijskim parterima – Zelenima. Ako oni prihvate nekog drugog "narodnjaka" za novog kancelara vladajuća koalicija, čini...
