Žalbeni postupak u predmetu «garaža» i «selotejp» započeo je u ponedjeljak na Vrhovnom sudu RH. Vijeće vrhovne sudske instance, kojim predsjeda sutkinja Senka Klarić Baranović, «razmatra» žalbe obrane i tužiteljstva na prvostupanjsku presudu okrivljenicima za ratne zločine nad srpskim civilima 1991. u Osijeku.

Sudac izvjestitelj Branko Brkić je «elaborirao» tijek prvostupanjskog postupka u kome je, podsjetimo, Branimir Glavaš nepravomoćno osuđen na 10, Ivica Krnjak na osam, a Gordana Getoš Magdić na sedam godina zatvora. Dino Kontić, Tihomir Valentić i Zdravko Dragić su, pak, «zaradili» po pet godina «boravka iza rešetaka».

Stranke u postupku su, pak, podnijele žalbu na ovu presudu. Obrana, naime, smatra da su optuženici «nevini», odnosno da im tijekom suđenja na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu nije dokazana krivnja, tražeći da se presuda poništi zbog brojnih proceduralnih pogrešaka.

Tužiteljstvo je, pak, nezadovoljno visinom izrečenih sankcija pa predlaže da ih Vrhovni sud RH preinači i izrekne zatvorske kazne u duljem trajanju svim okrivljenicima zbog «posebno teških okolnosti djela i visokog stupnja njihove kaznene odgovornosti».

Rasprava u ovom žalbenom postupku bi, prema rasporedu, trebala (po)trajati četiri dana, a odluka vijeća Vrhovnog suda će naknadno biti donesena.

Glavaš, koji se prije objave prvostupanjske presude sklonio u BiH kako bi izbjegao pritvaranje, uredno je, prema navodima predsjednice sudskog vijeća, obaviješten o održavanju ove javne sjednice.

Žalbeni postupak u predmetu «garaža» i «selotejp» započeo je u ponedjeljak na Vrhovnom sudu RH. Vijeće vrhovne sudske instance, kojim predsjeda sutkinja Senka Klarić Baranović, «razmatra» žalbe obrane i tužiteljstva na prvostupanjsku presudu okrivljenicima za ratne zločine nad srpskim civilima 1991. u Osijeku.

Sudac izvjestitelj Branko Brkić je «elaborirao» tijek prvostupanjskog postupka u kome je, podsjetimo, Branimir Glavaš nepravomoćno osuđen na 10, Ivica Krnjak na osam, a Gordana Getoš Magdić na sedam godina zatvora. Dino Kontić, Tihomir Valentić i Zdravko Dragić su, pak, «zaradili» po pet godina «boravka iza rešetaka».

Stranke u postupku su, pak, podnijele žalbu na ovu presudu. Obrana, naime, smatra da su optuženici «nevini», odnosno da im tijekom suđenja na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu nije dokazana krivnja, tražeći da se presuda poništi zbog brojnih proceduralnih pogrešaka.

Tužiteljstvo je, pak, nezadovoljno visinom izrečenih sankcija pa predlaže da ih Vrhovni sud RH preinači i izrekne zatvorske kazne u duljem trajanju svim okrivljenicima zbog «posebno teških okolnosti djela i visokog stupnja njihove kaznene odgovornosti».

Rasprava u ovom žalbenom postupku bi, prema rasporedu, trebala (po)trajati četiri dana, a odluka vijeća Vrhovnog suda će naknadno biti donesena.

Glavaš, koji se prije objave prvostupanjske presude sklonio u BiH kako bi izbjegao pritvaranje, uredno je, prema navodima predsjednice sudskog vijeća, obaviješten o održavanju ove javne sjednice.
