- Jest, otvaram ured u Zagrebu, imat ću u petak u 10.30 u njemu “presicu”. Adresa je Ilica 150. Nekoliko je razloga za otvaranje: broj jedan je kontakt s građanima, da imaju kamo doći svom zastupniku. Broj dva, kontakti s hrvatskim organima vlasti kojih nema...
Koga nema? Organa vlasti ili kontakata?
- Ha, ha, navlačite me da lupim svašta. Nema kontakata, valjda se odvijaju po strankama. Treći je razlog pomoć stranci.
Zašto stranci niste pomogli otvaranjem ureda u njezinim prostorijama?
- Male su nam prostorije u Zagrebu, a i ne bih htio da ovo bude isključivo stranački rad. Možda se netko ne slaže s Laburistima iz ovog ili onog razloga, a ja, barem to umišljam, zastupam i ljude koji drugačije misle.
Koliko to sve skupa košta?
- Najam i režije u Zagrebu oko tisuću eura, a plaće asistenata idu iz posebnog fonda u Europskom parlamentu.
Kolika vam je plaća, a koliko dobivate mjesečno za asistente?
- Plaća mi je 6200 eura, a za asistente imam na raspolaganju 21 tisuću eura mjesečno i ako to u toku godine ne potrošim, vraća se. U taj novac uključena su njihova putovanja i eventualne dodatne usluge. Primjerice, poželim li angažirati PR agenciju za neki posao, plaćam je od tog novca. U političkoj grupaciji Ujedinjene europske ljevice kojoj pripadam imam pravo i na 30 tisuća eura godišnje za politički rad, za organizaciju tribina i slično. To planiram početi koristiti na jesen. Primam i 4100 eura mjesečno za materijalne troškove. Taj novac ide na opremanje ureda, mobitele, najam...

Raspolažu li ostali eurozastupnici istim iznosima?
- Naravno.
I koliko ste asistenata zaposlili?
- Dvoje ovdje i dvoje u Zagrebu. U Zagrebu sam angažirao dvije ekonomistice Dinu Domijan i Ivu Galović, a u Bruxellesu politologe Natka Plevnika i Gabrijelu Kuharić.
Kolike su im plaće?
- U Hrvatskoj između 9300 i 9400 kuna, a u Bruxellesu oko tri tisuće eura. Ovdje su i troškovi veći, sebi moraju plaćati stan.
Slijede li i ostali europarlamentarci iz Hrvatske vaš primjer? Mislim, otvaraju li urede?
- Evo, baš sam doputovao s Biljanom Borzan, rekla mi je da uređuje ured u Osijeku. Ostale još nisam pitao.
Jeste li ikad više zarađivali?
- Nisam, naravno da nisam. Bio sam profesor na sveučilištu, kada preračunam svoju tadašnju plaću zarađivao sam oko dvije tisuće eura. I prevoditelj sam, zaradio bih nešto sa strane, ali ovoliko nisam nikad.
Podvucimo crtu: eurozastupniku sa zrncem kreativnosti godišnje kroz ruke može proći 405.600 eura. Bio je ovo naš doprinos vječitoj potrazi za prosperitetnim zanimanjima.

Zašto, koliko će novca potrošiti i kakva su mu primanja, pitanja su na koja nam je ovaj predstavnik hrvatskog radništva odgovarao telefonom u srijedu dok je bio u Bruxellesu.
Pomoć stranci
- Jest, otvaram ured u Zagrebu, imat ću u petak u 10.30 u njemu “presicu”. Adresa je Ilica 150. Nekoliko je razloga za otvaranje: broj jedan je kontakt s građanima, da imaju kamo doći svom zastupniku. Broj dva, kontakti s hrvatskim organima vlasti kojih nema...
Koga nema? Organa vlasti ili kontakata?
- Ha, ha, navlačite me da lupim svašta. Nema kontakata, valjda se odvijaju po strankama. Treći je razlog pomoć stranci.
Zašto stranci niste pomogli otvaranjem ureda u njezinim prostorijama?
- Male su nam prostorije u Zagrebu, a i ne bih htio da ovo bude isključivo stranački rad. Možda se netko ne slaže s Laburistima iz ovog ili onog razloga, a ja, barem to umišljam, zastupam i ljude koji drugačije misle.
Koliko to sve skupa košta?
- Najam i režije u Zagrebu oko tisuću eura, a plaće asistenata idu iz posebnog fonda u Europskom parlamentu.
Kolika vam je plaća, a koliko dobivate mjesečno za asistente?
- Plaća mi je 6200 eura, a za asistente imam na raspolaganju 21 tisuću eura mjesečno i ako to u toku godine ne potrošim, vraća se. U taj novac uključena su njihova putovanja i eventualne dodatne usluge. Primjerice, poželim li angažirati PR agenciju za neki posao, plaćam je od tog novca. U političkoj grupaciji Ujedinjene europske ljevice kojoj pripadam imam pravo i na 30 tisuća eura godišnje za politički rad, za organizaciju tribina i slično. To planiram početi koristiti na jesen. Primam i 4100 eura mjesečno za materijalne troškove. Taj novac ide na opremanje ureda, mobitele, najam...

Raspolažu li ostali eurozastupnici istim iznosima?
- Naravno.
I koliko ste asistenata zaposlili?
- Dvoje ovdje i dvoje u Zagrebu. U Zagrebu sam angažirao dvije ekonomistice Dinu Domijan i Ivu Galović, a u Bruxellesu politologe Natka Plevnika i Gabrijelu Kuharić.
Kolike su im plaće?
- U Hrvatskoj između 9300 i 9400 kuna, a u Bruxellesu oko tri tisuće eura. Ovdje su i troškovi veći, sebi moraju plaćati stan.
Slijede li i ostali europarlamentarci iz Hrvatske vaš primjer? Mislim, otvaraju li urede?
- Evo, baš sam doputovao s Biljanom Borzan, rekla mi je da uređuje ured u Osijeku. Ostale još nisam pitao.
Jeste li ikad više zarađivali?
- Nisam, naravno da nisam. Bio sam profesor na sveučilištu, kada preračunam svoju tadašnju plaću zarađivao sam oko dvije tisuće eura. I prevoditelj sam, zaradio bih nešto sa strane, ali ovoliko nisam nikad.
Podvucimo crtu: eurozastupniku sa zrncem kreativnosti godišnje kroz ruke može proći 405.600 eura. Bio je ovo naš doprinos vječitoj potrazi za prosperitetnim zanimanjima.
