Izmjenama se, po riječima ministra gospodarstva Ivana Vrdoljaka, investitorima žele stvoriti još povoljniji uvjeti nego do sada.

Kako je izvijestio, trenutno je pet projekata prošlo proceduru, devet je u proceduri Povjerenstva za strateške investicijske projekte, a 18 u završnoj fazi administrativne pripreme, dok je sedam odbačeno zbog nepotpune financijske dokumentacije.

Predsjednik Vlade Zoran Milanović dodaje kako Vlada predloženim izmjenama želi dodatno, zakonito pogodovati onima koji žele ulagati pri čemu se od investitora neće, kako je rekao, "na prvu" tražiti sve u petu decimalu, nego im ostaviti prostor za sređivanje prijava projekata.

Investitorima se predloženim izmjenama i dopunama zakona omogućava lakše i fleksibilnije podnošenje financijske dokumentacije vezane uz projekt, a razlog je u činjenici da većina do sada prijavljenih investicijskih projekata nije imala zatvorenu financijsku konstrukciju.

Novina je i odredba da privatni zainteresirani investitor u roku od 60 dana od dana donošenja Vladine odluke o proglašenju strateškog projekta mora dostaviti Ministarstvu gospodarstva dokaz o osiguranim izvorima financiranja u visini od najmanje 10 posto ukupne vrijednosti projekta. To uključuje bankarsku garanciju domaće ili strane banke, i/ili namjenski deponirana oročena novčana sredstva na rok od devet mjeseci.

Propisuje se i postupak odabira potencijalnih strateških projekata koji bi se mogli realizirati na nekretnini nad kojom država ima većinu suvlasničkih dijelova, prema stanju u zemljišnim knjigama, ili nekretnini nad kojom država i jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave imaju većinu suvlasničkih dijelova, a koja je prostornim planom planirana za razvoj investicijskih projekata.

Prema prijedlogu, strateški projekti mogli bi se realizirati i na pomorskom dobru ako ono čini funkcionalnu i poslovnu cjelinu s navedenim nekretninama. Novost je i da zainteresirani investitor privatni ili javno-privatni projekt prijavljuje Agenciji za investicije i konkurentnost (AIK).

Izmjenama se, po riječima ministra gospodarstva Ivana Vrdoljaka, investitorima žele stvoriti još povoljniji uvjeti nego do sada.

Kako je izvijestio, trenutno je pet projekata prošlo proceduru, devet je u proceduri Povjerenstva za strateške investicijske projekte, a 18 u završnoj fazi administrativne pripreme, dok je sedam odbačeno zbog nepotpune financijske dokumentacije.

Predsjednik Vlade Zoran Milanović dodaje kako Vlada predloženim izmjenama želi dodatno, zakonito pogodovati onima koji žele ulagati pri čemu se od investitora neće, kako je rekao, "na prvu" tražiti sve u petu decimalu, nego im ostaviti prostor za sređivanje prijava projekata.

Investitorima se predloženim izmjenama i dopunama zakona omogućava lakše i fleksibilnije podnošenje financijske dokumentacije vezane uz projekt, a razlog je u činjenici da većina do sada prijavljenih investicijskih projekata nije imala zatvorenu financijsku konstrukciju.

Novina je i odredba da privatni zainteresirani investitor u roku od 60 dana od dana donošenja Vladine odluke o proglašenju strateškog projekta mora dostaviti Ministarstvu gospodarstva dokaz o osiguranim izvorima financiranja u visini od najmanje 10 posto ukupne vrijednosti projekta. To uključuje bankarsku garanciju domaće ili strane banke, i/ili namjenski deponirana oročena novčana sredstva na rok od devet mjeseci.

Propisuje se i postupak odabira potencijalnih strateških projekata koji bi se mogli realizirati na nekretnini nad kojom država ima većinu suvlasničkih dijelova, prema stanju u zemljišnim knjigama, ili nekretnini nad kojom država i jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave imaju većinu suvlasničkih dijelova, a koja je prostornim planom planirana za razvoj investicijskih projekata.

Prema prijedlogu, strateški projekti mogli bi se realizirati i na pomorskom dobru ako ono čini funkcionalnu i poslovnu cjelinu s navedenim nekretninama. Novost je i da zainteresirani investitor privatni ili javno-privatni projekt prijavljuje Agenciji za investicije i konkurentnost (AIK).
