Ove jeseni trebao bi se početi primjenjivati integrirani sustav naplate cestarine između Hrvatske i Srbije za sve vlasnike ENC uređaja s obje strane granice, piše Jutarnji list.

Memorandum o poslovnoj suradnji ovoga tjedna u Beogradu potpisali su direktori Puteva Srbije Zoran Drobnjak i Hrvatskih autocesta Boris Huzjan. Njegovom realizacijom, vlasnici ENC uređaja koji putuju iz Hrvatske u Srbiju i obratno na platnim postajama će bez zaustavljanja moći ući na autocestu i s nje izaći. To će jednako vrijediti za osobne automobile i za kamione.

Kako nam je objašnjeno u HAC-u, jedini razlog pokretanja ovoga projekta jest želja da se putnicima omogući da što brže prođu naplatne postaje. Nakon potpisivanja Memoranduma, slijedi tehnička realizacija. Do jeseni treba nadograditi softverska rješenja za razmjenu podataka.

To uključuje i razmjenu podataka ENC uređaja koji su na crnoj i bijeloj listi pa oni s financijskim dugovima neće moći ući na autoceste. Pronaći će se i rješenje za registriranje ENC uređaja radi reguliranja transfera novca hrvatskom odnosno srpskom upravitelju autocestama. Trošak preinake sustava snosit će svaki upravitelj na svom teritoriju.

U Srbiji će hrvatski ENC uređaj vrijediti na svim autocestama, dok će srpski ENC u Hrvatskoj vrijediti samo na autocestama kojima upravlja HAC. Hrvatski vozači na svojim ENC uređajima neće morati ništa mijenjati niti se dodatno registrirati, već će ih normalno moći koristiti u Srbiji.

Na sastanku u Beogradu srpska strana je najavila da bi se novi sustav mogao početi primjenjivati već u rujnu, no to još nije službeno potvrđeno s hrvatske strane. U ovom trenutku u Hrvatskoj i Srbiji aktivno je po 700 tisuća ENC uređaja i dobar dio njihovih vlasnika tijekom godine putuje kroz Hrvatsku, odnosno Srbiju.

"Jedino što želimo je korisnicima omogućiti što brži prolaz kroz naplatne kućice. Nema tu nikakve provizije ni dodatne zarade", tvrde sugovornici u HAC-u.

HAC je isti Memorandum potpisao i s JP Autoceste Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, upraviteljem tamošnjih autocesta, i plan je da se već ove jeseni hrvatski ENC može koristiti i na autocestama kroz Federaciju. Dogovor o korištenju hrvatskog ENC-a za naplatu cestarine u Sloveniji i Mađarskoj zasad nije moguć jer te zemlje imaju drugačiji sustav naplate.

S obzirom na to da direktiva EU nalaže da do 2026. članice moraju uvesti sustav naplate po prijeđenom kilometru, države koje koriste vinjete morat će ih ukinuti i tada će se otvoriti mogućnost uvođenja jedinstvenog sustava naplate cestarine širom EU.

Od subote se cestarina na autocestama kojima upravlja HAC može plaćati i Telepass uređajem. Riječ je o talijanskoj tvrtki koja daje uslugu plaćanja cestarine svojim uređajem raznim koncesionarima uz naknadu koju plaća korisnik. Tvrtka nije upravitelj autoceste niti ubire cestarinu, nego samo daje uslugu naplate.

Stoga HAC nije u mogućnosti recipročno dogovoriti uslugu plaćanja cestarine na nekoj autocesti u Italiji. Uostalom, u trenutku kada se u Hrvatskoj kreće s projektom novog sustava naplate cestarine bilo bi kontraproduktivno ugovarati s koncesionarima u inozemstvu naplatu cestarine pomoću sadašnjeg ENC uređaja.

Ove jeseni trebao bi se početi primjenjivati integrirani sustav naplate cestarine između Hrvatske i Srbije za sve vlasnike ENC uređaja s obje strane granice, piše Jutarnji list.

Memorandum o poslovnoj suradnji ovoga tjedna u Beogradu potpisali su direktori Puteva Srbije Zoran Drobnjak i Hrvatskih autocesta Boris Huzjan. Njegovom realizacijom, vlasnici ENC uređaja koji putuju iz Hrvatske u Srbiju i obratno na platnim postajama će bez zaustavljanja moći ući na autocestu i s nje izaći. To će jednako vrijediti za osobne automobile i za kamione.

Kako nam je objašnjeno u HAC-u, jedini razlog pokretanja ovoga projekta jest želja da se putnicima omogući da što brže prođu naplatne postaje. Nakon potpisivanja Memoranduma, slijedi tehnička realizacija. Do jeseni treba nadograditi softverska rješenja za razmjenu podataka.

To uključuje i razmjenu podataka ENC uređaja koji su na crnoj i bijeloj listi pa oni s financijskim dugovima neće moći ući na autoceste. Pronaći će se i rješenje za registriranje ENC uređaja radi reguliranja transfera novca hrvatskom odnosno srpskom upravitelju autocestama. Trošak preinake sustava snosit će svaki upravitelj na svom teritoriju.

U Srbiji će hrvatski ENC uređaj vrijediti na svim autocestama, dok će srpski ENC u Hrvatskoj vrijediti samo na autocestama kojima upravlja HAC. Hrvatski vozači na svojim ENC uređajima neće morati ništa mijenjati niti se dodatno registrirati, već će ih normalno moći koristiti u Srbiji.

Na sastanku u Beogradu srpska strana je najavila da bi se novi sustav mogao početi primjenjivati već u rujnu, no to još nije službeno potvrđeno s hrvatske strane. U ovom trenutku u Hrvatskoj i Srbiji aktivno je po 700 tisuća ENC uređaja i dobar dio njihovih vlasnika tijekom godine putuje kroz Hrvatsku, odnosno Srbiju.

"Jedino što želimo je korisnicima omogućiti što brži prolaz kroz naplatne kućice. Nema tu nikakve provizije ni dodatne zarade", tvrde sugovornici u HAC-u.

HAC je isti Memorandum potpisao i s JP Autoceste Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine, upraviteljem tamošnjih autocesta, i plan je da se već ove jeseni hrvatski ENC može koristiti i na autocestama kroz Federaciju. Dogovor o korištenju hrvatskog ENC-a za naplatu cestarine u Sloveniji i Mađarskoj zasad nije moguć jer te zemlje imaju drugačiji sustav naplate.

S obzirom na to da direktiva EU nalaže da do 2026. članice moraju uvesti sustav naplate po prijeđenom kilometru, države koje koriste vinjete morat će ih ukinuti i tada će se otvoriti mogućnost uvođenja jedinstvenog sustava naplate cestarine širom EU.

Od subote se cestarina na autocestama kojima upravlja HAC može plaćati i Telepass uređajem. Riječ je o talijanskoj tvrtki koja daje uslugu plaćanja cestarine svojim uređajem raznim koncesionarima uz naknadu koju plaća korisnik. Tvrtka nije upravitelj autoceste niti ubire cestarinu, nego samo daje uslugu naplate.

Stoga HAC nije u mogućnosti recipročno dogovoriti uslugu plaćanja cestarine na nekoj autocesti u Italiji. Uostalom, u trenutku kada se u Hrvatskoj kreće s projektom novog sustava naplate cestarine bilo bi kontraproduktivno ugovarati s koncesionarima u inozemstvu naplatu cestarine pomoću sadašnjeg ENC uređaja.

Uvodi se promjena u naplati cestarine na našim autocestama: Najviše će zanimati one koji putuju u Srbiju

Ove jeseni trebao bi se početi primjenjivati integrirani sustav naplate cestarine između Hrvatske i Srbije za sve vlasnike ENC uređaja s obje strane granice, piše Jutarnji list.

Memorandum o poslovnoj suradnji ovoga tjedna u Beogradu potpisali su direktori Puteva Srbije Zoran Drobnjak i Hrvatskih autocesta Boris Huzjan. Njegovom realizacijom, vlasnici ENC uređaja koji putuju iz Hrvatske u Srbiju i obratno na platnim postajama će bez zaustavljanja moći ući na autocestu i s nje izaći. To će jednako vrijediti za osobne automobile i za kamione.

Kako nam je objašnjeno u HAC-u, jedini razlog pokretanja ovoga projekta jest želja da se putnicima omogući da što brže prođu naplatne postaje. Nakon potpisivanja Memoranduma, slijedi tehnička realizacija. Do jeseni treba nadograditi softverska rješenja za razmjenu podataka.

To uključuje i razmjenu podataka ENC uređaja koji su na crnoj i bijeloj listi pa oni s financijskim dugovima neće moći ući na autoceste. Pronaći će se i rješenje za registriranje ENC uređaja radi reguliranja transfera novca hrvatskom odnosno srpskom upravitelju autocestama. Trošak preinake sustava snosit će svaki upravitelj na svom teritoriju.

U Srbiji će hrvatski ENC uređaj vrijediti na svim autocestama, dok će srpski ENC u Hrvatskoj vrijediti samo na autocestama kojima upravlja HAC. Hrvatski vozači na svojim ENC uređajima neće morati ništa mijenjati niti se dodatno registrirati, već će ih normalno moći koristiti u Srbiji.
