Vlada će morati promijeniti odluku o prijenosu 29 posto dionica Croatia osiguranja na Umirovljenički fond, kazali su nam u  Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga.

Kako nam je rečeno, Vlada nije, a bila je obavezna, prethodno obavijestiti Hanfu i o prijenosu dionica Janafa i CO-a na Umirovljenički fond, jer te dvije tvrtke kotiraju na Zagrebačkoj burzi.

Još ozbiljnija je stvar sa prijenosom preko 29 posto dionica CO-a, jer bi u sukladno zakonu, HPB Invest, društvo koje upravlja Umirovljeničkim fondom, zbog toga što stječe preko 25 posto dionica moralo objaviti javnu ponudu za otkup svih ostalih dionica po istoj cijeni.

Stoga će Vlada morati promijeniti odluku po kojoj će na Umirovljenički fond prebaciti manje od 25 posto dionica, a ostatak novca potreban za isplatu još jedne tranše duga umirovljenicima pokušati prihodovati na drugi način.

To je moguće prodajom manjih udjela dionica tvrtki u državnom vlasništvu, ili na način da Umirovljenički fond proda nekoliko postotaka dionica CO-a, a da onda Vlada prepiše još toliko dionica Fondu koji bi ih onda preprodao u cijelosti.

Uglavnom, i ovaj slučaj govori o konfuziji Vlade Jadranke Kosor, jer su, na čelu sa Martinom Dalić, ministricom financija, previdjeli iznimno važne proceduralne i suštinske zakonske stavke.

Neki analitičari smatraju, pak, kako se iza te brzine ne krije samo konfuzija, već i neki zakulisni planovi o „uvaljivanju“ kontrolnog paketa dionica CO-a određenim ljudima bliskim HDZ-u.

Vlada će morati promijeniti odluku o prijenosu 29 posto dionica Croatia osiguranja na Umirovljenički fond, kazali su nam u  Hrvatskoj agenciji za nadzor financijskih usluga.

Kako nam je rečeno, Vlada nije, a bila je obavezna, prethodno obavijestiti Hanfu i o prijenosu dionica Janafa i CO-a na Umirovljenički fond, jer te dvije tvrtke kotiraju na Zagrebačkoj burzi.

Još ozbiljnija je stvar sa prijenosom preko 29 posto dionica CO-a, jer bi u sukladno zakonu, HPB Invest, društvo koje upravlja Umirovljeničkim fondom, zbog toga što stječe preko 25 posto dionica moralo objaviti javnu ponudu za otkup svih ostalih dionica po istoj cijeni.

Stoga će Vlada morati promijeniti odluku po kojoj će na Umirovljenički fond prebaciti manje od 25 posto dionica, a ostatak novca potreban za isplatu još jedne tranše duga umirovljenicima pokušati prihodovati na drugi način.

To je moguće prodajom manjih udjela dionica tvrtki u državnom vlasništvu, ili na način da Umirovljenički fond proda nekoliko postotaka dionica CO-a, a da onda Vlada prepiše još toliko dionica Fondu koji bi ih onda preprodao u cijelosti.

Uglavnom, i ovaj slučaj govori o konfuziji Vlade Jadranke Kosor, jer su, na čelu sa Martinom Dalić, ministricom financija, previdjeli iznimno važne proceduralne i suštinske zakonske stavke.

Neki analitičari smatraju, pak, kako se iza te brzine ne krije samo konfuzija, već i neki zakulisni planovi o „uvaljivanju“ kontrolnog paketa dionica CO-a određenim ljudima bliskim HDZ-u.

Umirovljenici će dobiti manje od 25 posto dionica CO-a
