U satima nakon velike prometne nesreće RTL je doznao kako se nešto čudno dogodilo sa signalizacijom na dijelu dionice od Novske do Okučana na kojoj se nesreća i dogodila. Sindikat strojovođa ustvrdio je da "signalizacija između kolodvora Okučani i mjesta sudara vlakova nije radila".Potom su saznali i kako se signalizacija na tom dijelu pruge u srijedu, kada je u promet pušten drugi kolosijek, pokvarila odmah po puštanju u rad. 

Provjerili su među službenom dokumentacijom HŽ-a i našli da se pruga doista obnavljala od 2012. do 2014., da je bila riječ o modernizaciji dionice 16,8 kilometara od Okučana do Novske i o rekonstrukciji željezničke stanice u Okučanima u dužini oko tri kilometra, sve skupa 85 posto o trošku EU-ovog pretpristupnog programa IPA, a 15 posto na račun RH.

Isto im je potvrdila i HŽ infrastruktura. 

"Ugovor o izvođenju radova na građevinskim i elektrotehničkim postrojenjima u sklopu projekta obnove i rekonstrukcije dionice pruge Okučani – Novska, sklopljen je s tvrtkom Salcef SpA., Italija. Vrijednost sklopljenog ugovora bila je 25.726.699,98 €."

"Ugovor o izvođenju radova na signalno sigurnosnim i telekomunikacijskim uređajima sklopljen je s tvrtkom Bombardier Transportation Italy S.P.A., Italija. Vrijednost sklopljenog ugovora bila je 8.566.800,00 €", bili su jasni oko toga tko je radio na poslovima signalizacije, na sigurnosnim i na telekomunikacijskim uređajima.

Dopredsjednik Sindikata strojovođa Dalibor Petrović rekao: "Mogu potvrditi da imamo čvrste… dokaze da signalizacija između kolodvora Okučani i mjesta udara putničkog u teretni vlak nije radila! Nije bila u funkciji i nikako nije mogla pružati informacije strojovođi. Prave informacije po kojima bi on sukladno propisanim procedurama donosio odluke o vožnji i prometu vlaka."

A inače, kad bi radila, bilo bi to automatski: "Između dva kolodvora promet se može odvijati prema automatskom pružnom bloku i u kolodvorskom razmaku koji znači da između dva kolodvora može biti samo jedan vlak."

Inače, gledajući nekoliko godina unazad, vijesti od rujna 2012. sve do 2014. opisuju vrlo živa događanja tijekom tog projekta. Prvo ona anegdota s tvrtkom Salcef SpA za koju je Novi list primijetio u prosincu 2013. da je naprosto otišla s gradilišta zato što im nije na vrijeme plaćeno nešto manje od pola milijuna eura. I na tome su ustrajali sve dok im ne plate.

U studenome 2012. Posavska Hrvatska objavila je članak u kojem kaže da je "Općina Okučani postala veliko gradilište", kao i to da: "Nadzor nad radovima obavlja njemački DB International za 1,56 milijuna eura, koji će raditi u konzorciju s hrvatskom Granovom."

Riječ je bila o konzorcijumu tada postojeće tvrtke Deutsche Bahn International GmbH i tvrtke Granova d.o.o. koji su nadzor obavljali, prema službenim podacima, za 1,812.481 eura. Dotična tvrtka, DB International, bila je tvrtka kći njemačkog državnog diva Deutsche Bahna (DB) koji godišnje ostvaruje desetke milijardi eura prihoda.

To je već drugi put u kratko vrijeme da RTL.hr nailazi na neku tvrtku kći DB-a na željezničkim poslovima u Hrvatskoj. Prethodni put bila je riječ o priči da je "Debeljakov DIV u 5 mjeseci objavio 0,67% vrijednosti najvećeg infrastrukturnog projekta u RH", odnosno na projektu Križevci-Dugo Selo, vrijednosti 1,5 milijardi kuna.

Tada su utvrdili da je Debeljakov DIV, premda bez ikakvog bitnijeg prethodnog iskustva sa željeznicama, svoj dio posla – koji će se se odugovlačiti da će ga pamtiti još nekoliko generacija u Hrvatskoj – dobio zato što se "pri dokazivanju tehničke sposobnosti oslonila na svojeg podizvoditelja, DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH".

Taj dio nove povijesti radova na željeznicama u Hrvatskoj postala je još zanimljivija kad smo na stranicama DB Bahnbau Gruppe pronašli da ta tvrtka kći DB-a posao na projektu Križevci-Dugo Selo, prolongiran da završi tek 2023., a očito je da neće biti gotov niti tada, napisala da je svoj dio posla završila još 2018. godine.

Na nekoliko upita upravi te kompanije, nisu im odgovorili ništa, da bi im iz HŽ-a kazali da su Nijemci svoje obavili "u mjeri u kojoj je to bilo moguće", ali kako DIV nije do kraja obavio svoje, niti DB-ova tvrtka nije dovršila posao.

U satima nakon velike prometne nesreće RTL je doznao kako se nešto čudno dogodilo sa signalizacijom na dijelu dionice od Novske do Okučana na kojoj se nesreća i dogodila. Sindikat strojovođa ustvrdio je da "signalizacija između kolodvora Okučani i mjesta sudara vlakova nije radila".Potom su saznali i kako se signalizacija na tom dijelu pruge u srijedu, kada je u promet pušten drugi kolosijek, pokvarila odmah po puštanju u rad. 

Provjerili su među službenom dokumentacijom HŽ-a i našli da se pruga doista obnavljala od 2012. do 2014., da je bila riječ o modernizaciji dionice 16,8 kilometara od Okučana do Novske i o rekonstrukciji željezničke stanice u Okučanima u dužini oko tri kilometra, sve skupa 85 posto o trošku EU-ovog pretpristupnog programa IPA, a 15 posto na račun RH.

Isto im je potvrdila i HŽ infrastruktura. 

"Ugovor o izvođenju radova na građevinskim i elektrotehničkim postrojenjima u sklopu projekta obnove i rekonstrukcije dionice pruge Okučani – Novska, sklopljen je s tvrtkom Salcef SpA., Italija. Vrijednost sklopljenog ugovora bila je 25.726.699,98 €."

"Ugovor o izvođenju radova na signalno sigurnosnim i telekomunikacijskim uređajima sklopljen je s tvrtkom Bombardier Transportation Italy S.P.A., Italija. Vrijednost sklopljenog ugovora bila je 8.566.800,00 €", bili su jasni oko toga tko je radio na poslovima signalizacije, na sigurnosnim i na telekomunikacijskim uređajima.

Dopredsjednik Sindikata strojovođa Dalibor Petrović rekao: "Mogu potvrditi da imamo čvrste… dokaze da signalizacija između kolodvora Okučani i mjesta udara putničkog u teretni vlak nije radila! Nije bila u funkciji i nikako nije mogla pružati informacije strojovođi. Prave informacije po kojima bi on sukladno propisanim procedurama donosio odluke o vožnji i prometu vlaka."

A inače, kad bi radila, bilo bi to automatski: "Između dva kolodvora promet se može odvijati prema automatskom pružnom bloku i u kolodvorskom razmaku koji znači da između dva kolodvora može biti samo jedan vlak."

Inače, gledajući nekoliko godina unazad, vijesti od rujna 2012. sve do 2014. opisuju vrlo živa događanja tijekom tog projekta. Prvo ona anegdota s tvrtkom Salcef SpA za koju je Novi list primijetio u prosincu 2013. da je naprosto otišla s gradilišta zato što im nije na vrijeme plaćeno nešto manje od pola milijuna eura. I na tome su ustrajali sve dok im ne plate.

U studenome 2012. Posavska Hrvatska objavila je članak u kojem kaže da je "Općina Okučani postala veliko gradilište", kao i to da: "Nadzor nad radovima obavlja njemački DB International za 1,56 milijuna eura, koji će raditi u konzorciju s hrvatskom Granovom."

Riječ je bila o konzorcijumu tada postojeće tvrtke Deutsche Bahn International GmbH i tvrtke Granova d.o.o. koji su nadzor obavljali, prema službenim podacima, za 1,812.481 eura. Dotična tvrtka, DB International, bila je tvrtka kći njemačkog državnog diva Deutsche Bahna (DB) koji godišnje ostvaruje desetke milijardi eura prihoda.

To je već drugi put u kratko vrijeme da RTL.hr nailazi na neku tvrtku kći DB-a na željezničkim poslovima u Hrvatskoj. Prethodni put bila je riječ o priči da je "Debeljakov DIV u 5 mjeseci objavio 0,67% vrijednosti najvećeg infrastrukturnog projekta u RH", odnosno na projektu Križevci-Dugo Selo, vrijednosti 1,5 milijardi kuna.

Tada su utvrdili da je Debeljakov DIV, premda bez ikakvog bitnijeg prethodnog iskustva sa željeznicama, svoj dio posla – koji će se se odugovlačiti da će ga pamtiti još nekoliko generacija u Hrvatskoj – dobio zato što se "pri dokazivanju tehničke sposobnosti oslonila na svojeg podizvoditelja, DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH".

Taj dio nove povijesti radova na željeznicama u Hrvatskoj postala je još zanimljivija kad smo na stranicama DB Bahnbau Gruppe pronašli da ta tvrtka kći DB-a posao na projektu Križevci-Dugo Selo, prolongiran da završi tek 2023., a očito je da neće biti gotov niti tada, napisala da je svoj dio posla završila još 2018. godine.

Na nekoliko upita upravi te kompanije, nisu im odgovorili ništa, da bi im iz HŽ-a kazali da su Nijemci svoje obavili "u mjeri u kojoj je to bilo moguće", ali kako DIV nije do kraja obavio svoje, niti DB-ova tvrtka nije dovršila posao.

U satima nakon velike prometne nesreće RTL je doznao kako se nešto čudno dogodilo sa signalizacijom na dijelu dionice od Novske do Okučana na kojoj se nesreća i dogodila. Sindikat strojovođa ustvrdio je da "signalizacija između kolodvora Okučani i mjesta sudara vlakova nije radila".Potom su saznali i kako se signalizacija na tom dijelu pruge u srijedu, kada je u promet pušten drugi kolosijek, pokvarila odmah po puštanju u rad. 

Provjerili su među službenom dokumentacijom HŽ-a i našli da se pruga doista obnavljala od 2012. do 2014., da je bila riječ o modernizaciji dionice 16,8 kilometara od Okučana do Novske i o rekonstrukciji željezničke stanice u Okučanima u dužini oko tri kilometra, sve skupa 85 posto o trošku EU-ovog pretpristupnog programa IPA, a 15 posto na račun RH....
