Rusko veleposlanstvo u Zagrebu reagiralo je na izjave koje je hrvatski ministar vanjskih i europskih poslova Gordan Grlić Radman prije nekoliko dana izgovorio o ruskom državnom vrhu i predsjedniku Vladimiru Putinu emisiji Hrvatskoj radija "A sada Vlada", prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Moskva je skrenula pozornost na izjave hrvatskog ministra upućene Rusiji i njezinom rukovodstvu, koje je on progovorio 23. ožujka 2022. u emisiji "A sada Vlada" na Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji. Uvredljiv jezik i neutemeljene optužbe šefa hrvatskog resora za vanjsku politiku na račun predsjednika Ruske Federacije su apsolutno neprihvatljive", navodi se u priopćenju objavljenom na internetskim stranicama veleposlanstva.

Također je, kako navode, posve nedopustivo kvalificirati kao "režim" legalno izabrane vlasti Ruske Federacije i javno govoriti o poželjnosti njihove smjene što skorije.

"Imajući to u vidu, ruska strana je izrazila snažan prosvjed Zagrebu. Ovakvo neodgovorno ponašanje predstavnika hrvatskog rukovodstva razara tkivo bilateralnih rusko-hrvatskih odnosa koji ove godine obilježavaju 30 godina. Pozvali smo Zagreb da nastavi s održavanjem izgleda kako bi se izbjegle negativne posljedice za međudržavne odnose Rusije i Hrvatske. Također smatramo potrebnim pridržavati se općeprihvaćenih pravila međunarodne komunikacije i diplomatskog bontona", stoji u kratkom priopćenju.

Kao što smo izvijestili na dan kada je emisija na Hrvatskom radiju emitirana, ministar Grlić Radman je izjavio da je ruski predsjednik Putin "ratni zločinac", a također se ponadao da "ruski autokratski režim" neće biti duga vijeka i ustvrdio da bi Hrvatska "znala uzvratiti" na ostvarivanje ruskih prijetnji.

On je tada, osvrćući se na istup ruskog veleposlanika u BiH Igora Karabuhova izjavio da njegove prijetnje ne smatra realnim. Grlić Radman je ocijenio da je riječ o obliku zastrašivanja, ali „ne vjeruje da veleposlanik govori u ime nečega što bi se stvarno moglo dogoditi“.

Karabuhov je upozorio da Moskva zadržava pravo reagirati na potencijalno članstvo BiH u NATO savezu i zapitao novinara: "Otkud vi znate da nemamo planove i protiv Hrvatske, Poljske, Bugarske kao članice NATO-a?“.

U malo izglednom scenariju ostvarivanja prijetnji, Hrvatska „bi znala uzvratiti“ sa svojim saveznicima, naglasio je Radman.

„Prijetnja veleposlanika nije prijetnja samo Hrvatskoj, nego i cijelom EU-u i kad bi se realizirala aktivirala bi članak 5.“ NATO saveza u kojem stoji da napad na jednu članicu predstavlja napad na cijeli savez, kazao je.

To bi bio povod za novu eskalaciju sukoba, što nikome nije u interesu i ja sam siguran da će se to izbjeći“ i pronaći načini pregovora s ruskim predsjednikom Vladimirom Putinom.

Radman je rekao da je Putin „već počinio ratne zločine, ali se u ratu mora pregovarati“. Putin „neće imati izbora jer nije ostvario ono što je želio - pokoriti Ukrajinu“.

Dva mjeseca nakon službenog posjeta Moskvi, gdje je ministar rekao da „dobri odnosi s Ukrajinom zaista ne isključuju dobre odnose s Rusijom“, Grlić Radman je kazao kako je tada mislio na ruski narod.

„Ne postoji znak jednakosti između režima i naroda. Narodi ostaju, politike se mijenjaju. Ja se nadam da ovaj autokratski režim neće imati dugi vijek“, naglasio je hrvatski šef diplomacije.

Grlić Radman je rekao kako je Europska unija imala dvotračni pristup prema Rusiji, sa sankcijama, ali i otvorenim diplomatskim kanalom s Moskvom, te da je niz europskih ministara posjećivao Rusiju uoči invazije kako bi se zalagali za deeskalaciju sukoba.

Šef diplomacije rekao je da je ukrajinski narod pokazao izuzetnu hrabrost i ljubav prema domovini, baš poput Hrvatske prije 30 godina.

„No mi tad nismo imali nikoga, bili smo sami, nismo imali oružje ni međunarodnu zajednicu“ iza sebe, rekao je, prenosi Jutarnji list.

Rusko veleposlanstvo u Zagrebu reagiralo je na izjave koje je hrvatski ministar vanjskih i europskih poslova Gordan Grlić Radman prije nekoliko dana izgovorio o ruskom državnom vrhu i predsjedniku Vladimiru Putinu emisiji Hrvatskoj radija "A sada Vlada", prenosi Jutarnji list.

"Moskva je skrenula pozornost na izjave hrvatskog ministra upućene Rusiji i njezinom rukovodstvu, koje je on progovorio 23. ožujka 2022. u emisiji "A sada Vlada" na Hrvatskoj radioteleviziji. Uvredljiv jezik i neutemeljene optužbe šefa hrvatskog resora za vanjsku politiku na račun predsjednika Ruske Federacije su apsolutno neprihvatljive", navodi se u priopćenju objavljenom na internetskim stranicama veleposlanstva.

Također je, kako navode, posve nedopustivo kvalificirati kao "režim" legalno izabrane vlasti Ruske Federacije i javno govoriti o poželjnosti njihove smjene što skorije.

"Imajući to u vidu, ruska strana je izrazila snažan prosvjed Zagrebu. Ovakvo neodgovorno ponašanje predstavnika hrvatskog rukovodstva razara tkivo bilateralnih rusko-hrvatskih odnosa koji ove godine obilježavaju 30 godina. Pozvali smo Zagreb da nastavi s održavanjem izgleda kako bi se izbjegle negativne posljedice za međudržavne odnose Rusije i Hrvatske. Također smatramo potrebnim pridržavati se općeprihvaćenih pravila međunarodne komunikacije i diplomatskog bontona", stoji u kratkom priopćenju.

Kao što smo izvijestili na dan kada je emisija na Hrvatskom radiju emitirana, ministar Grlić Radman je izjavio da je ruski predsjednik Putin "ratni zločinac", a također se ponadao da "ruski autokratski režim" neće biti duga vijeka i ustvrdio da bi Hrvatska "znala uzvratiti" na ostvarivanje ruskih prijetnji.

On je tada, osvrćući se na istup ruskog veleposlanika u BiH Igora Karabuhova izjavio da njegove prijetnje ne smatra realnim. Grlić Radman je ocijenio da je riječ o obliku zastrašivanja, ali „ne vjeruje da veleposlanik govori u ime nečega što bi se stvarno moglo dogoditi“.

Karabuhov je upozorio da Moskva zadržava pravo reagirati na potencijalno članstvo BiH u NATO savezu i zapitao novinara: "Otkud vi znate da nemamo planove i protiv Hrvatske, Poljske, Bugarske kao članice NATO-a?“.

U malo izglednom scenariju ostvarivanja prijetnji, Hrvatska „bi znala uzvratiti“ sa svojim saveznicima, naglasio je Radman.

„Prijetnja veleposlanika nije prijetnja samo Hrvatskoj, nego i cijelom EU-u i kad bi se realizirala aktivirala bi članak 5.“ NATO saveza u kojem stoji da napad na jednu članicu predstavlja napad na cijeli savez, kazao je.

To bi bio povod za novu eskalaciju sukoba, što nikome nije u interesu i ja sam siguran da će se to izbjeći“ i pronaći načini pregovora s ruskim predsjednikom Vladimirom Putinom.

Radman je rekao da je Putin „već počinio ratne zločine, ali se u ratu mora pregovarati“. Putin „neće imati izbora jer nije ostvario ono što je želio - pokoriti Ukrajinu“.

Dva mjeseca nakon službenog posjeta Moskvi, gdje je ministar rekao da „dobri odnosi s Ukrajinom zaista ne isključuju dobre odnose s Rusijom“, Grlić Radman je kazao kako je tada mislio na ruski narod.

„Ne postoji znak jednakosti između režima i naroda. Narodi ostaju, politike se mijenjaju. Ja se nadam da ovaj autokratski režim neće imati dugi vijek“, naglasio je hrvatski šef diplomacije.

Grlić Radman je rekao kako je Europska unija imala dvotračni pristup prema Rusiji, sa sankcijama, ali i otvorenim diplomatskim kanalom s Moskvom, te da je niz europskih ministara posjećivao Rusiju uoči invazije kako bi se zalagali za deeskalaciju sukoba.

Šef diplomacije rekao je da je ukrajinski narod pokazao izuzetnu hrabrost i ljubav prema domovini, baš poput Hrvatske prije 30 godina.

„No mi tad nismo imali nikoga, bili smo sami, nismo imali oružje ni međunarodnu zajednicu“ iza sebe, rekao je, prenosi Jutarnji list.
