HALMED-u je prijavljena nestašica lijeka Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg nakon što se u travnju ove godine povuklo pet serija lijeka radi utvrđene neispravnosti u kakvoći, a opskrba tržišta lijekom normalizirat će se nakon provedbe potrebnih mjera, izvijestio je HALMED.
Očekuje se da će nestašica lijeka Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg tablete trajati do 31. listopada.
U travnju ove godine povučeno je pet serija lijeka Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg nakon čega nije provedeno dodatno povlačenje, suprotno napisima u pojedinim medijima, ističe se u priopćenju.
"Predmetno povlačenje iz travnja ove godine provedeno je zbog utvrđene neispravnosti u kakvoći pojedinih serija ovog lijeka koja se odnosila na povišenu razinu nitrozaminskih onečišćenja u lijeku u odnosu na prihvatljive razine unosa propisane u Europskoj uniji", priopćili su iz HALMED-a.
Navedenom neispravnošću u kakvoći nisu bile zahvaćene sve serije ovog lijeka, stoga su određene količine lijeka i dalje bile dostupne na tržištu no budući da su predmetne zalihe sada utrošene, HALMED-u je prijavljena nestašica lijeka.
Propranolol Sandoz se koristi za liječenje povišenog krvnog tlaka, angine pektoris, stanja nakon srčanog infarkta i migrene.
Na tržištu RH nije dostupan drugi lijek istog sastava lijeku Propanolol Sandoz 40 mg te ne postoji drugi lijek koji je odobren za iste indikacije no putem postupka izvanrednog unosa temeljem liječničkog recepta moguće je iz drugih država članica Europske unije nabaviti istovrijedne lijekove s djelatnom tvari propranolol drugih proizvođača.
Također, na hrvatskom tržištu dostupni su drugi lijekovi iz iste terapijske skupine beta-blokatora koji se mogu primjenjivati za ista stanja kao i lijek Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg tablete u skladu s uputom liječnika.
HALMED poziva pacijente da se obrate svome liječniku ili ljekarniku u slučaju bilo kakvih pitanja u vezi s trenutačnom terapijom.

HALMED-u je prijavljena nestašica lijeka Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg nakon što se u travnju ove godine povuklo pet serija lijeka radi utvrđene neispravnosti u kakvoći, a opskrba tržišta lijekom normalizirat će se nakon provedbe potrebnih mjera, izvijestio je HALMED.
Očekuje se da će nestašica lijeka Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg tablete trajati do 31. listopada.
U travnju ove godine povučeno je pet serija lijeka Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg nakon čega nije provedeno dodatno povlačenje, suprotno napisima u pojedinim medijima, ističe se u priopćenju.
"Predmetno povlačenje iz travnja ove godine provedeno je zbog utvrđene neispravnosti u kakvoći pojedinih serija ovog lijeka koja se odnosila na povišenu razinu nitrozaminskih onečišćenja u lijeku u odnosu na prihvatljive razine unosa propisane u Europskoj uniji", priopćili su iz HALMED-a.
Navedenom neispravnošću u kakvoći nisu bile zahvaćene sve serije ovog lijeka, stoga su određene količine lijeka i dalje bile dostupne na tržištu no budući da su predmetne zalihe sada utrošene, HALMED-u je prijavljena nestašica lijeka.
Propranolol Sandoz se koristi za liječenje povišenog krvnog tlaka, angine pektoris, stanja nakon srčanog infarkta i migrene.
Na tržištu RH nije dostupan drugi lijek istog sastava lijeku Propanolol Sandoz 40 mg te ne postoji drugi lijek koji je odobren za iste indikacije no putem postupka izvanrednog unosa temeljem liječničkog recepta moguće je iz drugih država članica Europske unije nabaviti istovrijedne lijekove s djelatnom tvari propranolol drugih proizvođača.
Također, na hrvatskom tržištu dostupni su drugi lijekovi iz iste terapijske skupine beta-blokatora koji se mogu primjenjivati za ista stanja kao i lijek Propranolol Sandoz 40 mg tablete u skladu s uputom liječnika.
HALMED poziva pacijente da se obrate svome liječniku ili ljekarniku u slučaju bilo kakvih pitanja u vezi s trenutačnom terapijom.
