Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa utvrdilo je u petak da je bivši ministar Goran Marić doveo u pitanje vlastitu vjerodostojnost i povjerenje građana u svoju nepristranost kada je s tvrtkom u kojoj je direktor njegov prijatelj, potpisao ugovor o prodaji nekretnine.
Riječ je o vili u kojoj je bio smješten ured bivšeg predsjednika Stjepana Mesića, a koju je Ministarstvo državne imovine temeljem natječaja, kao najboljem ponuditelju, prodalo za 5,5 milijuna kuna tvrtki Sjajna svjetlost, čiji je direktor ministrov prijatelj Zvonko Šarić.
Povreda u postupku je kod Marića utvrđena jer je propustio zaštiti percepciju u javnosti da je bio nepristran, iako je sam postupak prodaje nekretnine, uključujući i ponovljeni natječaj, proveden transparentno i prema zakonu, rekla je na sjednici Povjerenstva izvjestiteljica Tatjana Vučetić.
Smatra da se Marić trebao izuzeti iz donošenja odluke o izboru najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja i prodaji vile u Zagrebu te potpisivanja ugovora o prodaji.
Marić je u očitovanju potvrdio da je Šarić njegov dugogodišnji prijatelj, ali je odbacio tvrdnje da je s njim u poslovnom odnosu zato što je od njegove tvrtke kupio dva apartmana.
Za stav Povjerenstva po kojem je trebao znati da je direktor s kojim je potpisao ugovor, njegov dugogodišnji prijatelj, Marić je upitao zašto bi ministra trebalo zanimati tko je vlasnik tvrtke koja je dobila na natječaju, ako je cijena bila jedini kriterij.
Vučetić je zaključila da Marić nije povrijedio članak koji propisuje zabranjena djelovanja, ali da je prekršio načela djelovanja, i da u odnosu na Šarića nije mogao biti nepristran zbog prijateljskih veza, čime je, zaključila je, povrijedio članak 5, za što nije propisana sankcija.
Da bivši ministar nije povrijedio načela smatraju članice Aleksandra Jozić - Ileković i Tončica Božić koja je zaključila da je to što je ministar potpisao ugovor, krajnja formalnost.
Vučetić je zaključila da načela ne propisuju sankcije već donose upute kako se dužnosnici trebaju ponašati, kada su možda napravili sve kako treba, ali nisu vodili računa o percepciji javnosti i tome da se njihovo ponašanje može smatrati subjektivnim, čime zapravo nanose štetu najviše sebi.
Predsjednicu Fonda za obnovu i razvoj Grada Vukovara Ljiljanu Blažević Povjerenstvo je kaznilo s 6000 kuna, jer je istovremeno, uz svoju dužnost, obnašala i funkciju članice Nadzornog odbora tvrtke Luka Vukovar što nije smjela, a za što je dvije i pol godine primala mjesečnu naknadu od 2000 kuna. Pozvali su je da hitno razriješi situaciju u kojoj se nalazi.
Postupak je pokrenut protiv bivšeg ministra Marka Pavića koji je prijavljen jer je, po pisanju Telegrama, kao ministar regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU na parfeme i vina potrošio oko 7000 kuna nakon čega je tražio refundaciju od ministarstva, a vratio ju je nakon što su mediji o tome objavili priču. Njega glasnogovornica rekla je tada da se radilo o protokolarnim obvezama.
Postupak nije pokrenut protiv guvernera HNB-a Borisa Vujčića koji je u vrijeme afere Agrokor bio prijavljen, kako je navedeno u prijavi, da je "organizirao sastanak s američkim lešinarskim fondom Knighthead", i da je to "skrivao od javnosti" dok u svojoj knjizi to nije spomenula bivša ministrica Martina Dalić.
Iz HNB-a su u očitovanju odgovorili da je svrha sastanaka od strane guvernera bila upoznavanje s namjerama fonda kao predstavnika jednog od vjerovnika i kao potencijalnog novog financijera.
Povjerenstvo je utvrdilo da se Vujčić sudjelovanjem na tim sastancima, nije ogriješio o zakon.
Postupak nije pokrenut ni protiv zagrebačkog gradonačelnika Milana Bandića koji je prijavljen zbog Mercedesa proizvedenog 1955.
Bandić je u imovinskoj kartici naveo Mercedes i njegovu cijenu od 10.500 kuna dok je autor prijave izrazio sumnju da se vrlo vjerojatno radi o Mercedesu 300 SL čija vrijednost može biti nekoliko milijuna eura s obzirom da je riječ o kolekcionarskom primjerku.
U postupku temeljem postojećih podataka nije bilo moguće utvrditi je li doista riječ o oldtimeru kao ni njegovu vrijednost jer su iz Hrvatskog oldtimer saveza odgovorili da kod njih nije proveden postupak vrednovanja automobila, a osim starosti postoje i brojni drugi kriteriji.
Iz dokumentacije proizlazi da automobil nije u voznom stanju i da ga Bandić čuva u Grudama.

Povjerenstvo za odlučivanje o sukobu interesa utvrdilo je u petak da je bivši ministar Goran Marić doveo u pitanje vlastitu vjerodostojnost i povjerenje građana u svoju nepristranost kada je s tvrtkom u kojoj je direktor njegov prijatelj, potpisao ugovor o prodaji nekretnine.
Riječ je o vili u kojoj je bio smješten ured bivšeg predsjednika Stjepana Mesića, a koju je Ministarstvo državne imovine temeljem natječaja, kao najboljem ponuditelju, prodalo za 5,5 milijuna kuna tvrtki Sjajna svjetlost, čiji je direktor ministrov prijatelj Zvonko Šarić.
Povreda u postupku je kod Marića utvrđena jer je propustio zaštiti percepciju u javnosti da je bio nepristran, iako je sam postupak prodaje nekretnine, uključujući i ponovljeni natječaj, proveden transparentno i prema zakonu, rekla je na sjednici Povjerenstva izvjestiteljica Tatjana Vučetić.
Smatra da se Marić trebao izuzeti iz donošenja odluke o izboru najpovoljnijeg ponuditelja i prodaji vile u Zagrebu te potpisivanja ugovora o prodaji.
Marić je u očitovanju potvrdio da je Šarić njegov dugogodišnji prijatelj, ali je odbacio tvrdnje da je s njim u poslovnom odnosu zato što je od njegove tvrtke kupio dva apartmana.
Za stav Povjerenstva po kojem je trebao znati da je direktor s kojim je potpisao ugovor, njegov dugogodišnji prijatelj, Marić je upitao zašto bi ministra trebalo zanimati tko je vlasnik tvrtke koja je dobila na natječaju, ako je cijena bila jedini kriterij.
Vučetić je zaključila da Marić nije povrijedio članak koji propisuje zabranjena djelovanja, ali da je prekršio načela djelovanja, i da u odnosu na Šarića nije mogao biti nepristran zbog prijateljskih veza, čime je, zaključila je, povrijedio članak 5, za što nije propisana sankcija.
Da bivši ministar nije povrijedio načela smatraju članice Aleksandra Jozić - Ileković i Tončica Božić koja je zaključila da je to što je ministar potpisao ugovor, krajnja formalnost.
Vučetić je zaključila da načela ne propisuju sankcije već donose upute kako se dužnosnici trebaju ponašati, kada su možda napravili sve kako treba, ali nisu vodili računa o percepciji javnosti i tome da se njihovo ponašanje može smatrati subjektivnim, čime zapravo nanose štetu najviše sebi.
Predsjednicu Fonda za obnovu i razvoj Grada Vukovara Ljiljanu Blažević Povjerenstvo je kaznilo s 6000 kuna, jer je istovremeno, uz svoju dužnost, obnašala i funkciju članice Nadzornog odbora tvrtke Luka Vukovar što nije smjela, a za što je dvije i pol godine primala mjesečnu naknadu od 2000 kuna. Pozvali su je da hitno razriješi situaciju u kojoj se nalazi.
Postupak je pokrenut protiv bivšeg ministra Marka Pavića koji je prijavljen jer je, po pisanju Telegrama, kao ministar regionalnog razvoja i fondova EU na parfeme i vina potrošio oko 7000 kuna nakon čega je tražio refundaciju od ministarstva, a vratio ju je nakon što su mediji o tome objavili priču. Njega glasnogovornica rekla je tada da se radilo o protokolarnim obvezama.
Postupak nije pokrenut protiv guvernera HNB-a Borisa Vujčića koji je u vrijeme afere Agrokor bio prijavljen, kako je navedeno u prijavi, da je "organizirao sastanak s američkim lešinarskim fondom Knighthead", i da je to "skrivao od javnosti" dok u svojoj knjizi to nije spomenula bivša ministrica Martina Dalić.
Iz HNB-a su u očitovanju odgovorili da je svrha sastanaka od strane guvernera bila upoznavanje s namjerama fonda kao predstavnika jednog od vjerovnika i kao potencijalnog novog financijera.
Povjerenstvo je utvrdilo da se Vujčić sudjelovanjem na tim sastancima, nije ogriješio o zakon.
Postupak nije pokrenut ni protiv zagrebačkog gradonačelnika Milana Bandića koji je prijavljen zbog Mercedesa proizvedenog 1955.
Bandić je u imovinskoj kartici naveo Mercedes i njegovu cijenu od 10.500 kuna dok je autor prijave izrazio sumnju da se vrlo vjerojatno radi o Mercedesu 300 SL čija vrijednost može biti nekoliko milijuna eura s obzirom da je riječ o kolekcionarskom primjerku.
U postupku temeljem postojećih podataka nije bilo moguće utvrditi je li doista riječ o oldtimeru kao ni njegovu vrijednost jer su iz Hrvatskog oldtimer saveza odgovorili da kod njih nije proveden postupak vrednovanja automobila, a osim starosti postoje i brojni drugi kriteriji.
Iz dokumentacije proizlazi da automobil nije u voznom stanju i da ga Bandić čuva u Grudama.
