Premijer Andrej Plenković u ponedjeljak je najavio osnovne korake idućeg kruga porezne reforme, rekavši kako njime vlada pruža šansu jedinicama lokalne samouprave i potiče ih da pridonesu poreznom rasterećenju građana, čime bi im mogle rasti plaće.

Plenković je nakon sjednice predsjedništva HDZ-a najavio da će poreznu reformu predstaviti idući tjedan, no otkrio je neka njezina rješenja i zamisli, istaknuvši da jedinice lokane samouprave neće biti financijski oštećene.

"Da otklonimo teze u eteru da se nešto uzima jedinicama lokalne samouprave. Ništa se ne uzima, obrnuto. Mi smo vlada koja od prvog dana radi na fiskalnoj decentralizaciji i povećanju prihoda  jedinica lokalne i područne samouprave", ustvrdio je Plenković.

"Način da se povećaju plaće ići će tako da će država preuzeti dio kod određenog kruga ljudi s određenim maksimumom prihoda, otprilike do 1500 eura uplate u dio mirovinskog doprinosa i time će automatski ostati više njima u tzv. bruto 1 plaći. Drugo je da se poveća osobni odbitak i treće, ukidanje prireza, dakle prirez bi se ukinuo, a spojila bi se mogućnost autonomijom elegacijom prema jedinicama lokalne samouprave da dodaju ono što je nekad bio prirez na porez na dohodak", rekao je premijer.

"Dakle", kako je dodao, "imamo dvije stope poreza na dohodak; jedna je od 20 posto, prag je otprilike 3700 eura, a druga je od 30 posto", rekao je i pojasnio:

"U onoj jedinici gdje je sama jedinica odredila prirez da bude 10 posto, to je 10 posto na porez na dohodak. Dakle, 20 posto plus 10 posto je recimo 22 porez na dohodak".

Dodao je da je vlada uočila suficit prihoda lokalne i područne samouprave te da sada planira povećanje plaća ondje gdje država uplaćuje umjesto zaposlenika dio za mirovinsko osiguranje.

"Drugo, povećanjem osobnog odbitka još jednom krugu ljudi ostaje više novca za plaću i treće, dajemo mogućnost čelnicima lokalne samouprave da, ako vide da im je volumen, dakle ukupna masa prihoda toliko velika, da možda nešto što je bilo 10 prirez ne mora više biti 20 plus tih 10 na 20-22, nego može biti 21 i onda će oni imati mogućnost da dodatno povećaju plaću ljudima koji žive kod njih", objasnio je Plenković.

Dodao je kako vlada tako "stvara konkurenciju među jedinicama lokalne samouprave da svojim mjerama, sukladno onome što imaju kao prihode od poreza na dohodak i prireza, eventualno smanje i omogući da ljudi imaju veću plaću".

Najavio je i da će ovaj tjedan na vladi biti i rebalans proračuna, koji će biti izglasan u lipnju.

Prognoze EK-a dobre, vladine realnije

Ocijenio da su najnovije prognoze Europske komisije za Hrvatsku dobre te da procjenjuju veći rast nego prije.

Hrvatska je među članicama EU-a koje će prema mišljenju EK-a imati najveći rast, rekao je Plenković.

Dodao je kako su vladine prognoze još preciznije.

"Vide da apsorpcija sredstava NPOO-a ide brzo i dinamično, što će sigurno koristiti za daljnji gospodarski rast. Uvjeren sam da će efekti Schengena i euro područja tijekom ove turističke sezone donijeti velik korak naprijed, i u prihodima i u noćenjima‘, rekao je.

Europska komisija je u ponedjeljak povećala procjene rasta hrvatskog gospodarstva u ovoj godini na 1,6 posto, a sljedeće na 2,3 posto, dok bi inflacija ove godine trebala pasti na 6,9 posto, a sljedeće na 2,2 posto.

U prethodnim, zimskim ekonomskim prognozama, Komisija je očekivala da će hrvatsko gospodarstvo ove godine porasti 1,2 posto, a sljedeće 1,9 posto.

Procjene rasta BDP-a Europske komisije manje su od prognoza hrvatske Vlade, koja je krajem travnja povećala procjenu za 1,5 posto, s 0,7 posto na 2,2 posto, za ovu godinu, a na 2,6 posto za sljedeću.

Premijer Andrej Plenković u ponedjeljak je najavio osnovne korake idućeg kruga porezne reforme, rekavši kako njime vlada pruža šansu jedinicama lokalne samouprave i potiče ih da pridonesu poreznom rasterećenju građana, čime bi im mogle rasti plaće.

Plenković je nakon sjednice predsjedništva HDZ-a najavio da će poreznu reformu predstaviti idući tjedan, no otkrio je neka njezina rješenja i zamisli, istaknuvši da jedinice lokane samouprave neće biti financijski oštećene.

"Da otklonimo teze u eteru da se nešto uzima jedinicama lokalne samouprave. Ništa se ne uzima, obrnuto. Mi smo vlada koja od prvog dana radi na fiskalnoj decentralizaciji i povećanju prihoda  jedinica lokalne i područne samouprave", ustvrdio je Plenković.

"Način da se povećaju plaće ići će tako da će država preuzeti dio kod određenog kruga ljudi s određenim maksimumom prihoda, otprilike do 1500 eura uplate u dio mirovinskog doprinosa i time će automatski ostati više njima u tzv. bruto 1 plaći. Drugo je da se poveća osobni odbitak i treće, ukidanje prireza, dakle prirez bi se ukinuo, a spojila bi se mogućnost autonomijom elegacijom prema jedinicama lokalne samouprave da dodaju ono što je nekad bio prirez na porez na dohodak", rekao je premijer.

"Dakle", kako je dodao, "imamo dvije stope poreza na dohodak; jedna je od 20 posto, prag je otprilike 3700 eura, a druga je od 30 posto", rekao je i pojasnio:

"U onoj jedinici gdje je sama jedinica odredila prirez da bude 10 posto, to je 10 posto na porez na dohodak. Dakle, 20 posto plus 10 posto je recimo 22 porez na dohodak".

Dodao je da je vlada uočila suficit prihoda lokalne i područne samouprave te da sada planira povećanje plaća ondje gdje država uplaćuje umjesto zaposlenika dio za mirovinsko osiguranje.

"Drugo, povećanjem osobnog odbitka još jednom krugu ljudi ostaje više novca za plaću i treće, dajemo mogućnost čelnicima lokalne samouprave da, ako vide da im je volumen, dakle ukupna masa prihoda toliko velika, da možda nešto što je bilo 10 prirez ne mora više biti 20 plus tih 10 na 20-22, nego može biti 21 i onda će oni imati mogućnost da dodatno povećaju plaću ljudima koji žive kod njih", objasnio je Plenković.

Dodao je kako vlada tako "stvara konkurenciju među jedinicama lokalne samouprave da svojim mjerama, sukladno onome što imaju kao prihode od poreza na dohodak i prireza, eventualno smanje i omogući da ljudi imaju veću plaću".

Najavio je i da će ovaj tjedan na vladi biti i rebalans proračuna, koji će biti izglasan u lipnju.

Prognoze EK-a dobre, vladine realnije

Ocijenio da su najnovije prognoze Europske komisije za Hrvatsku dobre te da procjenjuju veći rast nego prije.

Hrvatska je među članicama EU-a koje će prema mišljenju EK-a imati najveći rast, rekao je Plenković.

Dodao je kako su vladine prognoze još preciznije.

"Vide da apsorpcija sredstava NPOO-a ide brzo i dinamično, što će sigurno koristiti za daljnji gospodarski rast. Uvjeren sam da će efekti Schengena i euro područja tijekom ove turističke sezone donijeti velik korak naprijed, i u prihodima i u noćenjima‘, rekao je.

Europska komisija je u ponedjeljak povećala procjene rasta hrvatskog gospodarstva u ovoj godini na 1,6 posto, a sljedeće na 2,3 posto, dok bi inflacija ove godine trebala pasti na 6,9 posto, a sljedeće na 2,2 posto.

U prethodnim, zimskim ekonomskim prognozama, Komisija je očekivala da će hrvatsko gospodarstvo ove godine porasti 1,2 posto, a sljedeće 1,9 posto.

Procjene rasta BDP-a Europske komisije manje su od prognoza hrvatske Vlade, koja je krajem travnja povećala procjenu za 1,5 posto, s 0,7 posto na 2,2 posto, za ovu godinu, a na 2,6 posto za sljedeću.

Premijer Andrej Plenković u ponedjeljak je najavio osnovne korake idućeg kruga porezne reforme, rekavši kako njime vlada pruža šansu jedinicama lokalne samouprave i potiče ih da pridonesu poreznom rasterećenju građana, čime bi im mogle rasti plaće.

Plenković je nakon sjednice predsjedništva HDZ-a najavio da će poreznu reformu predstaviti idući tjedan, no otkrio je neka njezina rješenja i zamisli, istaknuvši da jedinice lokane samouprave neće biti financijski oštećene.

"Da otklonimo teze u eteru da se nešto uzima jedinicama lokalne samouprave. Ništa se ne uzima, obrnuto. Mi smo vlada koja od prvog dana radi na fiskalnoj decentralizaciji i povećanju prihoda  jedinica lokalne i područne samouprave", ustvrdio je Plenković.
