Novi sukob nastao je unutar Hrvatskog generalskog zbora, udruge koja okuplja generale i visoke vojne časnike iz Domovinskog rata.

Nakon što su se prije točno godinu dana razišli zbog zamolbe koju je dio članova na čelu s generalima Antom Gotovinom i Ivanom Čermakom uputio predsjedniku Zoranu Milanoviću za pomilovanje bivših dužnosnika sigurnosno-obavještajnih agencija Josipa Perkovića i Zdravka Mustača, osuđenih zbog likvidacije Stjepana Đurekovića u Njemačkoj, sada se pojavio novi kamen razdora.

Sporan je, po onome što je potpisala grupa od 12 generala predvođenih Ivanom Toljem, susret koji je upriličen u Islamskoj zajednici u Zagrebu zajedno s članovima Udruženja generala BiH. Na njega su ispred HGZ-a otišli predsjednik Marinko Krešić, potpredsjednik Mladen Kruljac, član Upravnog odbora Frane Tomičić i pukovnik Marko Lukić. Sve je, piše, organizirao predsjednik Mešihata IZ-a muftija Aziz ef. Hasanović.

Potpisnicima je u toj prilici zasmetalo puno toga, a ponajviše termin održavanja susreta uoči Dana državnosti RH te, pogotovo, tko se našao s druge strane.

- U njihovoj delegaciji nije bilo ni jednoga Hrvata ni Srbina (BiH je država triju konstitutivnih naroda) pa prema tome to nije bila delegacija Udruženja generala BiH. Bili su to isključivo Bošnjaci, umirovljeni generali Armije BiH, i bilo bi pošteno da svoju udrugu tako i nazivaju, Udruga Armije BIH, ili pak neka bošnjačka, veteranska udruga ili kako god hoće. Eto ih tamo i nije na nama da se u to miješamo. pišu potpisnici.

- U takvim okolnostima posve je vjerojatno da su tamo u Islamskom centru pod tepih ili ćilim stavljeni svi problemi i neriješena pitanja na koja čekamo odgovor već trideset godina. Tko je od muslimanske strane počinio monstruozne zločine diljem područja u BiH koje su nastavali Hrvati? Tko je naredio i počinio zločine u Bugojnu, Stipića livadi, Križančevu Selu, Grabovici, Trusini, Bikosi, Uzdolu, Miletićima, Dusini i ostalim mnogim mjestima? Znaju li generali Armije BiH za 331 logor u kojima su bili zatočeni i mučeni Hrvati? - također se pitaju.

S druge strane, izdvajaju ime generala Džemala Merdana i navode da se njemu na druženju trebalo postaviti određena pitanja i ovisno o njegovim odgovorima “ostati ili napustiti ovo ‘idilično’ druženje”.

’Na redu je Beograd’

- Je li točno da je kao oficir JNA sudjelovao u agresiji na Hrvatsku? Je li točno da je kao zamjenik zapovjednika trećega korpusa osam mjeseci držao u okruženju Lašvansku dolinu? Je li točno da je 22. prosinca 1993. izdao naredbu “Krvavi Badnjak”? Je li točno da je u toj naredbi, između ostalog, naređeno da treba “uništiti svu živu silu, uključivo žene, djecu i starce na prostoru Novog Travnika, Nove Bile, Viteza, Busovače… U tu svrhu koristiti sva raspoloživa sredstva, uključujući kemijska sredstva i sve dobrovoljce iz islamskih zemalja (mudžahedine) u slavu uzvišenog Alaha.”

Navedimo samo Križančevo Selo, u kojem je na okrutan način ubijeno 64 Hrvata - ne skrivaju svoje ogorčenje nezadovoljni članovi HGZ-a, pitajući se na kraju koje je sljedeće generalsko druženje na redu.

- Kome će “na noge” neki naši generali? S kim, kada i gdje? Sv. Gera se već dogodila, Sarajevo u Zagrebu se dogodilo. Slijede li “specijalne operacije” zvane Beograd ili Banja Luka? - poručuju Tolj, Andrija Hebrang, Žarko Tole, Ante Jelavić... S njima je sada i Ljubo Ćesić Rojs, koji je bio potpisnik zahtjeva za pomilovanje Perkovića i Mustača.

Kontaktirali smo predsjednika HGZ-a Marinka Krešića i upitali ga za komentar ovog pisma.

- Ne bih – rekao nam je – ništa posebno govorio. Mi imamo svoj program rada kao udruga i strogo ga se pridržavamo. Zato se ne bih posebno obazirao na istupe pojedinaca, odnosno što je tko rekao.

Krešić je ipak pojasnio da susret, odnosno sastanak kako ga on naziva, nije iniciran od HGZ-a, već osobno muftije Hasanovića, koji je pozvao goste iz Sarajeva. Rekao je da je to sa strane HGZ-a bio čin zahvalnosti Hasanoviću za njegovu potporu hrvatskim vojnicima u misijama u Iraku, Iranu i općenito islamskim zemljama, kao i doprinos koji daje kao predavač na Vojnom učilištu.

’Rojs nije bio protiv’

Također kaže da je Upravni odbor HGZ-a prethodno donio odluku da se ide u IZ i da se Ćesić i Galić nisu usprotivili, ali i da nisu znali tko će se sve naći s druge strane stola. Krešić nam je ustupio i fotografiju sa spornog druženja generala Armije BiH, HV-a i HVO-a.

- Ja sam za to da se razgovara sa svima. A što se tiče tog jednog spornog gospodina (Džemala Merdana, op. Z.Š.), nedavno je okončan proces za zločin nad Hrvatima u Križančevom selu i on nije bio na popisu od 100 svjedoka. To vam puno govori – zaključio je Krešić.

Novi sukob nastao je unutar Hrvatskog generalskog zbora, udruge koja okuplja generale i visoke vojne časnike iz Domovinskog rata.

Nakon što su se prije točno godinu dana razišli zbog zamolbe koju je dio članova na čelu s generalima Antom Gotovinom i Ivanom Čermakom uputio predsjedniku Zoranu Milanoviću za pomilovanje bivših dužnosnika sigurnosno-obavještajnih agencija Josipa Perkovića i Zdravka Mustača, osuđenih zbog likvidacije Stjepana Đurekovića u Njemačkoj, sada se pojavio novi kamen razdora.

Sporan je, po onome što je potpisala grupa od 12 generala predvođenih Ivanom Toljem, susret koji je upriličen u Islamskoj zajednici u Zagrebu zajedno s članovima Udruženja generala BiH. Na njega su ispred HGZ-a otišli predsjednik Marinko Krešić, potpredsjednik Mladen Kruljac, član Upravnog odbora Frane Tomičić i pukovnik Marko Lukić. Sve je, piše, organizirao predsjednik Mešihata IZ-a muftija Aziz ef. Hasanović.

Potpisnicima je u toj prilici zasmetalo puno toga, a ponajviše termin održavanja susreta uoči Dana državnosti RH te, pogotovo, tko se našao s druge strane.

- U njihovoj delegaciji nije bilo ni jednoga Hrvata ni Srbina (BiH je država triju konstitutivnih naroda) pa prema tome to nije bila delegacija Udruženja generala BiH. Bili su to isključivo Bošnjaci, umirovljeni generali Armije BiH, i bilo bi pošteno da svoju udrugu tako i nazivaju, Udruga Armije BIH, ili pak neka bošnjačka, veteranska udruga ili kako god hoće. Eto ih tamo i nije na nama da se u to miješamo. pišu potpisnici.

- U takvim okolnostima posve je vjerojatno da su tamo u Islamskom centru pod tepih ili ćilim stavljeni svi problemi i neriješena pitanja na koja čekamo odgovor već trideset godina. Tko je od muslimanske strane počinio monstruozne zločine diljem područja u BiH koje su nastavali Hrvati? Tko je naredio i počinio zločine u Bugojnu, Stipića livadi, Križančevu Selu, Grabovici, Trusini, Bikosi, Uzdolu, Miletićima, Dusini i ostalim mnogim mjestima? Znaju li generali Armije BiH za 331 logor u kojima su bili zatočeni i mučeni Hrvati? - također se pitaju.

S druge strane, izdvajaju ime generala Džemala Merdana i navode da se njemu na druženju trebalo postaviti određena pitanja i ovisno o njegovim odgovorima “ostati ili napustiti ovo ‘idilično’ druženje”.

’Na redu je Beograd’

- Je li točno da je kao oficir JNA sudjelovao u agresiji na Hrvatsku? Je li točno da je kao zamjenik zapovjednika trećega korpusa osam mjeseci držao u okruženju Lašvansku dolinu? Je li točno da je 22. prosinca 1993. izdao naredbu “Krvavi Badnjak”? Je li točno da je u toj naredbi, između ostalog, naređeno da treba “uništiti svu živu silu, uključivo žene, djecu i starce na prostoru Novog Travnika, Nove Bile, Viteza, Busovače… U tu svrhu koristiti sva raspoloživa sredstva, uključujući kemijska sredstva i sve dobrovoljce iz islamskih zemalja (mudžahedine) u slavu uzvišenog Alaha.”

Navedimo samo Križančevo Selo, u kojem je na okrutan način ubijeno 64 Hrvata - ne skrivaju svoje ogorčenje nezadovoljni članovi HGZ-a, pitajući se na kraju koje je sljedeće generalsko druženje na redu.

- Kome će “na noge” neki naši generali? S kim, kada i gdje? Sv. Gera se već dogodila, Sarajevo u Zagrebu se dogodilo. Slijede li “specijalne operacije” zvane Beograd ili Banja Luka? - poručuju Tolj, Andrija Hebrang, Žarko Tole, Ante Jelavić... S njima je sada i Ljubo Ćesić Rojs, koji je bio potpisnik zahtjeva za pomilovanje Perkovića i Mustača.

Kontaktirali smo predsjednika HGZ-a Marinka Krešića i upitali ga za komentar ovog pisma.

- Ne bih – rekao nam je – ništa posebno govorio. Mi imamo svoj program rada kao udruga i strogo ga se pridržavamo. Zato se ne bih posebno obazirao na istupe pojedinaca, odnosno što je tko rekao.

Krešić je ipak pojasnio da susret, odnosno sastanak kako ga on naziva, nije iniciran od HGZ-a, već osobno muftije Hasanovića, koji je pozvao goste iz Sarajeva. Rekao je da je to sa strane HGZ-a bio čin zahvalnosti Hasanoviću za njegovu potporu hrvatskim vojnicima u misijama u Iraku, Iranu i općenito islamskim zemljama, kao i doprinos koji daje kao predavač na Vojnom učilištu.

’Rojs nije bio protiv’

Također kaže da je Upravni odbor HGZ-a prethodno donio odluku da se ide u IZ i da se Ćesić i Galić nisu usprotivili, ali i da nisu znali tko će se sve naći s druge strane stola. Krešić nam je ustupio i fotografiju sa spornog druženja generala Armije BiH, HV-a i HVO-a.

- Ja sam za to da se razgovara sa svima. A što se tiče tog jednog spornog gospodina (Džemala Merdana, op. Z.Š.), nedavno je okončan proces za zločin nad Hrvatima u Križančevom selu i on nije bio na popisu od 100 svjedoka. To vam puno govori – zaključio je Krešić.
