Pakračanin Karlo Kolar ima 23 godine, vezan je uz kolica i gotovo je potpuno nepokretan nakon što je zadobio teške tjelesne ozlijede u stravičnoj prometnoj nesreći koja se 17. srpnja 2022. dogodila u pakračkoj ulici Kneza Branimira, piše mojportal.
Nakon što je prva tri mjeseca poslije nesreće bio u induciranoj komi, uslijedio je period oporavka, ali rezultati u gotovo dvije godine nisu previše ohrabrujući. Karlo danas može samo djelomično pomicati prste i nadlakticu lijeve ruke te samo prste desne ruke, a minimalno može pomicati i podizati lijevu nogu.
Rješenje za njegov kakav takav oporavak i značajno poboljšanje funkcionalnosti ruku, nogu i cijeloga tijela postoji i nalazi se na Tajlandu, preciznije u Bangkoku. Zahtjevna operacija i 50-dnevna rehabilitacija koštaju oko 190 tisuća eura pa su stoga Kolarovi pokrenuli veliku humanitarnu akciju prikupljanja sredstava.

U planu je i liječenje i rehabilitacija regenerativnom metodom, odnosno specijalni tretmani matičnim stanicama koje bi povećale brzinu oporavka motoričkih i senzornih funkcija te bi pomogli u smanjenju neuropatskih boli. Ovaj tretman ima efekt samo ako se provodi unutar dvije godine od nastanka ozljeda pa zato Kolarovi nemaju puno vremena jer bi u tom slučaju operacija trebala biti obavljena najkasnije kroz dva mjeseca, odnosno početkom srpnja.
- Prije sam bio jako aktivan, volio sam sport, igrao sam nogomet u pakračkom Hajduku, izlazio sam, družio se, zabavljao kao i svi moji vršnjaci. Danas mi je teško, potpuno sam ovisan o pomoći drugih, prije svega majke i njenog bračnog druga Josipa. Teško mi je jer se ne mogu sam ni počešati, ne mogu samostalno jesti, piti, obavljati nuždu.
Ali ova operacija mi daje nadu prije svega jer sam na rehabilitaciji u Varaždinskim toplicama upoznao mladića iz Zadra koji je također imao jako teške ozlijede u prometnoj nesreći. On je bio na Tajlandu, obavio operaciju i rehabilitaciju i danas skoro normalno pomiče ruke, do te mjere da bez problema hvata loptu. Počeo je i hodati, ali je problem što su mu zbog preduge neaktivnosti atrofirali mišići pa sada vježba da ih ponovno izgradi. Moja želja je da nakon operacije mogu pomicati ruke i barem dio trupa, a bio bih presretan kada bi mogao pomicati na noge i stati na njih - skromno, tiho i samozatajno priča Karlo.

Prije nesreće Karlo je radio u jednoj lokalnoj tvrtki, a danas je u invalidskoj mirovini i mjesečno na ime mirovine i invalidnine prima 550 eura. Dok nije morala život posvetiti 24-satnoj brizi za Karla Sandra je također radila u lokalnoj tvrtki. Danas je nezaposlena i još uvijek nije ishodovala status roditelja njegovatelja.
Zbog zakonskih ograničenja po kojima humanitarnu akciju ne smije pokrenuti osoba sama za sebe niti nitko od bliže obitelji, akciju je službeno pokrenuo Sandrin bračni drug Josip.

Pakračanin Karlo Kolar ima 23 godine, vezan je uz kolica i gotovo je potpuno nepokretan nakon što je zadobio teške tjelesne ozlijede u stravičnoj prometnoj nesreći koja se 17. srpnja 2022. dogodila u pakračkoj ulici Kneza Branimira, piše mojportal.
Nakon što je prva tri mjeseca poslije nesreće bio u induciranoj komi, uslijedio je period oporavka, ali rezultati u gotovo dvije godine nisu previše ohrabrujući. Karlo danas može samo djelomično pomicati prste i nadlakticu lijeve ruke te samo prste desne ruke, a minimalno može pomicati i podizati lijevu nogu.
Rješenje za njegov kakav takav oporavak i značajno poboljšanje funkcionalnosti ruku, nogu i cijeloga tijela postoji i nalazi se na Tajlandu, preciznije u Bangkoku. Zahtjevna operacija i 50-dnevna rehabilitacija koštaju oko 190 tisuća eura pa su stoga Kolarovi pokrenuli veliku humanitarnu akciju prikupljanja sredstava.

U planu je i liječenje i rehabilitacija regenerativnom metodom, odnosno specijalni tretmani matičnim stanicama koje bi povećale brzinu oporavka motoričkih i senzornih funkcija te bi pomogli u smanjenju neuropatskih boli. Ovaj tretman ima efekt samo ako se provodi unutar dvije godine od nastanka ozljeda pa zato Kolarovi nemaju puno vremena jer bi u tom slučaju operacija trebala biti obavljena najkasnije kroz dva mjeseca, odnosno početkom srpnja.
- Prije sam bio jako aktivan, volio sam sport, igrao sam nogomet u pakračkom Hajduku, izlazio sam, družio se, zabavljao kao i svi moji vršnjaci. Danas mi je teško, potpuno sam ovisan o pomoći drugih, prije svega majke i njenog bračnog druga Josipa. Teško mi je jer se ne mogu sam ni počešati, ne mogu samostalno jesti, piti, obavljati nuždu.
Ali ova operacija mi daje nadu prije svega jer sam na rehabilitaciji u Varaždinskim toplicama upoznao mladića iz Zadra koji je također imao jako teške ozlijede u prometnoj nesreći. On je bio na Tajlandu, obavio operaciju i rehabilitaciju i danas skoro normalno pomiče ruke, do te mjere da bez problema hvata loptu. Počeo je i hodati, ali je problem što su mu zbog preduge neaktivnosti atrofirali mišići pa sada vježba da ih ponovno izgradi. Moja želja je da nakon operacije mogu pomicati ruke i barem dio trupa, a bio bih presretan kada bi mogao pomicati na noge i stati na njih - skromno, tiho i samozatajno priča Karlo.

Prije nesreće Karlo je radio u jednoj lokalnoj tvrtki, a danas je u invalidskoj mirovini i mjesečno na ime mirovine i invalidnine prima 550 eura. Dok nije morala život posvetiti 24-satnoj brizi za Karla Sandra je također radila u lokalnoj tvrtki. Danas je nezaposlena i još uvijek nije ishodovala status roditelja njegovatelja.
Zbog zakonskih ograničenja po kojima humanitarnu akciju ne smije pokrenuti osoba sama za sebe niti nitko od bliže obitelji, akciju je službeno pokrenuo Sandrin bračni drug Josip.
