Sukladno memorandumu koji su lani potpisale banke, Vlada i HNB, građani imaju još dva mjeseca da svoja skuplja prešutna prekoračenja na tekućim računima, zamijene povoljnijim dopuštenim prekoračenjima.

Koja je razlika između dva pojma i zašto bi bilo dobro ugovoriti dopušteno prekoračenje?

Kad na tekućem računu ostvarujete redovite priljeve, banka vam može na vaš zahtjev odobriti i ugovoriti okvirni kredit, odnosno dopušteno prekoračenje po računu (dopušteni minus po računu), piše tportal.

Ako vam je odobreno korištenje dopuštenog prekoračenja, vaš iznos raspoloživih sredstava se, uz vlastita sredstva, uvećava za iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja.

Iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja najčešće ovisi o visini redovitih primanja, a odobrava se bez dodatnih procedura i instrumenata osiguranja na temelju ugovora o tekućem računu sklopljenog u pisanom obliku.

Visina kamatne stope koja se plaća na njegovo korištenje u pravilu je među najvišim kamatnim stopama koje se primjenjuju na kredite odobrene potrošačima, pa se dopuštenim prekoračenjem ne bi trebalo koristiti kao dugoročnim izvorom financiranja potreba.

U slučaju neurednog poslovanja ili smanjenog priljeva sredstava na tekući račun, banka ima pravo smanjiti vam ili ukinuti iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja, ali vas o tome mora izvijestiti najmanje 30 dana prije dana efektivnog umanjenja ili ukidanja dopuštenog prekoračenja.

Prešutno (prihvaćeno) prekoračenje jest iznos novčanih sredstava koji vam je banka prešutno stavila na raspolaganje, a koji prelazi pozitivno stanje na računu, uključujući iznos ugovornog (dozvoljenog) prekoračenja.

Za razliku od dopuštenog prekoračenja, prešutno prekoračenje se ne odobrava na vaš zahtjev, već vam ga banka stavlja na raspolaganje po osnovi stalnih primanja. Proces odobravanja prešutnog prekoračenja ne podrazumijeva zasebnu ugovornu obvezu između klijenta i banke.

Uslijed sklapanja Memoranduma o razumijevanju u vezi prekoračenja po tekućem računu, koji su potpisali ministar financija, guverner Hrvatske narodne banke i predstavnici 13 banaka, u tijeku je zamjena odobrenih prešutnih prekoračenja dopuštenim prekoračenjima.

Prema Memorandumu, potrošači imaju rok do godinu dana da razmotre te ponude i ugovore prelazak na dopušteno prekoračenje. Većina je banaka odlučila da će u svojoj ponudi ubuduće imati samo dopuštena prekoračenja, a krajnji rok za prelazak na dopušteno prekoračenje je 30. lipnja ove godine.

Prelaskom na dopuštena prekoračenja, svim potrošačima će biti zajamčena niža cijena korištenja prekoračenja te kvalitetnije informiranje prilikom ugovaranja prekoračenja kao i postupna otplata duga u slučaju smanjenja ili ukidanja prekoračenja.

Sukladno memorandumu koji su lani potpisale banke, Vlada i HNB, građani imaju još dva mjeseca da svoja skuplja prešutna prekoračenja na tekućim računima, zamijene povoljnijim dopuštenim prekoračenjima.

Koja je razlika između dva pojma i zašto bi bilo dobro ugovoriti dopušteno prekoračenje?

Kad na tekućem računu ostvarujete redovite priljeve, banka vam može na vaš zahtjev odobriti i ugovoriti okvirni kredit, odnosno dopušteno prekoračenje po računu (dopušteni minus po računu), piše tportal.

Ako vam je odobreno korištenje dopuštenog prekoračenja, vaš iznos raspoloživih sredstava se, uz vlastita sredstva, uvećava za iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja.

Iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja najčešće ovisi o visini redovitih primanja, a odobrava se bez dodatnih procedura i instrumenata osiguranja na temelju ugovora o tekućem računu sklopljenog u pisanom obliku.

Visina kamatne stope koja se plaća na njegovo korištenje u pravilu je među najvišim kamatnim stopama koje se primjenjuju na kredite odobrene potrošačima, pa se dopuštenim prekoračenjem ne bi trebalo koristiti kao dugoročnim izvorom financiranja potreba.

U slučaju neurednog poslovanja ili smanjenog priljeva sredstava na tekući račun, banka ima pravo smanjiti vam ili ukinuti iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja, ali vas o tome mora izvijestiti najmanje 30 dana prije dana efektivnog umanjenja ili ukidanja dopuštenog prekoračenja.

Prešutno (prihvaćeno) prekoračenje jest iznos novčanih sredstava koji vam je banka prešutno stavila na raspolaganje, a koji prelazi pozitivno stanje na računu, uključujući iznos ugovornog (dozvoljenog) prekoračenja.

Za razliku od dopuštenog prekoračenja, prešutno prekoračenje se ne odobrava na vaš zahtjev, već vam ga banka stavlja na raspolaganje po osnovi stalnih primanja. Proces odobravanja prešutnog prekoračenja ne podrazumijeva zasebnu ugovornu obvezu između klijenta i banke.

Uslijed sklapanja Memoranduma o razumijevanju u vezi prekoračenja po tekućem računu, koji su potpisali ministar financija, guverner Hrvatske narodne banke i predstavnici 13 banaka, u tijeku je zamjena odobrenih prešutnih prekoračenja dopuštenim prekoračenjima.

Prema Memorandumu, potrošači imaju rok do godinu dana da razmotre te ponude i ugovore prelazak na dopušteno prekoračenje. Većina je banaka odlučila da će u svojoj ponudi ubuduće imati samo dopuštena prekoračenja, a krajnji rok za prelazak na dopušteno prekoračenje je 30. lipnja ove godine.

Prelaskom na dopuštena prekoračenja, svim potrošačima će biti zajamčena niža cijena korištenja prekoračenja te kvalitetnije informiranje prilikom ugovaranja prekoračenja kao i postupna otplata duga u slučaju smanjenja ili ukidanja prekoračenja.

Sukladno memorandumu koji su lani potpisale banke, Vlada i HNB, građani imaju još dva mjeseca da svoja skuplja prešutna prekoračenja na tekućim računima, zamijene povoljnijim dopuštenim prekoračenjima.

Koja je razlika između dva pojma i zašto bi bilo dobro ugovoriti dopušteno prekoračenje?

Kad na tekućem računu ostvarujete redovite priljeve, banka vam može na vaš zahtjev odobriti i ugovoriti okvirni kredit, odnosno dopušteno prekoračenje po računu (dopušteni minus po računu), piše tportal.

Ako vam je odobreno korištenje dopuštenog prekoračenja, vaš iznos raspoloživih sredstava se, uz vlastita sredstva, uvećava za iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja.

Iznos dopuštenog prekoračenja najčešće ovisi o visini redovitih primanja, a odobrava se bez dodatnih procedura i instrumenata osiguranja na temelju ugovora o tekućem računu sklopljenog u pisanom obliku.

Visina kamatne stope koja se plaća na njegovo korištenje u pravilu je među najvišim kamatnim stopama koje se primjenjuju na kredite odobrene potrošačima, pa se dopuštenim prekoračenjem ne bi trebalo koristiti kao dugoročnim izvorom financiranja potreba.
