Goran Aleksić, bivši saborski zastupnik i koordinator ekonomsko-pravnog tima Udruge, napisao je na FB-u status pod naslovom - "VLASTITI STAN ILI NAJAMU".

Evo i statusa:

U Hrvatskoj je najbolje podići kredit i kupiti stan, ako se može, jer će za nekoliko godina cijena stana pokazati da je kredit isplativ. Danas su krediti dosta normalni, nema više nepoštenih valuta i nepoštenih kamata, i svatko sa stabilnim primanjima može podići kredit.

Pritom je važno da kredit ne bude rubni, da ne prelazi pola primanja, jer samo tako možemo biti sigurni da nećemo imati problema u budućnosti. Netko tko je kupio na kredit od 30 godina stan 2007. otplatit će za oko 70 % više novca nego što je podigao kredita, a za 100 % su narasle cijene stanova. Pa je onda na kraju stan tvoj, umjesto da si plaćao nekom najamninu i na kraju nemaš ništa.

Na 20 godina se otplati za oko 50 % više, pa svatko može posuditi u skladu s mogućnostima.

Mi koji smo podizali kredite prije 2013. puno smo pomogli svojom borbom da krediti nakon 2013. budu kako treba. Toga ljudi nisu uopće svjesni. Mi smo na svojoj koži osjetili što je to nepošteni kredit! I ukazali smo na to, i danas zbog toga stambeni krediti izgledaju sasvim pristojno i otplativo.

Plaćati nekome 600 eura za najam stana, ili plaćati ratu kredita 600 eura (100.000 eura kredit na 20 godina) - to je temeljno pitanje. Za 100.000 eura ima stanova u blizini Zagreba do 60 kvadrata, u samome Zagrebu nema, ali svatko se treba pokriti kako može, i pritom mu noge ne smiju biti gole. Što smo dalje od Zagreba i drugih većih gradova, cijene su niže, i životni troškovi su niži.

Dodatno, važno je znati da je promjenjiva kamatna stopa danas ograničena na oko 3,7 %, i dugo se neće bitno promijeniti ta granica. Pomaci mogu biti postupni. Samo budite pažljivi kod ugovaranja kamatne stope, ako nešto nije jasno, tražite detaljno objašnjenje.

Goran Aleksić, bivši saborski zastupnik i koordinator ekonomsko-pravnog tima Udruge, napisao je na FB-u status pod naslovom - "VLASTITI STAN ILI NAJAMU".

Evo i statusa:

U Hrvatskoj je najbolje podići kredit i kupiti stan, ako se može, jer će za nekoliko godina cijena stana pokazati da je kredit isplativ. Danas su krediti dosta normalni, nema više nepoštenih valuta i nepoštenih kamata, i svatko sa stabilnim primanjima može podići kredit.

Pritom je važno da kredit ne bude rubni, da ne prelazi pola primanja, jer samo tako možemo biti sigurni da nećemo imati problema u budućnosti. Netko tko je kupio na kredit od 30 godina stan 2007. otplatit će za oko 70 % više novca nego što je podigao kredita, a za 100 % su narasle cijene stanova. Pa je onda na kraju stan tvoj, umjesto da si plaćao nekom najamninu i na kraju nemaš ništa.

Na 20 godina se otplati za oko 50 % više, pa svatko može posuditi u skladu s mogućnostima.

Mi koji smo podizali kredite prije 2013. puno smo pomogli svojom borbom da krediti nakon 2013. budu kako treba. Toga ljudi nisu uopće svjesni. Mi smo na svojoj koži osjetili što je to nepošteni kredit! I ukazali smo na to, i danas zbog toga stambeni krediti izgledaju sasvim pristojno i otplativo.

Plaćati nekome 600 eura za najam stana, ili plaćati ratu kredita 600 eura (100.000 eura kredit na 20 godina) - to je temeljno pitanje. Za 100.000 eura ima stanova u blizini Zagreba do 60 kvadrata, u samome Zagrebu nema, ali svatko se treba pokriti kako može, i pritom mu noge ne smiju biti gole. Što smo dalje od Zagreba i drugih većih gradova, cijene su niže, i životni troškovi su niži.

Dodatno, važno je znati da je promjenjiva kamatna stopa danas ograničena na oko 3,7 %, i dugo se neće bitno promijeniti ta granica. Pomaci mogu biti postupni. Samo budite pažljivi kod ugovaranja kamatne stope, ako nešto nije jasno, tražite detaljno objašnjenje.
