Ministar je na susretu s članovima Sindikata hrvatskih seljaka (SHS) u Retkovcima kraj Vinkovaca poručio kako su reforme u poljoprivredi neizbježne.

"Reforme su za sve nas izazov ali jednostavno moramo transformirati našu poljoprivredu i učiniti je konkurentnijom, modernom i efikasnom. Nažalost neće se više svi moći baviti poljoprivredom. Moramo razlučiti što su to stvarno aktivni poljoprivrednici od onih kojima je to bila dopunska djelatnost, dopunski izvor prihoda ili možda čak i poligon za špekulativne odnose s poticajima", kazao je Jakovina.

Ustvrdio je kako je nerealno da u Hrvatskoj postoji 233 tisuće obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstva.

Kazao je da je u pripremi cijeli niz mjera pomoći stočarima kako bi se ublažio negativni trend umanjenja stočnog fonda. Dodao je kako bi, po najavama koje stižu iz Europske komisije, Hrvatska vrlo brzo mogla dobiti dozvolu za izvoz proizvoda od svinjetine na tržište EU.

Na upit novinara o dugovanjima države prema seljacima, ustvrdio je kako ne postoji dug prema seljacima jer je država u ovoj godini poljoprivrednicima isplatila sve potpore iz 2011.

"Ulazimo u sustav isplate potpora koji će biti puno bolji i transparentniji i to je sustav koji će vrijediti i po ulasku u EU", najavio je.

Predsjednik SHS-a Tomislav Pokrovac izrazio je nezadovoljstvo nacrtom novog zakona o poljoprivrednim zemljištem, kao i dosadašnjim izostankom mjera za ublažavanje šteta od suše, rekavši kako su, po procjeni SHS-a, štete od suše u Slavoniji i Baranji veće od milijardu kuna.

"Tražimo da se poljoprivrednicima nadoknade štete od suše, a ukoliko ta sredstva budu nedostatna tražimo da se podignu potpore na kulturama koje su stradale od suše", kazao je.

Na upit novinara jesu li u slučaju izostanka zadovoljavajućih riješenja za nadoknadu šteta od suše članovi SHS-a spremni izaći na prosvjede, Pokrovac je poručio kako za "prosvjede nije nikada kasno, a ljude je lako motivirati jer se teško živi".

kojima se nalazi i novi zakon o potporama, a pripremljene su i isplate potpora koje počinju u siječnju iduće godine za proizvodnju u 2012.

Ministar je na susretu s članovima Sindikata hrvatskih seljaka (SHS) u Retkovcima kraj Vinkovaca poručio kako su reforme u poljoprivredi neizbježne.

"Reforme su za sve nas izazov ali jednostavno moramo transformirati našu poljoprivredu i učiniti je konkurentnijom, modernom i efikasnom. Nažalost neće se više svi moći baviti poljoprivredom. Moramo razlučiti što su to stvarno aktivni poljoprivrednici od onih kojima je to bila dopunska djelatnost, dopunski izvor prihoda ili možda čak i poligon za špekulativne odnose s poticajima", kazao je Jakovina.

Ustvrdio je kako je nerealno da u Hrvatskoj postoji 233 tisuće obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstva.

Kazao je da je u pripremi cijeli niz mjera pomoći stočarima kako bi se ublažio negativni trend umanjenja stočnog fonda. Dodao je kako bi, po najavama koje stižu iz Europske komisije, Hrvatska vrlo brzo mogla dobiti dozvolu za izvoz proizvoda od svinjetine na tržište EU.

Na upit novinara o dugovanjima države prema seljacima, ustvrdio je kako ne postoji dug prema seljacima jer je država u ovoj godini poljoprivrednicima isplatila sve potpore iz 2011.

"Ulazimo u sustav isplate potpora koji će biti puno bolji i transparentniji i to je sustav koji će vrijediti i po ulasku u EU", najavio je.

Predsjednik SHS-a Tomislav Pokrovac izrazio je nezadovoljstvo nacrtom novog zakona o poljoprivrednim zemljištem, kao i dosadašnjim izostankom mjera za ublažavanje šteta od suše, rekavši kako su, po procjeni SHS-a, štete od suše u Slavoniji i Baranji veće od milijardu kuna.

"Tražimo da se poljoprivrednicima nadoknade štete od suše, a ukoliko ta sredstva budu nedostatna tražimo da se podignu potpore na kulturama koje su stradale od suše", kazao je.

Na upit novinara jesu li u slučaju izostanka zadovoljavajućih riješenja za nadoknadu šteta od suše članovi SHS-a spremni izaći na prosvjede, Pokrovac je poručio kako za "prosvjede nije nikada kasno, a ljude je lako motivirati jer se teško živi".
