Da nije strašno, zapravo bi bilo smiješno. Dvojica mladića su u Zagrebu zadnjeg dana prošlog mjeseca usred bijela dana napali dvoje ljudi te ženu, slabiji dio tog para, bacili pod tramvaj. Nesretnica je pala na tračnice po kojima ju je tramvaj vukao dok je zapanjena masa ljudi, zajedno s njezinim partnerom, mogla samo užasnuto gledati. Žena je preživjela jezivi događaj, a čini se da čak, barem po nevjerojatnoj klasifikaciji ozljeda koju ima hrvatsko pravosuđe, nije zadobila niti teške tjelesne ozljede. U nas se, naime, samo tjelesne ozljede 'računaju', a to da će vjerojatno do kraja života jadnica imati psihičke posljedice, to se ne uzima u obzir. Što te ne ubije, to te ojača! Ili te ubije u pojam, ali to se ne računa...
Dvojica napadača su zbrisali s lica mjesta, ali su, nakon višednevne potrage, ipak pronađeni, privedeni te ispitani kod suca istrage. Koji ih je pustio na slobodu! Sudac istrage je, naime, od dvojice mladića čuo priču kako oni jesu gurnuli ženu pod tramvaj, ali kako je bila riječ o – zabuni. Oni su, naime, bili uvjereni da je žena zapravo muško i kako su i ona i njezin partner, oko čijeg spolnog određenja nema dvojbe, pederski par. Pa su valjda odlučili na prugu oboriti sitnijeg pripadnika omražene homoseksualne zajednice, čisto im je bilo praktičnije. Sudac je ignorirao zahtjev tužiteljstva da se nasilnici – jedan ima 19 godina, a drugi tek godinu više – odmah pritvore zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja sličnog homofobnog napada te ih je pustio da se brane sa slobode.
U nekoj mračnoj humoresci, međutim, sudac bi zacijelo mogao dati dobro obrazloženje svoje odluke. Zbilja, kako bi golobradi dečki mogli još jednom napasti neku ženu u uvjerenju da je riječ o muškarcu? Ili za nekog muškarca posumnjati da je žensko? Takav gaf im se, sigurno, neće ponoviti. Dok su na slobodi i dok možebitno suđenje započne, dečki mogu slobodno napadati prave pederske parove, mogu ih bacati pod tramvaj ili po vlak, to je još sigurnije, mogu se bratimiti sa sucem istrage, mogu se – tko zna? – međusobno i oženiti, suca uzeti za kuma i čekati da njih netko zatuče... Svijet je čudno mjesto, sve je moguće.
Moguće je da te tramvaj vuče i da preživiš. Moguće je da, kad si već toliki srećković, ne zadobiješ niti teške ozljed te da napad na tebe ne bude pokušaj ubojstva nego samo, pazi ovu kvalifikaciju, pokušaj nanošenja teških tjelesnih ozljeda. Moguće je da se napad na tebe ne tretira kao zločin iz mržnje prema homoseksualcima jer, zaboga, kako će kad si spletom čudnih okolnosti ipak žensko, a ne ono što si po scenariju dvojice homofoba trebala biti, a to je pederčina nešto sitnije građe. Dakle - pederčić! Moguće je i da čim iziđeš iz bolnice na istoj tramvajskoj stanici naletiš na svoje napadače, zašto ne? Rekoh, svijet je čudno mjesto, a Hrvatska je jedno od najčudnijih. Barem kad je u pitanju mračna humoreska koja se zove – hrvatsko pravosuđe...

Da nije strašno, zapravo bi bilo smiješno. Dvojica mladića su u Zagrebu zadnjeg dana prošlog mjeseca usred bijela dana napali dvoje ljudi te ženu, slabiji dio tog para, bacili pod tramvaj. Nesretnica je pala na tračnice po kojima ju je tramvaj vukao dok je zapanjena masa ljudi, zajedno s njezinim partnerom, mogla samo užasnuto gledati. Žena je preživjela jezivi događaj, a čini se da čak, barem po nevjerojatnoj klasifikaciji ozljeda koju ima hrvatsko pravosuđe, nije zadobila niti teške tjelesne ozljede. U nas se, naime, samo tjelesne ozljede 'računaju', a to da će vjerojatno do kraja života jadnica imati psihičke posljedice, to se ne uzima u obzir. Što te ne ubije, to te ojača! Ili te ubije u pojam, ali to se ne računa...
Dvojica napadača su zbrisali s lica mjesta, ali su, nakon višednevne potrage, ipak pronađeni, privedeni te ispitani kod suca istrage. Koji ih je pustio na slobodu! Sudac istrage je, naime, od dvojice mladića čuo priču kako oni jesu gurnuli ženu pod tramvaj, ali kako je bila riječ o – zabuni. Oni su, naime, bili uvjereni da je žena zapravo muško i kako su i ona i njezin partner, oko čijeg spolnog određenja nema dvojbe, pederski par. Pa su valjda odlučili na prugu oboriti sitnijeg pripadnika omražene homoseksualne zajednice, čisto im je bilo praktičnije. Sudac je ignorirao zahtjev tužiteljstva da se nasilnici – jedan ima 19 godina, a drugi tek godinu više – odmah pritvore zbog opasnosti od ponavljanja sličnog homofobnog napada te ih je pustio da se brane sa slobode.
U nekoj mračnoj humoresci, međutim, sudac bi zacijelo mogao dati dobro obrazloženje svoje odluke. Zbilja, kako bi golobradi dečki mogli još jednom napasti neku ženu u uvjerenju da je riječ o muškarcu? Ili za nekog muškarca posumnjati da je žensko? Takav gaf im se, sigurno, neće ponoviti. Dok su na slobodi i dok možebitno suđenje započne, dečki mogu slobodno napadati prave pederske parove, mogu ih bacati pod tramvaj ili po vlak, to je još sigurnije, mogu se bratimiti sa sucem istrage, mogu se – tko zna? – međusobno i oženiti, suca uzeti za kuma i čekati da njih netko zatuče... Svijet je čudno mjesto, sve je moguće.
Moguće je da te tramvaj vuče i da preživiš. Moguće je da, kad si već toliki srećković, ne zadobiješ niti teške ozljed te da napad na tebe ne bude pokušaj ubojstva nego samo, pazi ovu kvalifikaciju, pokušaj nanošenja teških tjelesnih ozljeda. Moguće je da se napad na tebe ne tretira kao zločin iz mržnje prema homoseksualcima jer, zaboga, kako će kad si spletom čudnih okolnosti ipak žensko, a ne ono što si po scenariju dvojice homofoba trebala biti, a to je pederčina nešto sitnije građe. Dakle - pederčić! Moguće je i da čim iziđeš iz bolnice na istoj tramvajskoj stanici naletiš na svoje napadače, zašto ne? Rekoh, svijet je čudno mjesto, a Hrvatska je jedno od najčudnijih. Barem kad je u pitanju mračna humoreska koja se zove – hrvatsko pravosuđe...
