Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture, Oleg Butković, osvrnuo se danas tijekom gostovanja u studiju N1 televizije na neke aktualne teme, kao i događanja u sektoru za koji je zadužen. Kazao je kako smatra da je ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović bio jasan kada je govorio o uvođenju eura i podizanju cijena od strane trgovaca.

"Činjenica je da je bezrazložno došlo do povećanja cijena što kod nekih trgovačkih lanaca, što kod nekih distributera goriva. Činjenica je da je Vlada poglavito u jesenskom dijelu intervenirala paketom od 21 milijardu kuna da bi pomogla gospodarstvu, kad govorimo o cijeni plina, struje i goriva tako da nije bilo nikakvog razloga da se povećaju cijene", rekao je Butković.

Ministar kaže da živimo u tržišnoj ekonomiji pa ne bi bilo dobro da Vlada nameće cijene ili uvodi mjere poput popisa trgovaca koji su nepotrebno previše povisili cijene. “Ima puno stvari koje Vlada može koristiti, ali ne bi bilo dobro da do toga dođe. Pozivam sve da se urazume. Razlog ne može biti uvođenje eura, da dođe do bilo kakvih povećanja cijena”, rekao je Butković.

Ugostiteljstvo i prodaja hrane bilježe najveću inflaciju, kaže ministar, dodavši da to nije dobro. “Niste mogli uvesti crnu listu kad niste znali da će netko to napraviti 1. 1. Niste mogli znati da je netko povisio cijene dok se to nije dogodilo. Pravila igre su postojala kod pretvaranja kune u euro, a ovo što se dogodilo sad, dogodilo se u zadnja dva dana”, rekao je ministar.

Nije ga, kaže, previše iznenadilo što su cijene rasle, “poznavajući naš mentalitet”.

Što se tiče ulaska u Schengen, u svim vrstama prometa stvari su krenule od početka nove godine, rekao je Butković. Prije uvođenja novog sustava naplate, postoje modeli koje će Vlada uvesti na Bregani i Rupi. Jedna od opcija je i ukidanje naplate, rekao je Butković. “Ali, pričekajmo, imamo još nekoliko varijanti”, rekao je.

Novi sustav naplate cestarine

“Mi smo ove godine imali povijesno naplaćenu cestarinu na našim autocestama, preko tri milijarde kuna, to nikad nismo imali. U tom smislu idemo u implementaciju novog sustava naplate cestarine koji će biti beskontaktni”, rekao je Butković.

Taj se sustav može očekivati već iduće godine. “Cilj je da bude 1.1. 2024. godine. Ranije ne može biti”, rekao je Butković, dodavši da će cijeli sustav koštati 500 milijuna kuna.

“Neće biti rampi, imat ćete poseban račun na kojem ćete imati posebna sredstva koja će se skidati ulaskom i izlaskom s autoceste. Više nema rampi, nema gužvi i cilj je povećati promet na autocestama. To je vid elektroničke vinjete, vidite da se klasične vinjete napuštaju”, rekao je Butković.

Nismo mi zemlja koja može sve graditi i završiti i početi u isto vrijeme, rekao je Butković o unapređenju željezničke infrastrukture.

Koncert Bečke filharmonije

Govorio je i o svom odlasku na novogodišnji koncert Bečke filharmonije.

“Platio sam svoju ulaznicu. Vi ste mene navikli gledati na gradilištima i u poslu pa je možda bilo čudno da sam se našao na takvom jednom koncertu. Ja sam imao dugo godina želju na takvo nešto otići. Prijatelj je nabavio te karte po redovnoj proceduri. Supruga mu je bila bolesna pa sam išao ja s njim, rekao je Butković, ponovivši da je svoju kartu platio, ali da cijena nije bila 1200 eura.

“To nije poklon, to nije bio nikakav službeni protokol, ja sam išao isključivo u privatnom aranžmanu. Bilo je lijepo. Jedanput u životu vam se pruži prilika da takvo nešto vidite”, rekao je Butković za N1.

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture, Oleg Butković, osvrnuo se danas tijekom gostovanja u studiju N1 televizije na neke aktualne teme, kao i događanja u sektoru za koji je zadužen. Kazao je kako smatra da je ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović bio jasan kada je govorio o uvođenju eura i podizanju cijena od strane trgovaca.

"Činjenica je da je bezrazložno došlo do povećanja cijena što kod nekih trgovačkih lanaca, što kod nekih distributera goriva. Činjenica je da je Vlada poglavito u jesenskom dijelu intervenirala paketom od 21 milijardu kuna da bi pomogla gospodarstvu, kad govorimo o cijeni plina, struje i goriva tako da nije bilo nikakvog razloga da se povećaju cijene", rekao je Butković.

Ministar kaže da živimo u tržišnoj ekonomiji pa ne bi bilo dobro da Vlada nameće cijene ili uvodi mjere poput popisa trgovaca koji su nepotrebno previše povisili cijene. “Ima puno stvari koje Vlada može koristiti, ali ne bi bilo dobro da do toga dođe. Pozivam sve da se urazume. Razlog ne može biti uvođenje eura, da dođe do bilo kakvih povećanja cijena”, rekao je Butković.

Ugostiteljstvo i prodaja hrane bilježe najveću inflaciju, kaže ministar, dodavši da to nije dobro. “Niste mogli uvesti crnu listu kad niste znali da će netko to napraviti 1. 1. Niste mogli znati da je netko povisio cijene dok se to nije dogodilo. Pravila igre su postojala kod pretvaranja kune u euro, a ovo što se dogodilo sad, dogodilo se u zadnja dva dana”, rekao je ministar.

Nije ga, kaže, previše iznenadilo što su cijene rasle, “poznavajući naš mentalitet”.

Što se tiče ulaska u Schengen, u svim vrstama prometa stvari su krenule od početka nove godine, rekao je Butković. Prije uvođenja novog sustava naplate, postoje modeli koje će Vlada uvesti na Bregani i Rupi. Jedna od opcija je i ukidanje naplate, rekao je Butković. “Ali, pričekajmo, imamo još nekoliko varijanti”, rekao je.

Novi sustav naplate cestarine

“Mi smo ove godine imali povijesno naplaćenu cestarinu na našim autocestama, preko tri milijarde kuna, to nikad nismo imali. U tom smislu idemo u implementaciju novog sustava naplate cestarine koji će biti beskontaktni”, rekao je Butković.

Taj se sustav može očekivati već iduće godine. “Cilj je da bude 1.1. 2024. godine. Ranije ne može biti”, rekao je Butković, dodavši da će cijeli sustav koštati 500 milijuna kuna.

“Neće biti rampi, imat ćete poseban račun na kojem ćete imati posebna sredstva koja će se skidati ulaskom i izlaskom s autoceste. Više nema rampi, nema gužvi i cilj je povećati promet na autocestama. To je vid elektroničke vinjete, vidite da se klasične vinjete napuštaju”, rekao je Butković.

Nismo mi zemlja koja može sve graditi i završiti i početi u isto vrijeme, rekao je Butković o unapređenju željezničke infrastrukture.

Koncert Bečke filharmonije

Govorio je i o svom odlasku na novogodišnji koncert Bečke filharmonije.

“Platio sam svoju ulaznicu. Vi ste mene navikli gledati na gradilištima i u poslu pa je možda bilo čudno da sam se našao na takvom jednom koncertu. Ja sam imao dugo godina želju na takvo nešto otići. Prijatelj je nabavio te karte po redovnoj proceduri. Supruga mu je bila bolesna pa sam išao ja s njim, rekao je Butković, ponovivši da je svoju kartu platio, ali da cijena nije bila 1200 eura.

“To nije poklon, to nije bio nikakav službeni protokol, ja sam išao isključivo u privatnom aranžmanu. Bilo je lijepo. Jedanput u životu vam se pruži prilika da takvo nešto vidite”, rekao je Butković za N1.

Ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture, Oleg Butković, osvrnuo se danas tijekom gostovanja u studiju N1 televizije na neke aktualne teme, kao i događanja u sektoru za koji je zadužen. Kazao je kako smatra da je ministar gospodarstva i održivog razvoja Davor Filipović bio jasan kada je govorio o uvođenju eura i podizanju cijena od strane trgovaca.

"Činjenica je da je bezrazložno došlo do povećanja cijena što kod nekih trgovačkih lanaca, što kod nekih distributera goriva. Činjenica je da je Vlada poglavito u jesenskom dijelu intervenirala paketom od 21 milijardu kuna da bi pomogla gospodarstvu, kad govorimo o cijeni plina, struje i goriva tako da nije bilo nikakvog razloga da se povećaju cijene", rekao je Butković.
