Bivša ministrica obrazovanja i profesorica Fakulteta organizacije i informatike Blaženka Divjak, otvorila je niz zanimljivih dilema vezanih uz cijepljenje pa je tako između ostalog upitala: Je li etički nekome uskratiti određena prava jer nije cijepljen, a imao se prilike cijepiti? Ili zato što se nije htio cijepiti? Treba li odustati od povratka u staro normalno za one koji su cijepljeni da se ostali ne bi osjećali diskriminirano?

Ili konkretnije: Trebaju li se ujesen fakulteti otvoriti u potpunosti za nastavu uživo za sve studente ili samo za cijepljene? Pristajete li da vas ili vaše bližnje u bolnici njeguje medicinska sestra ili liječnik koji se ne žele cijepiti?

U podužem statusu na Facebooku bivša je ministrica odmah upozorila antivaksere koji namjeravaju komentirati njezinu objavu iznoseći teorije koje nemaju veze sa znanošću ili širiti lažne vijesti, da će njihove reakcije odmah obrisati.

„Etičke dileme koje proizlaze iz ovakvih pitanja, zaokupljaju svijet. Hrvatsku ipak nešto manje, jer mi čekamo da nam dogori do noktiju da počnemo promišljati. Ove etičke dileme dosta su teške u trenutku kada nisu svi imali priliku cijepiti se. Jer oni koji još nisu došli na red za cijepljenje smatraju da su diskriminirani i to dvostruko: zato što nisu cijepljeni i zato što nemaju pristup svemu kao cijepljene osobe. Zato bi s ovim odlukama oko obaveznog cijepljenja ili uvjetovanja pristupa trebalo pričekati koji mjesec dok se svi koji to žele cijepe. Međutim, primjer Izraela, koji je procijepio veliku većinu odrasle populacije, pokazuje da od ovakvih pitanja ne možemo pobjeći – podvukla je Divjak.

Ali u međuvremenu, napominje ona, treba razmatrati razne opcije, ali i napraviti plan djelovanja i redovite edukativne aktivnosti da bismo postigli čim višu razinu procijepljenosti. Jer to je najučinkovitije, naravno, s razumnim ljudima.

- Dakle, prvo osiguravanje da svi mogu dobiti cjepivo, a u paraleli kvalitetni edukativni programi za sve ključne profesije od liječnika preko učitelja do turističkih radnika.

Naravno uvijek će postojati određeni manji postotak populacije koji se zbog zdravstvenih razloga neće moći cijepiti i takve se štiti time da se svi ostali cijepimo - ističe.

Drugo je pitanje što se događa najesen do kada ćemo, pretpostavlja ona svi imati mogućnosti cijepljenja.

 - Većina država se priprema, ili je već omogućila, da cijepljeni ne nose maske u zatvorenom prostoru ili imaju pristupe različitim aktivnostima od zabave i sporta do društvenih događaja u puno opuštenijim uvjetima nego osobe koje nisu cijepljene. Oni koji se ne žele cijepiti imaju alternativne načine pristupa tim uslugama kao što su negativni testovi na virus ili dokaz o imunosti jer su bili preboljeli COVID. Sve to ne neće omogućiti izbjegavanje odgovornosti državnih vlasti, ali i čelnika kritičnih institucija da donesu teške odluke i odgovore na pitanja s početka ovog teksta. Postoji, barem na papiru, alternativa da se one koji nisu cijepljeni rasporedi na poslove kod kojih ne rade s drugim ljudima, ali to nije uvijek moguće niti prihvatljivo posebno ako se radi o znatnijem postotku zaposlenih – navodi profesorica.

Primjer su nastavnici na fakultetu ili školi, a još više zdravstveno osoblje u domovima umirovljenika ili u bolnicama.

- Je li u redu da ja držim nastavu uživo sa stotinama studenata od kojih mnogi nisu cijepljeni, a moj 20 godina mlađi kolega predaje online zato što se on ne želi cijepiti? – pita se i ukazuje kako je sada vrijeme da se o tome pokrene široka argumentirana rasprava u kojoj bi sudjelovali stručnjaci ali i zainteresirana javnost.

„Takve rasprave trebala bi i kod nas organizirati sveučilišta i HAZU. Dok još ima vremena da se rasprave vode bez pritiska vremena i hitnih poslova koje treba obaviti, zaključila je bivša ministrica obrazovanja.

Bivša ministrica obrazovanja i profesorica Fakulteta organizacije i informatike Blaženka Divjak, otvorila je niz zanimljivih dilema vezanih uz cijepljenje pa je tako između ostalog upitala: Je li etički nekome uskratiti određena prava jer nije cijepljen, a imao se prilike cijepiti? Ili zato što se nije htio cijepiti? Treba li odustati od povratka u staro normalno za one koji su cijepljeni da se ostali ne bi osjećali diskriminirano?

Ili konkretnije: Trebaju li se ujesen fakulteti otvoriti u potpunosti za nastavu uživo za sve studente ili samo za cijepljene? Pristajete li da vas ili vaše bližnje u bolnici njeguje medicinska sestra ili liječnik koji se ne žele cijepiti?

U podužem statusu na Facebooku bivša je ministrica odmah upozorila antivaksere koji namjeravaju komentirati njezinu objavu iznoseći teorije koje nemaju veze sa znanošću ili širiti lažne vijesti, da će njihove reakcije odmah obrisati.

„Etičke dileme koje proizlaze iz ovakvih pitanja, zaokupljaju svijet. Hrvatsku ipak nešto manje, jer mi čekamo da nam dogori do noktiju da počnemo promišljati. Ove etičke dileme dosta su teške u trenutku kada nisu svi imali priliku cijepiti se. Jer oni koji još nisu došli na red za cijepljenje smatraju da su diskriminirani i to dvostruko: zato što nisu cijepljeni i zato što nemaju pristup svemu kao cijepljene osobe. Zato bi s ovim odlukama oko obaveznog cijepljenja ili uvjetovanja pristupa trebalo pričekati koji mjesec dok se svi koji to žele cijepe. Međutim, primjer Izraela, koji je procijepio veliku većinu odrasle populacije, pokazuje da od ovakvih pitanja ne možemo pobjeći – podvukla je Divjak.

Ali u međuvremenu, napominje ona, treba razmatrati razne opcije, ali i napraviti plan djelovanja i redovite edukativne aktivnosti da bismo postigli čim višu razinu procijepljenosti. Jer to je najučinkovitije, naravno, s razumnim ljudima.

- Dakle, prvo osiguravanje da svi mogu dobiti cjepivo, a u paraleli kvalitetni edukativni programi za sve ključne profesije od liječnika preko učitelja do turističkih radnika.

Naravno uvijek će postojati određeni manji postotak populacije koji se zbog zdravstvenih razloga neće moći cijepiti i takve se štiti time da se svi ostali cijepimo - ističe.

Drugo je pitanje što se događa najesen do kada ćemo, pretpostavlja ona svi imati mogućnosti cijepljenja.

 - Većina država se priprema, ili je već omogućila, da cijepljeni ne nose maske u zatvorenom prostoru ili imaju pristupe različitim aktivnostima od zabave i sporta do društvenih događaja u puno opuštenijim uvjetima nego osobe koje nisu cijepljene. Oni koji se ne žele cijepiti imaju alternativne načine pristupa tim uslugama kao što su negativni testovi na virus ili dokaz o imunosti jer su bili preboljeli COVID. Sve to ne neće omogućiti izbjegavanje odgovornosti državnih vlasti, ali i čelnika kritičnih institucija da donesu teške odluke i odgovore na pitanja s početka ovog teksta. Postoji, barem na papiru, alternativa da se one koji nisu cijepljeni rasporedi na poslove kod kojih ne rade s drugim ljudima, ali to nije uvijek moguće niti prihvatljivo posebno ako se radi o znatnijem postotku zaposlenih – navodi profesorica.

Primjer su nastavnici na fakultetu ili školi, a još više zdravstveno osoblje u domovima umirovljenika ili u bolnicama.

- Je li u redu da ja držim nastavu uživo sa stotinama studenata od kojih mnogi nisu cijepljeni, a moj 20 godina mlađi kolega predaje online zato što se on ne želi cijepiti? – pita se i ukazuje kako je sada vrijeme da se o tome pokrene široka argumentirana rasprava u kojoj bi sudjelovali stručnjaci ali i zainteresirana javnost.

„Takve rasprave trebala bi i kod nas organizirati sveučilišta i HAZU. Dok još ima vremena da se rasprave vode bez pritiska vremena i hitnih poslova koje treba obaviti, zaključila je bivša ministrica obrazovanja.
