Na Općinskom sudu u Puli u petak je sutkinja Tanja Skandel Monas izrekla oslobađajuću presudu bivšoj doministrici turizma Vinki Cetinski i trgovačkom društvu "Kermas ulaganja" kao pravnoj osobi koje je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo teretilo za kazneno djelo protiv okoliša pustošenjem šuma.
Optužnica je Vinku Cetinski, kao tadašnju direktoricu "Kermas ulaganja", teretila da je od studenoga 2009. do siječnja 2010. na području Mondelaco - Laco di Ran kod Rovinja, protivno propisima, uklonila autohtono raslinje, odnosno pustošila šumu na dvjema česticama od kojih se jedna, površine 14.000 četvornih metara, nalazi unutar zaštićenog područja značajnog krajobraza "Rovinjski otoci i priobalno područje".
Općinsko državno odvjetništvo je Vinku Cetinski optužilo za kazneno djelo protiv okoliša jer je kao direktorica "Kermas ulaganja" posredstvom poljoprivrednog obrta uklonila raslinje, odnosno panjeve i dala posaditi 80 stabala masline. Optužnicom je sudu bilo predloženo da Vinku Cetinski kazni s 40 dnevnih dohodaka, a tvrtku Kermas iznosom od 20.000 kuna.
U kratkom obrazloženju presude sutkinja Skandel Monas navela je da analizom svih dokaza sud utvrdio da nekretnine nisu ni imale status šume pa nije dokazano njihovo pustošenje. Svi troškovi kaznenog postupka, budući da je presuda oslobađajuća, padaju na teret državnog proračuna.
Vinka Cetinski je tijekom suđenja kazala kako se ne osjeća krivom, a isto je učinio i predstavnik "Kermas ulaganja" Vladimir Veljović, koji je uz nju sjedio na optuženičkoj klupi. Tijekom suđenja pročitani su svi dokazi iz spisa, među kojima i dopis Hrvatskih šuma iz kojeg proizlazi da na česticama na kojima je Vinka Cetinski navodno pustošila šumu, nije bilo šume. Hrvatske šume navele su, naime, da predmetne čestice nisu obuhvaćene šumsko-gospodarskim područjem i gospodarskim planovima.
Vinka Cetinski je u izjavi za novinare pred zgradom Općinskog suda izrazila zadovoljstvo oslobađajućom presudom, koja je, kako je rekla "nepravomoćna ali je oslobađajuća te su odbačene sve optužbe". Također je dodala kako sve to traje jako dugo pa potroši čovjeka, ne samo zdravstveno, nego i financijski.

Na Općinskom sudu u Puli u petak je sutkinja Tanja Skandel Monas izrekla oslobađajuću presudu bivšoj doministrici turizma Vinki Cetinski i trgovačkom društvu "Kermas ulaganja" kao pravnoj osobi koje je Općinsko državno odvjetništvo teretilo za kazneno djelo protiv okoliša pustošenjem šuma.
Optužnica je Vinku Cetinski, kao tadašnju direktoricu "Kermas ulaganja", teretila da je od studenoga 2009. do siječnja 2010. na području Mondelaco - Laco di Ran kod Rovinja, protivno propisima, uklonila autohtono raslinje, odnosno pustošila šumu na dvjema česticama od kojih se jedna, površine 14.000 četvornih metara, nalazi unutar zaštićenog područja značajnog krajobraza "Rovinjski otoci i priobalno područje".
Općinsko državno odvjetništvo je Vinku Cetinski optužilo za kazneno djelo protiv okoliša jer je kao direktorica "Kermas ulaganja" posredstvom poljoprivrednog obrta uklonila raslinje, odnosno panjeve i dala posaditi 80 stabala masline. Optužnicom je sudu bilo predloženo da Vinku Cetinski kazni s 40 dnevnih dohodaka, a tvrtku Kermas iznosom od 20.000 kuna.
U kratkom obrazloženju presude sutkinja Skandel Monas navela je da analizom svih dokaza sud utvrdio da nekretnine nisu ni imale status šume pa nije dokazano njihovo pustošenje. Svi troškovi kaznenog postupka, budući da je presuda oslobađajuća, padaju na teret državnog proračuna.
Vinka Cetinski je tijekom suđenja kazala kako se ne osjeća krivom, a isto je učinio i predstavnik "Kermas ulaganja" Vladimir Veljović, koji je uz nju sjedio na optuženičkoj klupi. Tijekom suđenja pročitani su svi dokazi iz spisa, među kojima i dopis Hrvatskih šuma iz kojeg proizlazi da na česticama na kojima je Vinka Cetinski navodno pustošila šumu, nije bilo šume. Hrvatske šume navele su, naime, da predmetne čestice nisu obuhvaćene šumsko-gospodarskim područjem i gospodarskim planovima.
Vinka Cetinski je u izjavi za novinare pred zgradom Općinskog suda izrazila zadovoljstvo oslobađajućom presudom, koja je, kako je rekla "nepravomoćna ali je oslobađajuća te su odbačene sve optužbe". Također je dodala kako sve to traje jako dugo pa potroši čovjeka, ne samo zdravstveno, nego i financijski.
